근래에 들어 식생활의 간편화, 다양화 및 고급화 경향으로 인하여 어육소시지, 어묵, 게맛 어묵 등과 같은 수산 연제품의 생산량은 해마다 급속한 신장을 보이고 있으며 또한 여러 가지 새로운 원료를 통한 수산 연제품의 개발도 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 연제품의 여러 가지 부원료 중 탄력보강 및 증량제로서 일반적으로 많이 쓰이고 있는 것이 전분이고 대부분의 연제품에 이를 첨가하고 있다. 전분을 첨가하면 첨가한 전분량의 2-3배의 물을 첨가할 수 있으므로 대단히 증량효과가 좋다. (중략)

현대사회의 산업구조가 고도화 되고 IT 활용 기술이 발달함에 따라 전기품질에 대한 고급화가 요구되고 있다. 우리나라 전력계통을 운영하는 한국전력거래소는 급격한 부하변동에 대응하고 고품질의 전력을 공급하기 위해 출력의 증 감발 특성이 우수한 수력발전소의 보조서비스(주로 자동발전제어)를 활용하고 있다. 전력계통의 신뢰도 향상과 안정적인 운영 목적을 달성하기 위해 수력발전소가 계통보조서비스에 적극적으로 참여해야 하지만, 전력계통 보조서비스 제공으로 수력발전소의 전수비가 하락하는 문제가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 수력발전소 전력계통 보조서비스 제공에 따른 전수비의 변화를 정량적으로 분석하고 검토하여 향후 수력발전소 운영 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

Production management confronted the environment of infinite competition should be prepared to abrupt variations of management environment and have the ability to be changed in short term. It has to be studied, the control method of products that correspond to multi-functionalization and reduced product life which is caused by high-quality and varied customers demands. As a process control method, we most be able not only to control varies characteristic in a control at once but also to detected special values quickly for high-quality. In this paper a control method referred above is presented.

Recently, quality inspection and defect management have been considered as one of the major issues for increasing customer satisfaction and corporate image in domestic construction industry. However, the quality inspection and defect management have not been performed systematically because of insufficient field managers, the excessive amount of documents, complicated work process and difficulty in communicating construction information. Therefore, the field manager could not perform the quality inspection and defect management work in time as well as the reliability of recorded quality and defect data was decreased. The primary objective of this study is to propose a quality inspection and defect management system using information technology which enables field managers to efficiently gather the information of defection in apartment housing. It is anticipated that the effective use of the proposed system would be able to imp개ve communication among the related participants and systematically accumulate data that might be used in similar construction projects.

So far a leather quality level has been discriminated by human's eye inspection, But, these kinds of method needs a lot of labor time and cause decision mistakes from an optical illusion. It means leather quality inspection is very subjective and there is no consistency. In this study, we present computer vision based a leather quality inspection system using an Artificial intelligence. Suggested system ran give standard spec for a leather quality and take human inspection duty place.

For the large scale retailers such as chain discount stores and specialty stores, having measurement tool to maintain service quality can be very crucial to sustain high and same level of service qualities around multiple stores. This study aims to develop service quality scales of large-scale stores using Korean discount store cases. We have studied the previous service quality measures including RSQS(Retail Service Quality Scale) and have modified and developed our own scale model called KD-SQS(Korea Discount Service Quality Scale). The following six components have been revealed as the basic dimensions of service quality of Korean discount stores: basic benefits, promotion, personal interactions, physical aspects, policy and additional convenience. Our scales have been verified through various validity and reliability tests.

The mass housing supply policy of the government has resulted in the customer-centered market, and thereby the age of quality competition in the industry. In line with this trend of quality competition, therefore, this preliminary study aims to investigate the requirements of housing product planning to live up to the needs of customers in terms of quality, and thus analyze the types of quality differentiation of a housing product unit in our housing market. It turned out that many cases attempted differentiation in such ways as merely using luxurious finishing materials and instantly popular environment-friendly materials, and combining partial and limited household items with architectural elements of the facility system. The result of this study shows that the differentiation plan of housing product should be customer-centered, and therefore, focus on quality differentiation through organic combination of architecture-oriented plane and interior elements with technology-oriented facility and product elements. Hereby, in the future, housing product planning should include sustainable differentiation plans with reconsideration of concepts that customers have, and the needed procedure.

Machine translation (MT) quality assessment is an outstanding problem. In the present situation in which the quality of machine-translated products are far from the user\\`s satisfaction objective evaluation of MT system is a prerequisite to building mutual trust between the users and the vendors stimulating constructive competition among the developers and finally leading to improve the quality of MT systems. Especially there emerges a need for an intensive study on how to evaluate the quality of MT systems from both linguistic and data processing aspects and to secure a steady improvement of the translation quality. With due regard to such points we in this paper present a linguistic evaluation of English-to-Korean machine translation based on a test suite composed of 3.373 sentences that were classified into their linguistic phenomena and complexity levels and report the experimental results made from several commercial MT systems.
