오프셋 인쇄에 비해 속도와 인쇄품질의 경쟁력이 많이 떨어졌던 디지털 잉크젯 인쇄에 대한 시각이 점차 바뀌고 있다. 그 만큼 속도와 품질이 시장에서 용인할 수 있는 수준으로 올라섰다는 현장의 증언이 이를 뒷받침하고 있다. 특히 미국의 디지털 잉크젯 장비의 사용 확대가 괄목할 만하다.

This study was performed to improved the quality of dried persimmon. For this, the investigation of quality factor and processing experiments were performed. The moisture contents of dried persimmons were 30 to 36% and it was the most important component of the quality. Tannin contents were 0 to 20% and non-treated persimmon had higher tannin contents than treatment of carbon dioxide and alcohol. Total sugar contents were 55 to 60% and it was composed in glucose and fructose. Processing of dried persimmon by artificial-drying seemed to be useful when it needed to shorten the drying time or it continued rainy day during sun-drying. From the result of quality evaluation, sliced dried persimmon was better than whole dried persimmon in quality, so the sliced dried persimmon was expected that it has a little marketability.

피부관리실에 있어서 고객만족에 미치는 영향요인으로는 피부관리실의 외부환경, 시설 등의 물리적 품질이 기본적으로 중요한 요소라는 그간 이 부분에 많은 시설개선과 연구가 진행되어져 오고 있다. 그러나 피부미용 서비스는 고객과 종사자간의 상호접촉을 통해 전달되기 때문에 피부관리실 종사원의 태도와 행동은 고객만족에 매우 큰 영향을 미치게 되며, 우수한 품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 종사원 관리가 피부관리실의 성공에 매우 중요한 요인이 된다. (중략)

Museum management has been centered on curated exhibitions. Today, however, visitor-tailored exhibitions are all the rage, and various ICT-based services such as museum app's and exhibition explanation through QR code are being provided. To this trend, research on museum services using smartphones and SNS has been conducted. But there have been few studies of technical influence on the museum service satisfaction factors. This study, therefore, attempted to identify and classify the satisfaction factors of museum services with Kano model which explains service quality attributes. Samples from South Korea and Austria were analyzed There was a significant gap in quality factors according to cultural differences and a notable difference in perceived quality even for the factors in the same dimension. It implies that cultural differences need to be taken into account for the priority of museum services.

진흥문화(주)(대표이사 박형호)는 지산 9월 30일 서올 성수동 공장에서 독일제 KBA 오프셋인쇄기 도입 및 성수동 공장 시설확장 기념식을 갖고 한국 인쇄출판문화 발전에 기여할 것을 다짐했다. 이번에 도입한 KBA RAPIDA 105 인쇄기는 5색 오프셋으로 최대 시간당 1만8000매를 인쇄할 수 있는 고성능 기계다. 진흥문화(주)는 앞으로 품질향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또한 이번 인쇄기 도입으로 캘린더, 연미술 등을 인쇄함에 있어 진흥문화의 새로운 도전이 어떤 성과를 낼 것인지 인쇄업계의 관심이 집중되고 있다.
