The e-Learning quality assurance is a part of responsibility for education in latest information age, and should be understood as a basic direction for qualitative enhancement rather than quantifiable expansion. In such a context, this study sought to survey latest trends of e-Learning quality assurance activities deployed around overseas countries, so that it could give possible implications on how to plan and perform e-Learning quality assurance in Korea. So, this study focused on surveying actual conditions, coverage, target and useful indices of e-Learning quality assurance activities deployed by 9 institutions across 5 countries, and characterizing those activities across 5 countries. As a result, this study could find out its implications such as acquisition of various resources available for e-Learning, nationwide consolidation of e-Learning quality assurance activities, development of specialists in e-Learning quality assurance, and choice and focus for e-Learning quality assurance system. In other words, it was found that e-Learning quality assurance should be approached from nationwide standpoint in the interest of better educational quality, rather than from viewpoint of task.

본 연구는 Building Information Modeling(이하 BIM)의 본연의 목표인 정보의 통합 관리 및 재활용 측면에서 모델의 정보를 정확하고 체계적으로 구축될 수 있는 품질검증의 필요성을 인지하고 이를 위해 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안에 관하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 BIM 관련 품질관리 현황을 파악하고 국내 정보시스템 구축에 관한 지침으로 한국데이터베이스 진흥 센터의 데이터 품질관리 지침을 분석하여 BIM 품질검증 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 첫쩨 사전적 의미로부터 품질관리의 개념을 수립하고, 그 대상을 설정 하였으며, 둘째로 품질관리의 최종 목표인 정보의 재활용 관점에서 단계적 접근방안으로 5단계의 전략적 방향을 제시 하였다. 마지막으로 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 사례 분석을 토대로 BIM 모델 관점에서 품질 검증 시기, 기준, 방법을 제시하였다.

American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) Published Task Group 40 report which includes recommendations for comprehensive quality assurance (QA) for medical linear accelerator in 1994 and TG-142 report for recommendation for QA which includes procedures such as intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) and stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in 2010. Recently, Nuclear Safety and Security Commission (NSSC) published NSSC notification no. 2015-005 which is "Technological standards for radiation safety of medical field". This notification regulate to establish guidelines for quality assurance which includes organization and job, devices, methods/frequency/tolerances and action levels for QA, and to implement quality assurance in each medical institution. For this reason, all of these facilities using medical machine for patient treatment should establish items, frequencies and tolerances for proper QA for medical treatment machine that use the techniques such as non-IMRT, IMRT and SRS/SBRT, and perform quality assurance. For domestic, however, there are lack of guidelines and reports of Korean Society of Medical Physicists (KSMP) for reference to establish systematic QA report in medical institutes. This report, therefore, suggested comprehensive quality assurance system such as the scheme of quality assurance system, which is considered for domestic conditions, based the notification of NSSC and AAPM TG-142 reports. We think that the quality assurance system suggested for medical linear accelerator also help establishing QA system for another high-precision radiation treatment machines.

우리나라는 2007년부터 국토교통부 주도하에 관측소별 수문자료 품질관리시스템을 구축하여 강수량, 수위 수문자료를 축척 및 유관기관에 제공하고 있다. 또한 관측소 장비의 오작동 및 주변환경의 영향으로 수문자료에서 이상치 자료가 발견되는 것에 대해서도 자동 및 수동 품질관리 기법을 활용하여 보정하고 있다. 수문자료에 대한 신뢰도와 일관성을 확보하기 위해 이상치 점검 기법에 대한 지속적인 보완 및 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 기 구축된 수문자료 품질관리시스템에서 이상치 점검에 대한 추가 기법을 조사 및 현 시스템에 적용하여 품질관리의 신뢰도를 향상시키고자 한다. 이를 통해 각 수문자료 관측소에 맞는 품질관리시스템을 지원함으로써 수문자료의 손실을 최소화하고 신뢰도를 향상시키는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

(주)시녹프리미디어는 한국 그라비어 인쇄업계의 품질 관리 수준 향상과 세계추세를 선도하는 품질관리를 목표로 2011년 부터 CMS(Color Managemant System에 의한 정량적 색상관리를 실무에 적용하여 시행 중이다. 국내 그라비어 인쇄 업계도 국제적으로 경쟁력 있는 제품을 만들기 위해서는 정량적 품질관리가 반드시 요구될 수 밖에 없다. 따라서 2년여 기간 동안 (주)시녹프리미디어의 협력사(플레이트 제조사, 인쇄사)가 실무 중에 경험한 사례를 소개함으로써 국내 그라비어 인쇄업계에 도움이 되기를 희망한다.

농림수산식품부는 정부조직개편 후속조치의 일환으로 '농산물품질관리법'에 '수산물품질관리법'을 통합하여 그 명칭을 '농수산물품질관리법'으로 개정, 정부위원회의 정비계획에 따라 농산물품질관리심의회와 수산물품질관리심의회를 농수산물품질관리심의회로 통합하며, 복잡해진 법령조문을 정비하여 알기 쉬운 법령으로 개정한다고 밝혔다. 본 고에서는 농산물 포장 및 유통, 원산지 표시제를 중심으로 주요 내용에 대해 자세하게 살펴보도록 한다.

As electronic commerce becomes more common and the data volume of e-catalog increases, a systematic approach to data quality management is being required. Upon the necessity, we propose a process-based framework for e-catalog data quality management. This is the methodology for data management and improvement activities continuously performed to satisfy the expectation of industry to e-catalog systems. In the framework, contents for quality management consist of data, quality management items, and quality management processes. These are again subdivided according to organization levels, i.e, user, data administrator, and chief information officer.

21세기 문화산업에서 게임SW는 고부가가치 SW이다. 수많은 게임SW가 만들어짐에도 불구하고 체계적으로 품질관리가 되어지지 않는다. 소프트웨어의 품질은 소프트웨어별 품질특성에 따라 평가되며 품질관리를 통해 관리되어 진다. ISO/IEC 9126 품질모델은 소프트웨어의 품질 특성을 다루는 국제 기준이다. ISO/IEC 9126 품질모델을 기반으로 하여 게임SW의 품질모델을 도출하고 이를 통하여 게임의 품질을 관리할 수 있다.

As radiation therapy is one of three major cancer treatment methods, many cancer patients get radiation therapy. Because of the invisible and scattering characteristics of radiation, it is impossible to identify the quality and the amount of radiation and secondary cancer could be induced by scattered radiation. Because of advanced technique of radiation therapy and the reasons mentioned above, quality assurance of radiotherapy machine should be performed completely. International organizations such as International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) suggest report of quality assurance to recommend united method of radiotherapy machine quality assurance. Domestic society of medical physics, however, is too small to make such a report, domestic hospitals selectively choose some of contents in global suggestions. As there are no suggestions for domestic hospitals and global suggestions are being updated, we did a survey about quality assurance for radiotherapy machine. The questionnaire is composed of possession of radiotherapy machine, items performed for quality assurance and manpower, etc. 37 of 72 hospitals answered to survey. These results could be used for making domestic standard quality assurance procedure.

Though Quality Management(QM) is key determinant for corporate success as shown in Jappanese cases, however, its performance wasn't translated into the context of profitability, which is a good managerial means. Meanwhile the quality cost theory is a different attempt to measure the quality management performance with a financial scale, which doesnot have a reasonable measure. This study suggests a new approach to measure the performance of quality management using ABC(Activity-based Costing), and explains its usefulness with a case study.
