  • 본 연구의 결과에 의하면 품질관련 경영혁신을 지속적으로 추진하는 것이 경영시스템 품질수준을 향상시키는데 매우 효과적일 뿐만 아니라 품질경영 추진부서의 형태에 따라서 기업의 경영시스템품질 수준에 차이가 있음이 확인되었다. 이 연구의 결과는 우리나라 기업이 경영시스템 품질수준을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 경영혁신 및 품질경영을 추진하는 데에 시사점을 제시하였다는 점에 그 의의가 있다.

A Study on the Evaluation for the Public Opinion Survey Data Quality Used in Theses (학위논문에 사용된 여론조사 자료의 품질평가에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the opinion survey data quality used in theses and to suggest the data quality evaluation model. We used 16 items which were suggested by KASR(Korean Association for Survey Research) as a standard of survey data quality evaluation in thesis. According to the result, the data quality used in the theses is very poor level not to be accepted. And we tried difference tests between two proportions in order to find there were significant differences among stochastical variables. The result showed that there were some significant differences in sampling error and number of analyzing method between doctor and master. we suggested a model that was weighted by 9 special items for a survey data quality evaluation in a thesis by observing them from KASR's principles.

  • Qualify of software development project is very important in complex and large domestic software market. Software development companies are eager to Bet some quality certification such as CMM certification. However, reliability and effectiveness of CMM certification tomes into question. This study explores the relationships between software project Quality (and some organizational performance) and organization's CMM certification. The result shows no strong relationships between project quality and CMM certification. This may imply that an incremental improvement of project process plays a more important role than certification process itself.

  • 본 논문에서는 인간의 시각 인지 능력(Human Visual System; HVS)을 기반으로 하는 영상 품질 측정 방법을 제안한다. 보다 구체적으로 제안하는 시각 인지 기반의 영상 품질 측정 방법은 기존의 객관적인 품질 평가 방법인 PSNR 품질 측정 방법에 1) HVS 에 기반한 foveated contrast sensitivity 을 이용하여 집중 영역으로부터 거리에 따른 인식률 저하를 반영하였으며, 이와 동시에 2) Just Noticeable Distortion(JND)을 통해 영상의 휘도 대비 차이에서 오는 인식률 차이를 반영하여 사용자가 인지하는 품질을 계산하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 특히 대형 영상의 부호화 과정에서 양자화 및 bit allocation, 또는 기 부호화된 영상의 전송 과정에서 차등화된 오류 보호 기술 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근의 지구관측 위성들은 많은 양의 정보를 제한된 시간안에 지상으로 전송하기 위해 영상처리 과정에서 손실 압축 방법을 많이 사용한다. 따라서 이들 영상 압축 알고리즘들은 위성 발사전 충분히 검증되어야 하며, 현재까지는 일반적으로 압축 복원된 영상의 품질 평가를 위해 RMSE, SNR 또는 PSNR 등이 많이 이용되어왔다. 그러나 이들 방법은 원 영상과 복원된 영상의 각 화소 간의 차이를 단순 비교해서 영상 품질을 평가 하는 방법이다. 따라서 이들 방법은 각 화소 간의 차이에 의한 영상 품질은 평가가 가능 하지만 한 화소와 주변 화소와의 관계 까지는 확인 할 수 없다. 그러나 인간의 인지 능력은 한 화소 와 주변 화소 사이의 상호 관계에 매우 민감하며 특히 위성 영상의 경우 주변 물체와의 상관 정보가 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기존 영상 품질 평가 방법들의 단점을 보완하기 위해 주변 화소와의 상관 관계를 포함하는 절대 모멘트를 이용한 영상 품질 평가 방법을 제안하고 제안된 방법을 고해상도의 지구관측 영상에 적용하여 성능을 검증하였다.

A Study on Cloud Service Quality by Using Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA 기법을 적용한 클라우드 서비스 품질 분석)

  • This study sheds light on the quality aspect of cloud computing services as next IT platform. Three tasks of the research are to extract the quality factors of cloud service from the user's viewpoint, empirically analyze the perceptual differences between the user group and the provider group by applying the IPA technique, and suggest some quality factors that need to be improved. Based on the previous researches and focus group evaluation, 13 quality factors have been established. Two field surveys have been performed respectively to collect the perceptual importance and satisfaction level of the users and the providers. It is shown that the quality satisfaction of the user group is lower than the quality perceived by the providers. And there exist significant differences between two groups in respect to quality importance level and IPA matrix. In conclusion, 6 quality factors that need to be improved are suggested such as service functionality, service availability, interoperability, scalability, confidentiality, and provider's responsiveness.

  • Quality of software development project is very important In complex and large domestic soft ware markets. CMM level certification evaluates duality of software development project at present. Therefore, software development company endeavor for acquisition of CMM certification, level up CMM and organization's competitive power But, today confidentiality of CMM certification come into question, an exploratory study undertake about difference of software project quality and organization performance between CMM certificated organization and no-CMM certificated organization. Two organizations different partially. First of all, incremental improvement of software project process takes precedence of CMM certification. It is better to fit between culture of organization and CMM certification for project quality.

  • This study analyzed the fatty acid and amino acid compositions of dorsal and fin muscles collected from olive flounder cultured using a formula feed(extruded pellets, EP) and compared them to those of fish cultured with a raw fish moist pellet(MP) feed as a control. The olive flounder in this study were cultured for 10 months with either the formulated extruded pellets(FEP), commercial extruded pellets(CEP), or the MP feed, and their average weight was 1.15 kg. The proximate compositions of the dorsal muscle were not different among the groups, whereas in the fin muscles of the fish fed with the MP diet, moisture content was higher and crude lipid content was lower. The major fatty acids in the dorsal and fin muscles of the fish fed with the MP, CEP, and FEP diets were palmitic acid and oleic acid. Finally, no significant differences were observed among the diet groups in the results for amino acid content or the sensory and textural properties of the muscle.

Evaluation for the Sensory Quality of Commercial Soymilk (시판 두유의 품질에 대한 관능적 측정)

  • The quality for flavor-by-mouth of commercial soymilk was evaluated by sensory testing. The results were summerized as follows : 1. A significant difference on the sweety flavor of sample I was recognized at In level among the rest of samples except sample B. 2. A significant difference on the thick and the nutty flavor of sample C was recognized at In level among the each samples. Therefore sample C, generally recognized as having thick and nutty flavor. 3. A significant difference on the benny flavor was not recognized at 5n level among the samples of commercial soymilk. 4. According to the results of sensory testing for commercial soymilk, the sweety flavor of the each sample was generally evaluated as common flavor except sample C.
