본 연구는 개방형 BIM 환경의 품질관리 기준 확보를 목적으로 건설 산업의 공통업무분야와 추가적인 세부업무분야에 대한 품질관리 체크리스트를 제안하고자 한다. 공통업무는 일반적인 목적으로 적용 가능한 설계기준, 시설기준, 시공기준으로 대상을 분류하고, 세부업무는 초고층 건축물의 개방형 BIM적용 및 활용 목적에 따라 피난동선 검토, 에너지 분석 검토 측면으로 대상을 분류하여 각 분야 별 체크리스트를 도출하였다. 도출된 체크리스트가 검증을 통해 실무에 적용되면 BIM 모델의 작성 기준 및 지침과 연계되어 요구되는 조건들을 충족시키는 모델링을 유도하며 BIM 모델의 품질향상의 결과를 가져다 줄 것이라 기대한다.

This study was intended to present measures for the improvement of the apartment house landscaping supervision system by examining the adequacy of landscaping supervision, which is aimed at improving the quality of landscape plants and facilities in apartment house landscaping sites. Additionally, this study aims to identify the problems occurring in the process of the performance of landscaping supervision and to provide the evidence for legislative activities and revision of the laws currently being pushed forward for the mandatory deployment of apartment house landscaping supervision personnel. The results of the analysis showed that no landscaping supervision personnel was deployed to apartment complexes with less than 1,500 households and that the landscaping comprised 19% to 46% of the entire construction process. The civil engineering firm performed the landscaping supervision, which made it impracticable to fully focus on the construction quality in the field of landscaping. The quality control in terms of landscape plants revealed differences in quality control, depending on the competence and experience of the civil engineer supervising the personnel, where the landscaping supervision personnel was not deployed. The apartment houses landscaping supervision activity index was analyzed, and the results showed that the supervision activity index for apartment house A was 72.0, B was 70.4, and apartment houses C to G ranged from 38.7 to 46.9, which suggested that the difference in quality control, process control, and technical support affected the construction quality and occurrence of defects.The improvement of landscaping process quality control and process management will be carried out more smoothly and the rate of defects will be drastically reduced if the landscaping supervision personnel placement threshold is lowered from 1,500 households to 300 households in complexes. The results of this study are expected to be useful in promoting and re-establishing the landscaping industry based on the improvement of construction quality in the field of landscaping in connection with the construction of apartment houses.

However, Construction companies applying quality information management system(QIMS) through practical use of internet is very limited. Consequently, this research finds the established sample of quality information management system(QIMS) of H-construction company out, and the quality is established to the practical use of the system to be like the this. therefore, the construction industry wished to become opportunity that construction industry competitive power is recognized cosmopolitanly to quality management system(QMS).

오늘날 우리나라 기업들이 정부가 경제운용방식을 민간주도의 경제운용방식으로 전환하겠다는 정부시책에 따라 총합적품질관리(TQC)를 정착화하여, 기업의 재무구조를 개선하고, 생산성 및 품질향상을 통하여 국제경쟁에 이기기 위하여, 전국적으로 TQC 정착화운동을 활발히 전개하고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. TQC의 진수를 이루고 있는 것이 통계적품질관리(SQC)이므로 통계적방법의 공업에의 응용면을 찾아보는 것은 SQC 기법의 활용도를 찾아보는 것과 동일하다고 본다. 공업통계의 활용은 생산성향상과 공산품의 품질향상에 직결되므로 차제에 우리나라 기업이 어느 정도 통계교육을 받고 있고, 어느 정도 활용하고 있나를 파악한 후, 그것을 분석하고, 개선대책을 내놓는다면 커다란 의의가 있다고 생각되나, 필자의 제한된 경험과 제한된 자료, 제한된 시간 관계상, 그렇게하지 못함을 송구스럽게 생각한다. 본논문은 필자의 한국공업표준협회의 품질관리교육, 품질관리대상심사, 품질관리분임조경쟁대회심사 등을 통한 제한된 경험과 자료를 가지고, 한국공업통계이용현황에 관하여 기술한 것이다. 첫째로 우리나라 기업의 공업통계교육현황을 살펴보고, 둘째로 우리나라 기업이 공업통계를 제품의 개발단계에서 생산단계, 판매단계에 이르기까지 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 그 정도를 살펴보고, 셋째로는 앞으로의 우리나라 기업의 공업통계활용활성화방안에 대하여 필자 나름대로의 의견을 진술하고자 한다.

지역 영세 중소기업들은 노동력 감소와 제조 공정의 자동화가 절실히 필요하고 품질관리 기능을 자동화할 수 있기를 희망하고 있다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 중소기업 제품들의 물성에 따른 공통된 품질관리 수요를 파악하고 수요에 따라 다양한 품종의 가공부품 또는 제품의 비전시스템을 구축하고 이를 원격으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 특히 물성이 다른 4가지 품목을 선택하여 적합한 지그를 제작하고 개발된 품질관리 시스템의 운영을 통해 플랫폼을 검증하였다.

CDMA 이동전화 서비스가 활성화되면서 유선과 무선의 경계를 허무는 대표적인 서비스로 Wireless PABX 서비스가 등장하였다. PABX(사설교환기)가 설치된 지역에서는 이동전화 단말기가 무선전화기를 대체하며 이 지역을 벗어날 경우 일반 이동전화기로 동작하는 서비스이다. SKTelecom은 Wireless PABX(이하 모바일존 서비스) 서비스를 제공하기 위해 기존의 CDMA2000 1X 시스템의 확장 시스템과, ALL-IP 시스템의 Multi-vendor 시스템을 채택하였다. 이러한 Multi-vendor 시스템의 관리와 서비스 품질관리를 위하여 SKTelecom은 고장관리시스템 구성 관리시스템, 서비스 품질감시 시스템 등의 망관리시스템을 구현하였다. 본 논문은 이동전화 서비스와 모바일존 서비스의 차이점을 분석하고, 고장/구성/품질관리 시스템을 통한 효율적인 서비스 관리방안을 제안한다.

This study is about the data quality management evaluation model. As the information and communication technology is advanced and the importance of storage and management begins to increase, the guam feeling for data is increasing. In particular, interest in the fourth industrial revolution and artificial intelligence has been increasing recently. Data is important in the fourth industrial revolution and the era of artificial intelligence. In the 21st century, data will likely play a role as a new crude oil. It can be said that the management of the quality of this data is very important. However, research is being conducted at a practical level, but research at an academic level is insufficient. Therefore, this study examined factors affecting data quality management for experts and suggested implications. As a result of the analysis, there was a difference in the importance of data quality management.

본 논문에서는 통합보안관리 시스템에 대해서 주요 기능을 분석하고 시장동향을 조사하였으며, 기존의 소프트웨어 품질 평가 기술 및 표준화에 관한 연구를 추진하고, 통합보안관리 시스템의 보안성 품질 평가 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 도출된 통합보안관리 시스템의 보안성 품질 평가 모델을 통하여 통합보안관리 시스템의 품질을 향상시키는데 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 본다.

본 논문에선 반도체 공정과 각 공정의 문제점 및 중요점을 살펴본 다음 종합품질경영(TQM)기법의 적용에 대해서 고찰하였다. TQM과 방침관리를 소개하고, 반도체 공장 전체의 관리 입장에서 적용할 수 있게 제안하였다. 또한 각 공정에서 사용할 수 있게 기존의 통계적 품질관리 기법중 관리도와 $6{\delta}$ 기법을 반도체 공정에 맞게 수정하여 제안하였다. 또한 반도체 공정의 특성에 맞추어 모든 관리 기법이 동적으로 변화해야 한다는 관점에서 지속적 개선을 소개하고 적용을 추천하였다.

농산물품질관리원(이하 농관원)은 국민들이 애용하는 농축산물의 생산과 소비에 있어서 농가 소득안정 지원은 물론 농축산물의 품질 관리를 위해 없어서는 안 될 중추적인 기관이다. 코로나 19시대를 맞이하여 농가의 편의 제공은 물론 친환경 농축산물 인증관리 등 국민들에게 안전한 농식품을 공급하기 위해 오늘도 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본고는 지난 2019년 4월부터 농산물품질관리원장으로 부임하여 업무를 수행하고 있는 노수현 원장을 만나 안전한 농축산물 공급과 농가소득 안정을 위한 농관원의 역할 및 향후 계획을 들어보았다.
