급격한 경영환경의 변화로 인하여 고객만족을 최우선시하게 됨에 따라, 고객의 다양한 품질 요구를 신속 정확히 만족시키는 것이 주요 경영과제가 되었다. 이러한 상황에 대처 가능한 품질관리가 이루어지기 위해서는 품질기준에 대한 객관적 검증 및 지속적인 보완이 필요하며, 품질설계에 관련된 지식들을 체계적으로 수집하여 공유할 수 있는 체제가 갖추어져야 한다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 인공지능 기법들을 이용한 지능형 품질시스템(Intelligent Quality System, IQS)이 많은 관심을 모으고 있다. 본 연구에서는 일관 제철소의 품질관리를 위해 개발된 IQS중 품질설계 시뮬레이션 지원시스템(Quality Design Simulation Support System, QDSim)에 대해 설명한다. QDSim은 신경망을 기반으로 설계 구현되었는데, 품질설계 시뮬레이션을 지원하기 위해 크게 두가지 기능을 수행한다. 첫째 기능은 주어진 원재료의 구성비와 조업조건에 의해 생산될 제품의 최종 품질특성을 예측하는 것이며, 두 번째는 품질예측치가 고객의 요구 품질, 즉 목표품질을 만족시키는 입력 조건을 찾아가는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 QDSim의 이론적 근거 및 구현내용을 설명한 후, IQS내의 타 시스템과의 관계를 설명한다.

This study intends to evaluate the quality of the Digital Library System DB and to suggest methods for its quality control. The evaluation criteria are hit rates, redundancy, completeness and accuracy. In spite of high hit rates excessive records representing one work resulted serious redundancy. The average completeness rate of records was $48.12\%$ due to low level of description. The Analysis of accuracy showed various errors in most of records corresponding to $92\%$. Emphasis on analysing the errors in detail detected the causing factors and suggested practical guidelines for school libraries' catalogers.

For the quality management of software developed in Marine digital AtoN Information management and service system development project, an international standard-based quality process and a project management system-based communication and information sharing system were established. In addition, high-quality software development is achieved by monitoring the status of project output creation and supporting software quality inspection and verification.

플라스틱 압출제품의 품질특성은 제품의 강도인데 제품의 강도는 일반중소기업체에서 별도의 측정기구를 갖추고 관리하기가 어려우므로 대용특성으로 제품이 중량을 사용하고 있다. 제품의 중량은 실린더의 온도와 금형의 온도 및 압출속도에 영향을 받는데 일반적으로 현장작업자의 경험과 감에 의존하여 상황에 따라 작업조건을 변화시켜 관리하고 있다. 그런데 작업조건을 관리하는 곳이 실린더에 5군데, 금형에 3군데 및 압출속도 등 아홉가지로 어느 인자가 전체 작업에 영향을 미치는 지 알수 없다. 이때 중회귀(Multiple Linear Regression)모델을 이용하여 실린더와 금형의 온도를 독립변수(Independent Variable)라 두고 제품의 중량을 종속변수(Dependent Variable)로 하여 최근 3개월간의 작업데이타를 수집하여 품질관리 전용 프로그램인 JUSE-QCAS를 사용하면 회귀선의 모수를 쉽게 추정할 수 있으며 제품의 중량에 영향을 미치는 실린더 및 금형의 온도를 관리 할 수 있어 품질을 안정적을 유지.관리할 수 있다.

Recently, there has been a demand for high quality services as the number of stores that use IT devices increases, and the importance regarding that matter has been emphasized. This study analyzed the factors that influence the effects of Store-IT Management Service. With customers who experienced Store-IT Management Service Quality as targets, it figured out the effects that Store-IT Management Service Quality had on Service Confirmation, Customer Satisfaction, and Continuous Intention. As a result, looking closely at the effects that Store-IT Management Service Quality had on Service Confirmation, it turned out that empathy, reliability, tangibility, and assurance had positive effects. As for the effects that Store-IT Management Service Quality had on Customer Satisfaction, empathy, reliability, and tangibility turned out to be important factors that had positive effects. In addition, Service Confirmation and Customer Satisfaction to Store-IT Management Service Quality turned out to have positive effects on Continuous Intention. With these results, given factors of Store-IT Management Service Quality, via Service Confirmation and Customer Satisfaction, were verified to have positive effect relationships with Continuous Intention. The result of this study is expected to help enhance Store-IT Management Service Quality.

Monitoring infectious diseases for fishery species takes a key role in preventing disease emergence and spreading of cultured fishery species. This research has examined a total of 1,115 fishes of four species (leather carp, fancy carp, stone moroko, carassius auratus) at 23 farm in Jeollanamdo and Jeollabukdo in 2021 for pathogen infection. As a result of disease screening for three legally designated diseases (SVC, Spring viraemia of carp, EUS, Epizootic ulcerative syndrome, and KHVD, Koi herpesvirus disease), no infectious diseases were detected in all examined samples; cyprinid fish studied in Jeolla province would provide important information for declaring a disease-free nation or disease-free region.

We can agree that Quality Control in manufacturing industry have been improved successfully, but in construction industry, for example Sungsoo-Bridge broken out, Sampung Department store collapse, subway construction site explosion. and etc, it is difficult to be done. Because in manufacturing industry, they complete each other. If quality is not good. products aren't sold out. to sell more products they have to improve their products quality by themselves. However in construction industry they don't effort to improve quality if they get an order. Because if they get an order only completing their product is their job. There are engineering side, culturing side, and educational side to improve product quality. In this thesis I investigated evaluation system in construction industry. I am going to propose evaluation system by which they have effort to improve the quality even in construction industry.

This study confirmed the structural concept and preliminary statements based on concept definition of archival service quality, conducted statistical analysis, and developed the service quality scale equipped with validity and reliability. Developing the scale is unique for pubic institutions and expected to play a practical role in presenting for each archive more effective operation method to enhance service quality by diagnosing its status and identifying the differences from other archives.

In some manufacturing industries, there are many situation in which the simultaneous monitoring or control of two or more related quality characteristics is necessary. However, monitoring these two or more related quality characteristics independently can be very misleading. When several characteristics of manufactured component are to be monitored simultaneously, multivariate $x^2$ or $T^2$ control chart can be used. In this paper, establishing a early warning system(EWS) using multivariate control charts to analyze early out-of-control signals in melting process with many quality characteristics was presented. This module which we developed to control several characteristics improved efficiency and effectiveness of process control in the melting process.

Generally speaking, it is important to know the activities itself exactly and to control the activities correctly so as to assure timely progress and the quality of any project. In order to progress smoothly in accordance with construction schedule, it is important to systematize the preliminary arrangements necessary for each process and then manage them. In this study, in order to progress smoothly the quality and schedule management of the construction, we can be made systematically pre-works in accordance with construction schedule by the civil construction items of the apartment house construction. we suggested pre-construction control item by the workers through experiential method of construction engineers in accordance with network schedule.
