오늘날 조직의 활동이 복잡해지고 외부환경과의 상호작용이 활발해짐에 따라 조직유효성을 측정하기 위한 기준이 다양해졌고 특히 조직의 목표가 연속적이고 조직의 산출물이 유형적 물질이 아닌 외식산업에서의 조직유효성 측정이라는 난제는 조직연구분야에서 핵심논제가 되고 있는 가운데 급격한 기업 내ㆍ외부의 환경 변화로 인하여 기존의 단면적인 측면으로 평가되는 유효성 지표보다 조직 전반에 대한 거시적인 입장에서 평가될 수 있는 유효성 지표를 도출하기 위해서 조직전반의 운영 과정 및 성과가 모두 포함되는 종합적 품질경영을 선택하는 것이 바람직하다는 의견이 다수 제기되고 있다. 치열한 경쟁사회에서 고객 만족도를 높이기 위해서 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)개념이 대두되고 있으며, CRM의 효과적인 수행을 위해서는 기업이 행하고 있는 고객서비스에 대한 정확한 평가가 중요하다. 여러 지표를 모두 고려하는 전략을 세우는 것은 현실적으로 불가능 하기 때문에 지표간의 개선 우선순위와 개선 폭, 개선방향을 결정할 수 있는 정보가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 고객서비스를 평가하는 경우, 고객이 각 서비스 품질지표에 대해 느끼고 있는 중요도와 현황 및 속성에 대해 종합적인 분석을 위해 수정된 Kano 모델에 근거한 중요도-성과분석 방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 응답의 모호성으로 인한 문제점을 최소화하고자 퍼지기법을 이용하였다. 방법론의 검증을 위해서 K사의 이동통신 서비스에 대해 20대의 남녀 대학생 27명을 대상으로 사례연구를 실시하였다.

This paper proposes a patent discovery method and strategy for Generative AI-related patents by utilizing qualitative evaluation indicators established based on the core components of the technology. Currently, the evaluation of patent quality relies on quantitative indicators, but existing quantitative indicators cannot represent the characteristics of Generative AI technology, making it difficult to accurately evaluate. Therefore, there is a need for additional qualitative indicators that consider technical characteristics based on patent claims, which can reveal the actual strength of the patent. In this paper, we propose a new evaluation index considering the technical characteristics of Generative AI. Core patents were selected using the proposed evaluation index, and the appropriateness of the proposed index was verified through the existing quantitative evaluation method for the selected core patents.

In this study, a quality evaluation was conducted to change the sell-by date of fish cakes to the use-by date. For product quality evaluation, storage conditions were set at 5, 10, and 15 ℃, and five tests of pH, acid value, volatile basic nitrogen, bacterial count, and coliform group were performed. As a result of the experiment, the quality safety limit period of fish cakes stored at 5 ℃ was 43 days, that of fish cakes stored at 10 ℃ were 30 days, and that of fish cakes stored at 15 ℃ was 7 days. Among the five test items used for quality evaluation, the quality-limit indicators were acid value, number of bacteria, and coliform groups. The index that determined the quality safety-limit period under the three storage conditions was the bacterial count. The sell-by date of the fish cake used in this experiment was 10 days. However, through quality evaluation, the use-by date at 10 ℃ was 28.5 days, which was calculated by multiplying the 30 days; the quality limit period, by a safety factor of 0.95. However, this study conducted a quality study on one item of fish cakes from a single company, and it was difficult to use the quality safety-limit period and use-by date set in this study universally. To change the sell-by date to the use-by date, extensive quality research on various products will be required. If this system is well established, it can help reduce food waste through proper consumption of food, and consumers will be able to consume food with confidence.

The discriminating power of journal evaluation criteria of Korean medical journals were measured. The study used the data of 76 medical journals, collected in the "Korean Medical Journal Evaluation" process conducted by the Korean Association of Medical Journal Editors (KAMJE) between 1997 and 1999. For each evaluation criterion, the distribution of the individual score vs the total score of a journal received was plotted and their correlations were analyzed. It is found that the evaluation criteria with a high discriminating power are the ones associated with the peer review system and the journal editing. The evaluation criteria with a low discriminating power are the journal frequency and how often a chief editor is changed. Some evaluation criteria such as "Journal holding rates of medical libraries" and "year-end index" need modifications in the evaluation methods. Other evaluation criteria such as "Journal self-citation rate","SCI citation rate" and "SCI impact factor" need to modify the score ranges. It is recommended that the new evaluation criteria such as "citation rate by Korean medical journals" and "Access availability of the journal information through major Korean medical abstract databases" should be added.formation through major Korean medical abstract databases" should be added.dded.

Currently the telephone service using Internet grows and the recent introduction of a smart phone is expected to accelerate the trend. In particular, considering the domestic situation that the wireless broadband (WiBro) system deployed over the nation, the telephone service over WiBro can be a solution toward its fast expansion. Unlike telephone service over a conventional telephone network or mobile network, however, internet telephone cannot guarantee it service quality, which can be severer in a wireless environment such as a WiBro network. Therefore, a more strict and systematic management for controlling the quality of internet telephone service over WiBro in a more efficient way. As the first step to establish the management system, this paper proposes a scheme to manage the quality of internet telephone service over WiBro and introduces a software developed for the purpose. The developed software is installed on a user terminal and facilitates efficient service quality management by measuring the quality of internet telephone service over WiBro in terms of VoIP metric, network metric, and wireless metric.

This study is to evaluate the public drinking water service systematically, to improve customer satisfaction level, also overcoming the limitations of the existing method often relying on the satisfaction measurement subjectively. Thorough the rigid quality control of the service and its effect on civil affairs administration, we conclude that quality of the public service has an influences on the customers' satisfaction, which play a role to intensify the confidence and support of the civil administration by its appropriate management. Thus quality control management itself has its own value in that the satisfaction and confidence of the service result from the quality. The new model can be utilized as a Service Quality Index for the public drinking water service. To enhance the customers' satisfaction and confidence of the water suppliers, it is very useful that they reflect the customers' needs exactly through the service quality control regularly.

주요국 대부분이 축산물등급제를 운용하는 이유는 축산물의 품질을 지육 및 부위별로 구분하는 통일된 체계를 마련함으로써 생산부터 유통, 소비에 이르는 전 유통단계의 지표로서 역할과 활용도를 높이기 위함이다. 주요국과 비교해 본 우리나라 축산물등급제를 소개하고 이를 통한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The Korean government developed an organizational maturity model for public data quality management based on international standards to evaluate the data quality management level of public organizations, However, as the model has too many indicators to apply on the site, a new model with reduced number of indicators is proposed in this paper. First, the number of processes is reduced by integrating and modifying the processes of the previous model. Second, a new maturity evaluation method is proposed based on capability levels focused on the activity, not on the process. Third, the maturity level of public data quality management is represented by five discrete levels or real values of 1 through 5. Finally, characteristics of the proposed model are compared with those of the previous model.
