This study aimed to analyze the quality concepts and requirements of digital records as evidence and to find an implication to develop requirements for trusted digital records with securing authoritative qualities. To this end, this study compared requirements of records domain linking records process, records metadata and records systems with judicial domain on digital evidence, and identified the records requirements to secure the legal admissibility linking records and judicial domain. This study analyzed the relationship of quality concepts between digital records and digital evidence, found the legal admissibility is highly related to the reliability, and derived that it needs the measure to secure the reliability at the stage of records creation and capture. To prove authenticity of digital evidence, this study identified importance of records process, records metadata and records system, and proposed the necessity of measurement to secure records' evidence.

Recently, the development and production of weapons systems for military products have been increasing. Therefore, there is a need for an efficient quality control method suitable for limited resources and manpower for the manufactured military products. Military munitions are characteristically developed and produced as business contract units. In addition, business and quality control are done by contract. For this reason, many contracts are concluded in one producer and similar products are often produced. Business and quality control also require extensive manpower and effort. If a company produces several similar products, a more efficient management approach is required. This study therefore examines these problems in an attempt to present solutions by analyzing the types of munitions contracts and the characteristics of products produced by one company. Based on the results, a method is proposed to manage the contract-specific management methods by company, that is, by business site. The method is applied to an engine manufacturing company and the integrated management plan is verified and its effectiveness confirmed. The effect of facility-wide method was a reduction of QA manpower and an improvement in maintaining quality assurance and stability through management of the workforce and contract grouping method.

Mobile devices have limited computing power and resources. Since mobile devices are equipped with rich network connectivity, an approach to subscribe cloud services can effectively remedy the problem, which is called Mobile Cloud Computing (MCC). Most works on MCC depend on a method to offload functional components at runtime. However, these works only consider the limited verion of offloading to a pre-defined, designated node. Moveover, there is the limitation of managing services subscribed by applications. To provide a comprehensive and practical solution for MCC, in this paper, we propose a self-stabilizing process and its management-related methods. The proposed process is based on an autonomic computing paradigm and works with diverse quality remedy actions such as migration or replicating services. And, we devise a pratical offloading mechanism which is still in an initial stage of the study. The proposed offloading mechanism is based on our proposed MCC meta-model. By adopting the self-stabilization process for MCC, many of the technical issues are effectively resolved, and mobile cloud environments can maintain consistent levels of quality in autonomous manner.

This study identified the cause-and-effect relationship of security management service quality by empirically analyzing whether the performance factors affecting the casino industry are improved when the quality of the security management service is improved. For this, Partial Least Squares (PLS) that can deduce the structural relationship between variables was used. To verify the representativeness of the population, SPSS 19.0 was utilized in a demographic analysis, a independent T-test and Scheffe test. The analysis of the data revealed that the casino industry must preferentially manage assurance, empathy, and security to improve the casino security management service quality, and that, of these, security was the most important factor. To help improve service quality, a theoretical and empirical basis that can consider the importance and priority of individual factors was presented based on the result of this analysis. It also revealed that the security management service is an essential factor for stable business activities of casinos. Further, the importance of the role of the security management service in business strategy formulation for improving the industry performance was recognized through the study results. A service quality improvement method was provided by focusing on the factors that must be preferentially considered for service quality improvement; moreover, implications that can predict the results of such method were presented.

연료유(가솔린, 디이젤 연료, 천연가스)의 성능평가 방법으로서 기존 ASTM 표준엔진 시험방법에 많은 단점들이 지적되어 그동안 이를 대체할 수 있는 방법에 관하여 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 고에서는 그동안 연구되어온 이들 사항들을 요약 정리하여 서로를 비교코저 하였다. 새로운 여러가지 평가방법들은 석유정제공정의 품질관리, 자동차 생산현장에서의 엔진시험, 연구, 자동차 배기가스 영향 등의 대기환경 연구 등에 필수적으로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각되며 해외에서는 최근 이들 방법들의 상업화된 기기의 개발과 시판 사용이 1990년대 접어들면서 급격히 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 이들 방법들은 기존의 ASTM 표준엔진 시험 방법의 여러 가지 난점을 극복키 위해 보다 신속, 정확하고 적은 시료의 양, 측정 가동의 편이성, 저렴한 운용 관리비, 많은 시료의 연속적인 측정 용이, 기존 시험엔진에 비해 저렴한 측정기기 가격 등 많은 장점을 보유하고 있다. 특히 자동차 관련 연구소의 엔진시험분야에서 배기가스에 미치는 연료 조성 및 물성의 영향과 동력학적 성질의 예측 등은 매우 중요하리라 생각된다. 그러므로 관련분야의 품질관리, 연구개발을 위해 본고의 내용이 도움이 되었으면 한다.

펨토셀은 실내에 위치한 사용자들에게 고품질의 이동통신 서비스를 제공하기 위한 실내용 소출력 이동통신 기지국이다. 펨토셀은 가정 또는 사무실과 같은 실내환경에 설치되어 기 의 이동통신 기지국과 협력함으로써 이동통신망의 용량을 확장하고 실내 사용자들에게 보다 우수한 통선 품질을 제공해 줄 수 있다. 그러나 펨토셀의 통신 영역은 수십에서 수백 제곱 미터로 작아 단말이 접속 기지국을 빈번하게 전환할 수 있으므로 펨토셀 네트워크에서는 이동성 관리 기능의 중요성이 매우 높을 것으로 예상된다. 또한 펨토셀이 기존 매크로셀과 일한 무선 자원을 사용할 경우 펨토셀과 매크로셀 사이의 신호 간섭 이 발생하여 사용자의 통신 품질이 크게 저하될 우려가 있다. 본 고에서는 3GPP LTE-Advanced 기반 펨토셀 네트 크 환경에서 단말의 이동성 관리기법 및 그 절차를 소개한다. 또한 펨토셀로부터의 신호 간섭 에 의해 통신 품질이 크게 저하되는 피해 단말 탐색을 위한 3GPP LTE-Advanced 표준에서 정의하고 있는 핸드오버 절차 기반의 펨토셀과 매크로셀 기지국 사이의 협력 기법을 소개한다.

암호화 기술을 응용한 저작권 관리 기술들은 저작권자가 대가를 지불한 사용자에게만 사용권한을 줄수 있어 좀 더 적극적인 저작권 보호 기술이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 저작권 관리(DRM) 소프트웨어의 사용성 품질을 평가하기 위해 시험 메트릭을 제안하였으며, 품질 평가는 디지털 저작권 관리 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 유도할 수 있는 기술로서 국제 표준을 수용하는 전략기술 개발을 통해 객관성과 활용도를 높일 수 있다.

국내외적으로, 2.3GHz 대역의 휴대 인터넷 서비스와 이동 고속 무선 패킷 데이터 MBWA(Mobile Broadband Wireless Access) 서비스를 위한 기술 개발 및 표준화 작업이 진행중이며, 이들 기술 표준에서는 데이터 속도의 고속화를 달성하기 위하여 AMC(Adaptive Modulation and Coding)를 요구하고 있다. AMC방식 무선 패킷 시스템은 서비스 지역 내에서 SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio)의 값에 연동하여 가변적인 데이터 서비스 속도를 제공하게 되고, 사용자가 서비스 지역을 이동하면서 제공받는 서비스 품질은 물리 채널의 서비스 속도 변화에 대응하여 변화되므로, 서비스 사업자는 서비스 사용자의 속도 품질을 일정하게 유지하고 관리 제어할 수 있도록 하는 서비스 품질 설계 기준이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 기고문에서는 이들 AMC 방식의 고속 무선 패킷 서비스 시스템 기술의 표준화에 병행하여 공중망 무선 패킷 서비스 시스템의 망 구축 설계시 고려되어야 할 가입자 수용용량과 서비스 품질 등을 산정하고 관리하기 위한 파라미터로서 기지국의 평균 데이터 공급 용량 MDT(Mean Data Throughput), 평균속도 공유 패킷 링크 MSPL (Mean Shared Packet Link) 그리고 서비스 Uniformity 지수 UI(Uniformity Index) 등을 제안하고자 한다.

소프트웨어 대형화로 소프트웨어 복잡도가 높아져 고품질화가 이슈이다. 또한 프로젝트를 위한 개발 및 관리도 고품질화에 중요한 부분이다. 이런 효율적 프로젝트 관리 구축은 쉽게 프로젝트 이슈, 구성원, 일정, 산출물, 보고 등등 관리가 용이하여 고품질화에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 문제는 구축이 어렵고 이를 통한 내재화가 필수적이다. 이 논문에서는 자동화 프로세스 가시화 구축 방안과 이를 통한 요구사항 추적성 확보를 제안한다. 이를 위해, 기존 오픈 소스들의 '체인(chain) 및 연결 정보'의 자동화 방안으로 고품질의 소프트웨어를 구축하고자 한다.
