Development of a Web-based A/S Management System in Apartment Housing Projects (웹 기반의 공동주택 AS관리 시스템 개발)

  • Recently, After Service(AS) management in apartment housing projects has been appeared as one of the major factors for improving customer satisfaction, and increasing competitiveness and raising image of a company in construction industry. The primary objective of this paper is to propose a web-based AS management system which enables field engineers to effectively collect AS information required from customers and effectively manage the statuses and results of AS performed. It is anticipated that the effective use of the system proposed in this paper would be able to improve communication efficiency among the AS participants, and help field engineers systematically manage and accumulate data that might be utilized as a reference in future construction projects.

선형가속기 출력 점검에 사용하는 열형광선량계의 에너지 의존도 평가

  • 방사선치료를 위한 고에너지 광자선의 품질관리를 위해 사용하는 TLD의 광자선 선질에 대한 에너지 의존도를 몬테카를로 모사법을 사용하여 평가하였다. IAEA 선량보증사업에 이용되는 LiF TLD 및 홀더를 EGS4기반의 사용자 코드인 DOSIMETER 와 MCNP4C 몬테카를로 코드를 사용하여 기하학구조를 구성하고, Co, 4, 6,10 밑 15 MV 광자선을 시뮬레이션하였다. DOSIMETER계산 결과를 통해 TLD의 에너지 보정인자가 실험 데이터와 일치함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이와 별도로 캡슐에 의한 교란량도 무시할 수 없음을 발견하였다.

Approximate Decision Rules for Multi-Item Continuous Review Inventory Model (다품종(多品種) 연속점검(連續點檢) 재고관리(在庫管理)모델의 최적해법(最適解法))

  • This paper presents a general algorithm of multi-item continuous review models to obtain simultaneous solutions for ordering quantities and reorder points for each item in an inventory, while satisfying constraints on average inventory investment and reordering workload. Two models are formulated'in each model the heuristic method is utilized, and the partial back-logging is considered. In the first model, the objective function is the minimization of total inventory variable cost. In the second model, the objective function is the minimization of total time-weighted shortages, and the ordering, holding, and stockout costs in this model are independent each other. A numerical example is also solved to present application of each model.

잘못된 항콕시듐제의 첨가수준이 미치는 영향

  • 항콕시듐제를 사료중에 첨가할 때 일어날 수 있는 실수는 두 가지 면에서 양계업자 들에게 큰 손실을 준다. 첫째로 항콕시듐제를 적량보다 적게 투여하거나, 배합시설의 불비로 인하여 적량이 사료 중에 함유되어 있지 않은 경우엔, 콕시듐이 심하게 감염상황인 때 5일에서 7일만에 콕시듐이 발병된다. 그 결과 콕시듐을 예방하고자 투입되는 경비와 노력이 낭비된다. 두째로 적량보다 초과하여 급여하거나 첨가될 때는 사료섭취량의 감소, 증체 및 사료 효율의 불량, 폐사수의 증가를 초래한다. 적량미달 투여와 과량 투여의 영향에 대한 실례를 상세히 기술하여 보고된 것은 그리 많지 않다. 심하게 피해가 발생하였다 하더라도 대개는 인테그레이션 회사나 사료회사 선에서 비밀에 부쳐지며, 증상은 경미하나 경제적으로 심각한 손실을 초래하는 경우에도 사양가들이 그 피해를 알아내는 쉬운 방법이 없기 때문에 그대로 지나친다. 사료중에 첨가되는 항콕시듐제의 첨가수준을 자주 분석$\cdot$점검하는 등의 품질관리 프로그램의 수립 및 이의 수행은 매우 필요한 것임을 강조하는 몇가지 실례를 소개한다.

A Study on Safety Accidents Caused by Pump Car Boom Defects (펌프카 Booms 결함으로 발생하는 안전사고 고찰)

  • 본연구는 콘크리트 타설과정에서 반복되는 펌프카 사고를 예방하기 위해서 설계 및 제작의 품질관리와 현(現))정기검사 기준을 개선해야 한다는 점을 제안하며, Booms 파단 사고 예방대책 제시가 목적이고, 최근 1~2년 사이에 발생한 펌프카 기계적 결함 사고의 현황조사와 사고 특징을 분석하고, 펌프카 장비의 검사기준 및 조정원의 자격과 기능교육 기준 마련의 필요성 확인한다. 붐대의 안전성 확인하기 위해서는 선행연구의 구조적 안전성 평가와 최대응력 부위에 대한 선행연구의 유한요소 해석모델 자료를 재분석하고, 2단 붐이 타설중 가장 많은 힘을 받는지와 파괴 가능성을 확인한다. Booms의 유한요소 모델 해석 결과 펌프카는 타설 과정에서 진동으로 피로 하중을 받을 수 있다는 동적해석과 정적해석 재검토 결과 가장 취약한 부위는 2단 붐이었으며, 2st 붐은 제작단계에서 부재 두께를 증가시키고, 상단부에 철판 보강을 권장한다. 펌프카 사고를 방지하기 위해서는 제조사는 생산단계에서 2st Boom 상단에 보강판 부착이 필요하고, 정기검사 비용 현실화와 비파괴 검사를 의무 검사로 반영이 필요하다고 제언한다.

A Study on the Improvement of Digital Library System for School Library (학교도서관업무지원시스템(DLS) 개선방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study was to suggest the problems and the improvement plan of Digital Library System (DLS) which has solved the library management and has supported the data building for resource sharing in school libraries since 2001. The 9 DLS committees were interviewed about the current situation of DLS use and the problems of DLS system in the 6 areas of acquisition, cataloging, circulation and discharge, inventory, library statistics, and searching interface as the research methods. Based on the interviews, the improvement plans were suggested as followed. In acquisition, it was to need the acquisition system development and online purchase for users. In cataloging, the improvement of data quality management, and indexes and vocabularies control for upgrade of searching function were needed. The advanced circulation speed in circulation, the restoration of discarded data in inventory and the exact statistic data in library statistics were need to improve the DLS. This study would contribute to the betterment of DLS and increase the use of DLS.

  • Since the successful launch of Geostationary Ocean Color Imager-II (GOCI-II) in February 2020, various studies for improving the accuracies of the product have been underway through full-scale Cal/Val (calibration and validation) activities. This special issue examines the algorithm for GOCI-II data quality management at present, two years after the start of studies on Cal/Val and algorithm improvement of GOCI-II data, and introduces accuracy improvement and application progress along with the related research results. We expect that highly accurate data will be provided and utilized through continuous Cal/Val activities for GOCI-II data.

Optimum Management Plan for Soil Contamination Facilities (특정토양오염관리대상시설의 최적 관리방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study was to investigate the unsuitable rate of the storage facilities, the changes in corrosion process over time after installation according to the status, the time to install the facilities, years elapsed after facilities installation, inspection of methods and motivation, and so on, based on the results of the inspection at the petroleum storage facilities conducted by domestic soil-relate specialized agency to derive optimal management plans which meet the status of soil contamination facilities. The results showed that the facilities more than 5 years after the initial leak test at the time of the installation need to be inspected periodically by considering costs of leak test and remediation of polluted soil. The inspection period can be decided by cost and leak test methods showing discrepancies for the results obtained from individual test whether it was direct or indirect. To compensate these matters, we suggested that the direct inspection method on regular schedule is recommended. On the other hand, the inspection can be voluntarily completed to ease burden of the results by inspection or equivalent level to this inspection method. Also, it may need improved construction supervision and performance test system to minimize the occurrence of the nature defects in installing the facilities as well as the upgrade program for the facilities during intervals of inspection period.

Analysis of Correlation between Freeze-Thaw Damage on Concrete and Chloride Penetration Acceleration Effect Using Surface Rebound Value (표면반발경도 활용 콘크리트 동해손상과 염분 침투 가속효과의 상관관계 분석)

  • Although most domestic concrete structures are simultaneously exposed to freeze-thaw and chloride environments, concrete durability in the field is evaluated by each single action, and the evaluation of chloride-caused damage of concrete requires additional indoor experimental analysis of chloride contents by coring samples from structures in the field. However, in Korea, policies to strengthen facility maintenance, such as 「Special Act on the Safety Control and Maintenance of Establishments」 and 「Framework Act on Sustainable Infrastructure Management」, have been established and implemented since 2018 and facilities subject to safety inspection management by the government and local governments increases, the effective simplification technology for the inspection and diagnosis of concrete structure is needed. Therefore, this study attempted to evaluate the possibility of determining the acceleration chloride penetration of freeze-thaw damaged concrete by using the surface rebound value. For this purpose, concrete specimens already having freeze-thaw damage by exposure to the freeze-thaw acceleration environment were immersed in chloride water. After that, the acceleration relationship of chloride penetration according to freeze-thaw damage was analyzed using the amount of chloride contents in concrete.
