Quality Control of Dose Calibrator using 3D Printery (3D 프린터를 이용한 Dose Calibrator의 품질관리)

  • In nuclear medicine, radioactive isotope tracers are administered to the human body to obtain and evaluate disease morphological information and biological function information. Dose calibrator is a device used to measure the radioactivity of a single nuclide in medical institutions. Administration of the correct dose to the human body acts as an important factor in diagnosis and treatment, and measurement through a dose calibrator before administration is the most important factor. Dose calibrator performs daily quality control after installation in each medical institution. Quality control is a means of guaranteeing quality control after installation, and is essential for improving the quality of treatment and promoting patient safety. Therefore, accurate and standardized performance evaluation methods should be established. In this study, 3D printing was used for quantitative evaluation of quality control by increasing the accuracy and standardization of quality control. When the 3D printer was installed and reproducibility was tested, the error range of the expected value and reading value decreased by 0.302% in the F-18 nuclide and 0.09% in the 99mTc-pertechnate nuclide than when the 3D printer was installed. The error rate for other nuclides was also found to have a low error rate for reproducibility tests when 3D printing was installed.

  • In resent years, temperature segregation has been identified as one of the most important concepts concerning segregation. An Infrared Camera is one of the tools that have been recognized to be effective in identifying temperature segregation. Several state of USA have recognized the problem and have enacted Specifications, and/or test procedures to eliminate temperature segregation. The major objective of this study is to investigate effective compaction method of hot mix asphalt during road construction using Infrared Camera.

  • Although the implementation of TQM principles has been proven to be a great success in many of the leading large corporations, small firms have lagged behind their larger counterparts in adapting to TQM. Because significant differences do exist between large and small companies, understanding the advantages and disadvantages of a small firm is a sine qua non. Intended to help small firms implement the principles of TQM, this paper, based on the principles of TQM, identifies the advantages and disadvantages and discusses the implementation strategies.

  • This paper examines effect of fitness between innovation and HRM type on firm performance(quality competitiveness, operating profit). Data were extracted from the Korea Labor Institute's workplace panel survey(WPS) from 2015, and the analysis used 3,431 companies. To test the research model, analysis of variance(ANOVA). The model shows that full-innovation/commitment HRM type companies were significantly higher quality competitiveness, and operating profit than other companies. And low-level innovation/control HRM type companies were significantly lower quality competitiveness and operating profit than other companies.

  • This study aimed to improve the software quality in weapon systems by applying ISO/IEC 25023 to the software engineering process. The software engineering process in weapon systems manages the Software Quality Requirement but has restrictively improved the software quality. Software quality items are already defined and used for software engineering processes in weapon systems, but they are defined inconsistently according to individual software development cases. Thus, the methods of quantifying software quality are different, even though the same software quality is defined. In addition, the software quality has been managed differently. The major problems of software engineering processes in weapon systems are the unclear definition of the software quality requirements and the absence of quantifying software quality standards. ISO/IEC 25023 is composed of eight quality characteristics and thirty-one sub-characteristics. ISO/IEC 25023 provides measurement functions that can quantify the software product quality based on its characteristics. To improve the software quality further, the measurement functions in ISO/IEC 25023 are suggested to quantify and manage software quality for software engineering processes in weapon systems. The expected effects of this study were analyzed.

  • The construction industry in Korea has seen significant improvements in quality management techniques, driven by the dramatic development of new technology through Manhattanization and enlargements, but compared with technical development, the level of building quality improvement is still lagging behind. In the meantime, as the interest in construction quality soars due to changes in user consciousness, the level of quality that is being demanded is rising. The government has reinforced quality systems by implementing responsible supervision requirements and granting overseas companies permission to enter the supervision business in Korea, and private sector companies also are attempting quality improvement through quality assurance approaches like the preliminary qualification screening system and ISO 9000 series. But currently, building constructions are done only according to the construction specifications of project owners, whose design, materials and construction methods are already decided, and do not leave any necessity or opportunity for technical developments for the quality improvement of contractors. Therefore, in this study, a work process and system improvement plan for payment regulations is proposed, with which contractors can secure quality voluntarily in the building construction phase.

  • Quality management in construction industry becomes more significant under the existing conditions such as, increasing higher demand caused by the high value of real estate and extension of the warranty period. Therefore, this study presents the alternative idea related to the current quality management conditions of small and medium construction companies, including the difficulties and problems in qualify management, in order to develop the systematical method for the quality management in small and medium construction company.

  • VoIP는 음성 및 데이터 통합 뿐만 아니라 차세대 네트웍 등의 기반이 되는 기술이며, 인터넷전화 / IP Telephony, 화상회의, 메신저 서비스 등 여러 서비스에 활용되고 있다. 이러한 VoIP 서비스 제공시에 가장 중요시되는 부분이 음성품질이며 이를 측정 및 관리하는 기술이 필수적으로 필요하다. 지금까지는 품질측정장비를 가지고 직접 측정하는 것이 전부였으나 본 연구는 IETF의 VoIP 표준 프로토콜인 MGCP중 파라미터 값을 이용하여 ITU-T의 음성품질 기준인 R factor(G.107)를 계산해 내고 중앙에서 모든 단말 및 사용자들의 실제 발생한 통화에 대한 음성품질을 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

  • 콘크리트 공사시방에 있어서 강도 최저강도를 지정하는 것이 오늘날 까지의 관습으로 되어있다. 즉, 몇개의 강도시험의 평균치가 얼마이상 이어야 된다든가, 전부의 콘크리트가 얼마 이상의 압축강도를 갖어야 된다든가, 또는 콘크리트는 28일 압축강도 얼마를 낼 수 있도록 콘크리트 단위용 적당 cement를 몇 kg, 혹은 몇 포대를 사용해야 된다 든가로 규정되는 것이 보통으로 되여 있다. 그러나 이 방법만으로는 그 콘크리트의 실제의 안전율을 예측할 수 없을뿐만 아니라 균질한 콘크리트를 얻는것을 기대할 수가 없을 것이다. 즉 합리적인 시방이 되지 못 한다. 두말 할 것도 없이 우리는 현장에서 건축물설계자가 요구하는 강도의 콘크리트를 얻어야 될 것이고, 또 한편으로 그 강도가 골고루 되어야 할 것이다. 즉 강도의 변화가 심하지 않아야 될 것이다. 이것을 기대하기 위하여 concrete 제조현장에서 통계학적 이론에 입각한 품질관리를 행하는 것이다. 그렇게 하므로서 보다 합리적인 시방이 이루어지게 된다. 현재 미국에서는 콘크리트 공사의 큰 현장에서 concrete 생산 품질관리를 행하고 있는 것으로 안다. 그러면 여하한 이론에 입각하여 현장에서 다량으로 concrete를 생산할때에 그 품질을 관리하느냐 하는 것을 현재 미국에서 propose 되여 있는 안과 ASTM에 규정되여 있는것을 중심으로 소개하고 아울러 concrete 공사에서 강도에 관한 시방을 앞으로 이끄러, 나갈 방향을 제시하고저 한다.
