무기체계의 품질보증을 위해서는 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증을 발전시켜야 한다. 무기체계의 소프트웨어 의존도는 증대되고 있으나 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증 및 형상관리는 미흡했던 것이 사실이다. 품관소는 '01년부터 소프트웨어 품질보증팀을 창설하고 국방규격화 업무수행에 착수한 바 있다. 앞으로도 각 기관과 유기적인 협조를 통해 소프트웨어 규격화 및 품질보증업무를 수행하고 재사용과 성능개선이 가능하도록 관련자료를 국방자산의 하나로 유지하고 관리함으로 국방예산 절감에도 기여할 수 있어야 하겠다.

In this study, the local government proposes to improve agricultural products of the mall. Based on precedent studies, the variables that influence Customer Satisfaction are defined as; Product Quality, Delivery, Price. The result of study model verification is as below. Product Quality, Delivery and Price have positive influence on Customer Satisfaction. Price and Customer Satisfaction have positive influence on Repurchasing intention. Agricultural products through e-commerce transactions is increasing. But, the decreasing sales of professional Mall. Agricultural products have a variety of distribution channels. Because of the distribution system in a variety of price differences. People think that the most important factor is the price. Improvement is as follows. (1) To offer accurate product information, (2) Continuous content maintenance, (3) Conducted a variety of events, (4) To provide consumers with various benefits, (5) Offer a variety of product configurations, (6) Select the appropriate sales methods, (7) Provide ease of search.

The aim of this study is to evaluate quality of the bibliographic records for DVDs owned by the domestic university libraries and to suggest how to improve the problems as a result of the evaluation. In order to conduct this study, the previous studies related to the topic were analyzed, and then, four regions of quality evaluation standard including accuracy of inputting, observance of regulations related to cataloging, perfection of expressions and consistency of structure were established. And the quality evaluation was made on total 100 records of the lists for DVDs from 10 university libraries. As a result, several types of errors were discovered in the quality evaluation and some solutions were suggested to improve quality of cataloging records for DVDs by interviewing with catalogers in the domestic university libraries.

오늘날 우리나라 기업들이 정부가 경제운용방식을 민간주도의 경제운용방식으로 전환하겠다는 정부시책에 따라 총합적품질관리(TQC)를 정착화하여, 기업의 재무구조를 개선하고, 생산성 및 품질향상을 통하여 국제경쟁에 이기기 위하여, 전국적으로 TQC 정착화운동을 활발히 전개하고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. TQC의 진수를 이루고 있는 것이 통계적품질관리(SQC)이므로 통계적방법의 공업에의 응용면을 찾아보는 것은 SQC 기법의 활용도를 찾아보는 것과 동일하다고 본다. 공업통계의 활용은 생산성향상과 공산품의 품질향상에 직결되므로 차제에 우리나라 기업이 어느 정도 통계교육을 받고 있고, 어느 정도 활용하고 있나를 파악한 후, 그것을 분석하고, 개선대책을 내놓는다면 커다란 의의가 있다고 생각되나, 필자의 제한된 경험과 제한된 자료, 제한된 시간 관계상, 그렇게하지 못함을 송구스럽게 생각한다. 본논문은 필자의 한국공업표준협회의 품질관리교육, 품질관리대상심사, 품질관리분임조경쟁대회심사 등을 통한 제한된 경험과 자료를 가지고, 한국공업통계이용현황에 관하여 기술한 것이다. 첫째로 우리나라 기업의 공업통계교육현황을 살펴보고, 둘째로 우리나라 기업이 공업통계를 제품의 개발단계에서 생산단계, 판매단계에 이르기까지 어떻게 활용하고 있는지 그 정도를 살펴보고, 셋째로는 앞으로의 우리나라 기업의 공업통계활용활성화방안에 대하여 필자 나름대로의 의견을 진술하고자 한다.

우리나라는 자원 부족국으로서 IT(Information Technology)인프라 강국을 넘어 고부가가치 소프트웨어 기술을 활용한 신 성장 동력 산업 육성 및 발전이 현 시점에서 매우 시급하고 중요하다. 그림에도 불구하고 소프트웨어산업의 주체인 소프트웨어 기술인에 대한 사회적 대우 및 위치는 매우 취약한 실정에 처해있다. 따라서 소프트웨어 기술인 관련 국가산업 차원에서의 중요성, 사회적대우 등에 대한 현황을 파악한 후 소프트웨어 기술인의 처우 개선에 대한 정책적 방안을 제시해 볼 필요성이 있다. 소프트웨어 기술인의 처우 개선방안은 합리적인 SW 개발기간 확보, 품질중심의 프로젝트 관리, SW 개발자 비전제시 등이 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 소프트웨어 기술인의 역할과 중요성을 감안한 소프트웨어 기술인의 처우 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

서비스 제공자와 사용자 간 이해관계를 유지하고, 제공되는 IT 서비스의 수준을 개선하기 위해서 서비스 수준관리가 필요하다. 그러나 무형의 IT 서비스는 정성적인 방법으로 평가될 수밖에 없는 한계가 존재 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 서비스 사용자가 동의할 수 있는 정량적 데이터를 바탕으로 서비스 품질을 향상시키는 개선 모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 기존 연구를 살펴보고 서비스 수준 관리 체계를 정립하였다. 본 논문에서 제시하고 있는 서비스 품질 개선 모형은 크게 4가지 방법으로 나누어 설명하였다. 첫 번째 우선관리지표를 선정하기 위해 AHP기법을 활용하였고, 두 번째 통계적 관리기법인 관리도를 이용하여 서비스 기대수준을 정의하는 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 세 번째 측정되는 서비스 수준의 이상 유무 또는 이상 징후를 발견할 수 있는 관리도 사용방법을 설명하였다. 마지막 네 번째는 이상 원인을 해결한 후 서비스 기대수준을 재조정하는 방법을 설명하였다. 향후 연구 결과를 실제 조직에 적용시켜 검증함으로써 완성도를 높여 나감은 물론, 원인 분석 및 해결 방안에 대한 구체적인 대안을 제시하는 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다.

With the escalating prevalence of modular construction projects, there is a concurrent surge in scholarly and industrial intrigue in this domain, leading to a broadened spectrum of its applications. Modular construction, inherently facilitated by controlled factory settings, boasts the capability to consistently deliver edifices of superior quality. To optimize this advantage, the judicious integration of quality assurance methodologies during the site-specific phases of lifting and assembly is non-negotiable. This research embarked on a survey directed at project stakeholders, aiming to gauge the perceived significance and efficaciousness of prevailing quality preservation and oversight protocols during the aforementioned site stages, subsequently employing the Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) for data interpretation. The findings elucidated that, while a majority of quality assurance procedures were adeptly executed, perceptual disparities existed among stakeholders regarding certain aspects, prompting recommendations for enhancement. This investigative endeavor lays a foundation, aiding future studies in amplifying the quality assurance cognizance among professionals during modular construction's site-assembly phase.

온실가스 에너지 목표관리 등의 운영 지침 제 54조(품질관리 및 품질보증)에 따라 관리업체는 온실가스 배출량 등의 산정에 대한 정확도 향상을 위해 활동자료 수집, 배출량 산정, 불확도 관리, 정보 보관 및 배출량 보고에 대한 품질관리 활동을 수행하고, 자료의 품질을 지속적으로 개선하는 체제를 갖추는 등 배출량 산정 보고의 정확성과 객관성을 향상시키기 위한 QC/QA 활동을 수행하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 관리업체가 산정 보고 원칙을 실천함으로써 신뢰할 수 있는 보고서를 작성할 수 있도록 지원하기 위하여 경영진의 검토 및 내부감사, 정보기술(IT) 및 기업 보고를 책임지는 조직 내의 기능을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있는 QC/QA 활동 체계를 구축 하고자 한다. 따라서 체계적인 활동을 할 수 있는 품질시스템을 제시하고 이에 대한 실행방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In order to analyze the problems and improvement methods in the quality management of domestic apartment construction projects, this study derived the four barrier factors through relevant literature survey and interviews with construction practitioners. Among these four factors, which are 1) policies and regulations, 2) technologies, 3) human and organization, and 4) other miscellaneous aspects, the human and organization factor is the main focus of this survey and it was decomposed into perception, management system, education, and system on quality management according to the Taguchi's S/N theory to survey existing problems and suggest improvement methods for them. The survey on the quality perception showed that all the members need to cooperate actively, and CEO and chief construction managers should recognize the quality as the highest priority and act by themselves accordingly. The survey on the quality management showed that they need to reform their business process to reduce redundant tasks and miscommunications among participants. Quality education should be provided in a way that people at different management level can be educated differently with close relation to their practices. Quality systems should help corrective actions against quality problems at construction fields. Also with clear quality management implantation polices and objectives, the quality system should be established in order to support better communication among project stakeholders.

Recently, The importance of a quality control for implementing 3D geospatial database has being emphasized to build a 21st century knowledge society and an ubiquitous land. The improvement of 3D geospatial database quality control through establishing an integrated quality control makes data suppliers update data efficiently and users get high quality data. The purpose of this study was to derive the improvement plan of 3D geospatial database quality control through the analyses of the existing 3D geospatial database quality control and case studies. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, we defined the concept of 3D geospatial database quality control. Secondly, we set the boundary, factors and process of 3D geospatial database quality control through classifying it in detail. Lastly, we drew improvement contents such as the quality control checklist by implementation process according to the improvement plan of 3D geospatial database implementation.
