Structural Relationships between Online Wine Store Quality, Trust, and Perceived Risk (온라인 와인 매장 품질, 신뢰와 지각된 위험간의 구조적 관계)

  • As the issue of selling wine online has been raised in an attempt to implement FTA programs in a more effective way, wine will be available online in the near future in Korea. Thus, this study aimed at identifying key factors which will contribute to reduce various kinds of risks perceived by online customers, and investigating the structural relationships between those factors and perceived risks. Site quality of online wine shop(information quality, system quality), trust in online wine shop were selected as key predictors of perceived risks and research model was established using those factors. Data were collected from those who have experienced in using online wine store, and the research model was tested using valid data. Results of testing research hypotheses using data from survey respondents showed that information and system quality exerted an impact on trust in online wine shop. It was proven that information and system quality posited an impact on time risk whereas they was not related to performance and psychological risk. In addition, trust in online wine shop was shown to be related to time risk, performance risk, and psychological risk.

  • While Defense Agency fur Technology and Quality(DTaQ) has been utilized a risk assessment method as a quality assurance activity for defense goods since 1999, a risk assessment method is known to be ineffective to identify defective items. The objective of this study is to propose the new evaluation method, that adjusts a relative priority of evaluation elements using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). Newly evaluated scores have been applied to the risk assessment result of 2005 defective items to test a validity of the new evaluation model. The new model is capable to identify more high and medium risk-level items than the current method. The company risk-level gets more scores than the item risk-level in the new model.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality factors that consumers perceive during their purchasing product on Internet Shopping Mall. The study defines the characteristic quality dimensions of Internet Shopping Mall by adding three dimensions consisting of convenience, security and entertainment to PZB's SERVQUAL scale. Consumers' purchase process on Internet Shopping Mall is examined by finding the relation between their perceived risk factor and repurchase intention. The study results show that consumers' higher appraisal degree on service quality means their higher repurchase intentions, their lower perceived risks degree. The repurchase intentions and the perceived risks degree have negative correlation. The more consumers have experienced buying on Internet Shopping Mall, the higher consumer assess service quality, they have higher repurchase intention and lower perceived risk. The most basic contribution is that new service quality dimensions, which is able to clarify service quality on Cyber Mall, is identified with the established PZB(I988; 1991)'s SERVQUAL dimensions.

  • 감리는 정보시스템의 품질을 향상시키기 위한 일련의 활동들 중 하나로 독립된 제3자가 정보시스템 구축 및 운영에 관련된 각종 위험 및 통제 상태를 점검하고 평가하여 개선이 필요한 사항을 권고하는 것이다. 그러나, 대부분의 평가가 감리인의 전문적 경험 및 주관적 판단에 의존한 정성적 방법으로 수행되고 있어 중요한 위험을 간과할 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 논문에서는 다양한 비정형 산출물을 DTD와 스키마를 포함한 XML메타 모델인 표준포맷을 생성 후 단계별 필 통합적 방법으로 의미분석을 실시하여 자동으로 위험요소를 식별하고 평가할 수 있는 위험평가 프레임워크, 위험평가 모델, 위험평가 기준을 제안한다. 이와 같은 시스템화된 감리품질 개선기법을 통하여 추출된 결과는 감리인에게 사전에 전달됨으로써 감리노력과 일정을 절약할 수 있어 효율적인 감리수행 및 효과적인 감리결과가 보장된다.

The effects of Perceived Risk concerning Korean medical Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction and Revisit Intention of Kazakhstan patients (한국병원 의료서비스품질에 있어 지각된위험이 고객만족 및 재방문의도에 미치는 영향 - 카자흐스탄 고객 중심으로-)

  • Purposes: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of health service quality and perceived risks of Korean hospitals on the satisfaction and revisit of Kazakhstan's customers. Among two classified groups: health service providers and health service receivers, this study aims to identify the effects of health service receivers in Kazakhstan's health service quality and perceived risks on customer satisfaction. Methodology: Hypotheses were developed upon the explanations on health service quality, perceived risks, customer satisfaction, and revisit, advanced by prior literature. A survey was conducted on the effects of health service receivers in Kazakhstan's health service quality and perceived risks on customer satisfaction and revisit. The proposed hypotheses were confirmed by examining validity and reliability of the collected data, followed by regression analysis. Findings: First, the five dimensions: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles showed a positive correlation between the impacts of health service quality and customer satisfaction of Korean hospitals. Second, the physical risk, social risk, time-loss risk showed a negative correlation. Lastly, the relation between customer satisfaction and revisit showed a positive correlation. Practical Implication: Health service quality and perceived risks were identified to impose significant effects on Kazakhstan customers. The identified results suggest that Korean hospitals should implement management strategies based on the customers' satisfaction factor.

  • 순간전압강하에 대한 다양한 전력품질 보상기기에 대한 투자 여부를 결정하기 위해서는 장비에 대한 기술적이고 경제적인 분석이 필요하다. 전력품질 보상기기에 대한 수명비용을 분석하기 위해 반복 수행에 있어 강력한 모델인 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 확률론적 위험도 평가를 수행하였으며, 확정모델의 분석 결과와 비교하였다. 확률론적 분석을 통하여 불확실성을 반영한 보다 현실적인 위험도 평가 결과를 얻을 수 있다.

  • Better quality software can be made by eliminating the software product risk in the early stages. To achieve this task, a risk analysis system that can effectively track and manage risks that have severe effects on software quality is needed. The existing risk analysis systems have some weaknesses as they are applied to organizations. The major problems of those systems are that they require organizations to collect as much risk data at a time without providing a proper explanation and even without the support of a risk management process. This paper resolves those problems by developing a risk analysis system that offers methods of managing risks. In addition, the system provides the guidelines of which risks should be gathered for each step. The system also has functions to generate a range of strategy and analysis information on risks.

  • This study can be helpful in establishing and establishing company-wide marketing strategies from the supplier's point of view by analyzing the effects of rental service users' risk perception and service quality on customers' re-use intentions, and revealing differences according to demographic characteristics. It was intended to provide valid results. A total of 218 data were used as analysis data. Frequency, factor, mean, reliability and regression analysis, ANOVA, and t-test were performed through SPSS program (statistics). As a result of the study, first, as a result of analyzing the effect of risk perception on rental service quality, functional and psychological risks have a negative (-) effect on service quality. Second, in the relationship between service quality and re-use intention, the empathy factor has a high positive (+) effect, and as a result of analyzing the effect of risk perception on re-use intention, functional and psychological risk have the greatest influence, and financial Risk perception was also highly influential. In conclusion, the research results suggest that increasing the concentration of marketing strategies by reducing the negative (-) effect related to risk perception for short-term customers and housewives and enhancing the reliability and empathy for service quality can maximize the sales of suppliers.

  • This study examines whether, when, and how sellers with low-quality products can instantly enhance profitability by fully disclosing quality information. Our analytic model has found that a low-quality seller can increase demand even in the short run by voluntarily sharing the information about its quality, if he can sufficiently reduce perceived risk of buyers. Moreover, a low-quality seller's information disclosure may increase both the market's and the competitor's demand, depending on the level of perceived risk. The finding of this study is expected to provide meaningful implications to managers and policy makers on solving market dilemmas under information asymmetry.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate how the price levels influence the relationships between consumers' perceived quality, risk, and value and purchase intention of restaurant menu. It analyzed questionnaire data from 406 consumers who had purchase experience of boned rib restaurant menu during the last 6 month period. The results showed that perceived risk had a negative impact on perceived quality and perceived risk had a negative impact on purchase intention. In addition, perceived quality had a positive impact on perceived value. However, perceived quality didn't have an impact on purchase intention and perceived risk didn't have an impact on perceived value.
