The purpose of this study is to prioritize the importance of urban railway service quality through statistical analysis. This was done to maximize customer satisfaction by providing customers of urban railway services (including LRT), operated by the local government, with a better customized service quality. It was hoped that this project would boost the need for public transportation by increasing customer satisfaction, which would eventually lead to more profitable revenue. The results of validity certification of expectations and perceptions before and after the use of government funded urban railway and private sector invested urban railways show that there are gaps for 18 items for the government funded urban rail projects (p<.01), while there is no significant difference for 2 items between expectation and perception (p>.05); private sector invested urban railway projects show differences for all 20 items (p<.001). Therefore, IPA analysis is conducted to improve the service quality; this should lead to a remedy that focuses on service quality. The findings of this study will contribute to providing management strategies for boosting customer satisfaction and creating revenue through customized service quality in the urban railway operating industry (including LRT), which is currently suffering from chronic deficits.

Instant Baekseolgi containing 0, 1, 2, and 3% trehalose prepared using a microwave oven, after which quality characteristics were investigated over 24 hr. The sample was prepared to internal and external parts. The moisture content of Baekseolgi without trehalose (control) was not reduced. However, the presence of trehalose reduced moisture content of two different groups (p<0.05). Weight reduction of Baekseolgi was decreased with increased threhalose content (p<0.05). The hardness, and chewiness of Baekseolgi with trehalose was decreased with increased trehalose (p<0.05). However adhesiveness, springiness, and cohesiveness were not significantly changed. The results of sensory evaluation showed that moisture and hardness were reduced between the internal and external parts of the Baekseolgi with increased trehalose (p<0.05). This study shows that the addition of trehalose to Baekseolgi had a positive impact on quality characteristics, including moisture content, weight reduction, texture, and sensory properites.

소과종 수박의 고밀도 지주재배시 질소시비량을 260kg/㏊, 200, 140, 0, 무비구로 하여 생육, 수양, 품질 및 무기양분 흡수에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. 가. 생육특성은 질소시용구가 0kg시용구와 무비구보다 초장, 엽면적, 생체중 및 건물중이 좋았고, 질소시용구간에는 차이가 없었으며 엽수는 모든 처리구에서 차이가 없었다. 나. 수량특성은 140kg/ha시용구가 32,010kg/ha로 가장 높았고, 착과율도 79%로 가장 높았다. 다. 품질특성은 140kg 시용구가 식미지수 3.9, 당도 12.5 $^{\circ}$Bx로 다른 처리구보다 좋았고, 무비구가 12.0 $^{\circ}$Bx로 처리구 중에서 가장 낮았다. 과피두께는 질소 시비량이 증가할수록 두꺼웠다. 라. 식물체(잎)내 T-N의 함량은 질소시비량이 많았던 처리구일수록 증가폭이 컸으며, 모든 처리구에서 생육중기에 가장 많이 흡수되었다. 인산함량은 질소시비량에 따라서 큰 차이가 없었으며 칼슘함량은 질소시비량이 많을수록 증가하는 경향을 보였고, 마그네슘 함량은 칼슘과는 달리 질소시비량이 많을수록 생육후기에 낮았다. 마. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면 소과종 수박을 밀식하여 지주재배를 실시할 때 토양 염류집적을 줄여주고, 품질 및 수량을 향상시키기 위해서는 질소시비량을 대과종 수박재배시의 70% 수준으로 줄여서 시비하는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다.

드론 Photogrammetry는 높은 기술적 활용가치가 있는 기술로서, 결과물로 생성하는 3D 디지털 공간정보 모델이 시설물의 비육안 안전점검 및 진단에 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 디지털 트윈 구축을 위한 가장 기초적이고 핵심적인 수치 데이터를 제공하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 드론 Photogrammetry의 적정 품질을 구현하기 위한 임무비행의 다양한 영향인자에 대해 고찰하였다. K-water연구원 누수탐사실습장을 대상으로 드론 사진 촬영 시 비행고도, 비행속도, 중첩도, 카메라 Pitch각의 영향에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구에서 비행시간에 영향을 미치는 인자로서 비행고도, 중첩도, 비행속도의 순으로 중요도가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 드론 임무 비행 시 후처리 결과에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 인자는 중첩도로 나타났다. 중첩도 60% 임무비행은 3D 모델의 geometry 왜곡이 큰 편으로 나타났다. 비행 고도는 GSD (Ground Sampling Distance)와 직접 연계되므로 중요하며, 낮은 고도일수록 높은 품질의 모델링이 가능하다. April Tag를 통한 지상기준점 자동 패턴 인식 기능은 후처리 과정에서 시간 절약이 가능하여 유용하였다. 비행속도에 의한 결과물의 품질은 큰 차이가 없었으나, 수직 구조물의 모서리 부분에 다소 차이가 있었다. 짐벌 Pitch각도에 의한 정사영상 품질의 차이는 크지 않았으나 수직구조물과 평면적 구조물에 따라 각기 다른 촬영각도를 적용하는 것이 바람직하다. 본 연구성과는 향후 보다 다양한 환경에서의 데이터 수집을 통해 최적 디지털 현실 모델링에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

The aim of this study is to improve quality system through mutual understanding for the opinion gap among interested parties such as owner, designer, constructor and supervisor in construction industry. The survey to the owners, designers, constructors, and supervisors who are in charge of quality of the 183 architectural projects being constructed has been performed for investigating the importance and actual level of quality and quality factors. Questionnaires are based on the quality factors shown in ISO 9001:2000 international quality management system requirements. There are distinct opinion gaps for quality among owner, designer, constructor, and supervisor who working for the same architectural projects.

인터넷을 기반으로 시간과 장소에 구애 없이 학습 가능한 이러닝의 보급이 빠른 속도로 확산되고 있지만 이러닝 교육서비스의 품질을 높이기 위한 체계적인 평가와 개선은 상대적으로 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 SERVQUAL모형을 이용하여 S대학에서 개설된 E과목에 대한 이러닝 교육서비스의 품질을 평가하였다. 동일한 E과목을 100% 온라인으로 수강한 학부생 79명, 대학원생 71명을 대상으로 성별, 연령별에 따라 SERVQUAL 조사결과를 비교하였다. 성별에 따른 서비스 격차점수에는 유의한 차가 없었지만, 연령별에 따라서는 서비스 격차 점수에 유의한 차이가 존재하였다. 연력별 차이의 원인으로는 연령이 높은 대학원생들의 경우 대부분이 직장을 가지고 있는 시간제(part-time) 학생들이기 때문에 학습내용의 현업 적용성을 상대적으로 중요하게 고려하기 때문으로 생각된다.

인공위성의 다양한 활용분야 중 중요하며 일반적으로 많이 이용되는 것이 영상의 획득이다. 그러나 위성에서 획득된 영상은 예상치 못한 상황과 시스템의 성능에 의해 그 품질의 현격한 차이가 발생한다 그래서 고품질의 위성영상을 획득하기 위해서는 시스템에 대한 분석이 요구되며 그 분석을 기반으로 한 모델링으로 향후 설계될 위성영상의 품질을 예측 할 수 있게 된다. 향후 개발될 고해상도 위성영상의 품질 분석을 위해서는 현재 운용중인 위성의 특성분석을 기초로 모델링하여 사전에 위성영상 품질 예측을 수행할 수 있도록 해야 한다. (중략)

Uniform milling is regarded as a very essential technology to produce high quality milled rice in Rice Recessing Complex. But non-uniformly milled rice can be produced very easily because of unadequate operation methods of milling system and bad brown rice conditions. This study was conducted to find out the bad effect of non-uniform milling degrees and store temperatures on quality characteristics such as taste of cooked rice, fatty acidity, whiteness and so on of milled rice during storage. According to the increase of non-uniform milling degrees, the fatty acid acidity and b value were increased very rapidly, and taste of cooked rice and whiteness were decreased very rapidly during storage. And the general quality characteristics of milled rice were better at low temperature storage of $5^{\circ}C$ than at high temperature storage at $25^{\circ}C$.

This paper was conducted to verify the relationship of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency of convergence e-business valuation. For this paper, it surveyed 179 students and the data were collected Nov. 2~30, 2015. This research analyzed all the samples through ANOVA, t-test utilized by SPSS 22.0 The results as follow. First, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency had statistically significant difference according to gender. Second, understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency showed statistically significant difference according to grade. The results of this study reveal the fact that the general characteristics like gender and grade made difference to the understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency. Furthermore, this paper may need to include various variables of understanding of learning, service quality, efficiency and suggest research about several university.

This study analyzes the influence of the logistics quality of Chinese internet shopping mall on the customer satisfaction. This study also analyzes the influence of the customer satisfaction on the word-of-mouth intention. Then this study examines whether there is a difference among the influences of the logistics quality on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' traits. As a result, when it comes to the logistics quality, carriage, after service and kindness influence customer satisfaction and the customer satisfaction influences word-of-mouth intention similarly. And this research reveals that the logistics quality can not differently influence on the customer satisfaction depending on the types of shopping mall and the users' gender and ages.
