Development of User's Evaluation Criteria for VJ Broadcasting Program (VJ 방송프로그램의 수용자 평가척도 개발)

  • As the broadcasting programs produced by VJ are increasing, every broadcasting company has doubts as to how their program evaluations derive the objective evaluation results and proposes their own tailored program evaluation methods considering the change of the production system. The proposed quality evaluation items represent a new model in terms of the perfectness of VJ broadcasting program production and are used as a way to revise the current evaluation methods of the broadcasting companies. To derive the items which help to find the problems of VJ broadcasting programs, 30 specialists, such as PDs, VJs, and professors, are chosen as a specialist group, and the first experiment is performed to select the evaluation items of VJ broadcasting programs. Based on the result of the degree of importance of the evaluation items, 9 VJ program evaluation items are made. Also, the second experiment is performed in order to verify the proposed evaluation criteria. As a result of the experiment, the reliability of the proposed evaluation method is .939, which is proved to be significant. The selection of the quality evaluation items considering only the VJ broadcasting programs turns out to be significant as a new quality evaluation criterion.

  • 팩시밀리 서비스품질 항목에 대하여 살펴보고, 그 중 하나인 화상품질의 사용자평가에 대한 분석방법에 관하여 논하고자 한다. 화상품질의 평가에는 사용자의 주관이 작용하는데 이것을 어떻게 객관적인 항목으로 바꾸는가 하는 것이 주요연구주제이다. 여기서는 사용자의 화상품질에 대한 평가로 통신망에 대해 평가하는 방법을 제안하였다.

  • In this paper, impact of science and technology information service quality satisfaction and perceived importance on the user loyalty was studied to find the way of improvement of information service quality. To analyze the impact among service quality variables, the research questions and hypothesis are set and statistical analysis on 641 survey answers was conducted. The correlation between satisfaction and perceived importance regarding each service quality item was high. Relationship between satisfaction of every item of the service quality and overall satisfaction was verified by multiple regression analysis. As a result, the five out of seven independent variables are statistically significant influence to the dependent variable. Relationship between the perceived importance and loyalty for each item was verified by multiple regression analysis was confirmed that the four out of seven independent variables are statistically significant influence to the dependent variable. The overall satisfaction is having an effect on loyalty verified through simple regression analysis.

  • 소프트웨어 어플리케이션들이 점차 다양한 응용분야에서 광범위하게 사용됨에 따라 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 특히 웹기반 소프트웨어는 전통적 소프트웨어에 비해 보다 높은 품질 수준을 요구하고 보안이 중요시되며 시스템 통합과 유지보수 및 재사용에 대한 품질 요소가 중요시 된다. 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질을 객관적이고 정량적으로 명세하고 평가하기 위하여, 객관적인 근거를 제시할 수 있는 지표로서 평가 항목들이 정의되어야 한다. 본 논문은 웹기반 소프트웨어의 품질 평가를 위한 모델을 제안하고 평가항목 및 평가방법과 절차를 제시하고자한다.

  • 본 연구에서는 정보화사업의 성과는 직접적으로 하나의 효과만을 발생시키지 않고 다양한 단계에서 다양한 형태의 성과로 발생된다는 점에서 정보화사업의 추진단계를 사업추진 전(前) 단계(사전평가), 사업추진 진행단계(진행평가), 사업추진 완료 후 운영단계(사후평가)로 구분하고 각 단계별로 정보화사업의 성과를 측정하기 위한 정보화사업 추진단계별 평가모형을 제시하였다. 각 추진단계별 평가영역 및 평가항목의 개발은 정보화사업 평가항목에 관한 선행연구들에 대한 이론적 고찰과 국내 외 공공부문에서 실제 적용하고 있는 사례를 중심으로 도출하였으며, 특히 본 연구에서의 중점연구대상 정보화사업인 문화정보화사업을 중심으로 제시하였다. 각 단계별 평가영역 및 평가항목으로는 사전평가에서는 사업추진 계획영역의 비용산정적정도, 사업적 타당도, 전략적 타당도, 위험도분석, 추진계획적정도의 5개의 평가항목으로, 진행평가에서는 사업추진 실행영역의 사업추진효율성, 자원관리적정도, 아웃소싱관리적정도 등 3개 평가항목을 제시하였다. 또한 사후평가에서는 정보시스템 구축성과 영역의 경우 시스템품질, 정본품질, IS 서비스 품질을, 정보시스템 운영성과 영역은 시스템의 활용도와 사용자 만족도를, 조직 및 경영성과 영역은 사업적 기여도와 전략적 기여도를 각각 제시하였으며, 아울러 각 평가항목별 세부 평가항목을 함께 제안하였다.

  • This research was conducted to develop a model appropriate for the measurement of information quality of UCC service site. The evaluation factors that reflect more improvement of the information utilization capability were verified. Enhancement of information utilization capability can control greater amount of information among the users and site companies, and among users. Therefore, Wikipedia, for example, provides a Web 2.0 based information quality that is more advanced than Web 1.0 by allowing effective control of information among the users. This type of information quality presents 'information reliability' and 'information stability' as evaluation factors added to the factors such as 'information sufficiency' and 'information usability.' Information reliability and information stability are essential factors that need to conduct an evaluation in the Web 2.0 environment that can distribute greater number of information in the environment where all the users serve as participants. Moreover, 'interesting information' and 'originality of information' suggests that information itself should include the attributes that can attract the attention of users, due to the nature of the Attention Economics, which points out one of the Web 2.0 phenomenon that the number of information consumers is smaller than that of information suppliers.

  • Incheon International Airport (IIAC) has been named "best airport worldwide" according to the AETRA Passenger survey Program that was jointly administered by Airports Council International (ACI) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2005. This paper identifies eight dimensions underlying the overall service qualify in passenger terminals. These eight elements were found from literature reviews through relevant documents. The research explains the linkage between the overall satisfaction with IIAC and five services that influence that satisfaction. The five services are the following: service quality of passenger terminals, commercial facility services, easy access by transportation, service quality of the airlines, and contributions to the community by IIAC. The data envelopment analysis (DEA) designed by Cook and Kress (CK Model) was used to maximize the efficiency of commercial facility services, easy access by transportation, service qualify of the airlines, and contributions to the community by IIAC because the model best provided practical plans for a more competitive airport. This paper has three significant results. First, it includes research of passenger terminal-oriented service quality. Second, the author researches service qualify focusing on a three-cornered relation among passengers, airline employees, and IIAC. Third, the paper contains research of service quality focusing on IIAC's employees.

Developing LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) Lite for Public Library (LCSI(Library Customer Satisfaction Index) Lite 공공도서관용의 개발)

  • This study tries to develop the so-called LCSI (Library Customer Satisfaction Index) Lite for public library which can be used easily in the fields as a simplified model. Its conceptual model is developed from the former research about library service quality and customer satisfaction. Based on the analyses on the twenty Delphi-type AHP questionnaires both from the library researchers and from the public library practitioners, and on the analysis and testing of the structural equation model using the data from the more than 800 user questionnaires, it suggests a model which consists of total 15 items - namely 8 items for service quality (2 for personnel, 4 for library resources and services, 2 for facilities and environment), 3 items for customer satisfaction, and 2 items for loyalty. Library Satisfaction Index for public library will be calculated by the sum total of service quality (50%), customer satisfaction (40%), and loyalty (10%).

  • This study presents the plans to derive quality items for develop the data quality standard for ensuring the quality of 3D building geospatial data in NDT(National Digital Twin). This paper is organized as follows. The first section briefly examines various factors that impact the quality of 3D geospatial data, and proposes the role and necessity of the data quality standard as a means of addressing the data errors properly and also meeting the minimum requirements of stakeholders. The second section analyzes the relationship between the standards - building data model for NDT and ISO 19157: Geospatial data quality - in order to consider directly relevant standards. Finally, we suggest three plans on developing NDT data quality standard: (1) the scope for evaluating data quality, (2) additional quality elements(geometric integrity, geometric fidelity, positional accuracy and semantic classification accuracy), and (3) NDT data quality items model based on ISO 19157. The plans reveled through the study would contribute to establish a way for the national standard on NDT data quality as well as the other standards associated with NDT over the coming years.

  • We have taken surveys about total 72 departments of radiation oncology which is performing the treatment with linear accelerator and brachytherapy unit in Korea. The survey was included the research about the linear accelerator, brachytherapy, Also, we surveyed the various performance (QA period, manpower, time) of quality control for understanding of efficiency. The survey results show that the QA test of daily and weekly are almost same comparing to USA and Europe but the QA performance of monthly and yearly in Korea are 15.5 which is less than USA and Europe recommended QA item number of 17 to 21. The manpower and QA time in Korea also lower than 50% of USA and Europe recommended because the manpower and QA time limitation in Korea. It will be expected that the manual of quality management in each clinic could be appropriately established when combining the present results with previously published AAPM TG-40 and other protocols.
