The construction industry in Korea has seen significant improvements in quality management techniques, driven by the dramatic development of new technology through Manhattanization and enlargements, but compared with technical development, the level of building quality improvement is still lagging behind. In the meantime, as the interest in construction quality soars due to changes in user consciousness, the level of quality that is being demanded is rising. The government has reinforced quality systems by implementing responsible supervision requirements and granting overseas companies permission to enter the supervision business in Korea, and private sector companies also are attempting quality improvement through quality assurance approaches like the preliminary qualification screening system and ISO 9000 series. But currently, building constructions are done only according to the construction specifications of project owners, whose design, materials and construction methods are already decided, and do not leave any necessity or opportunity for technical developments for the quality improvement of contractors. Therefore, in this study, a work process and system improvement plan for payment regulations is proposed, with which contractors can secure quality voluntarily in the building construction phase.

본 연구는 말콤 볼드리지 요소와 BSC의 각 관점의 KPI 지수간의 연계들 통하여 기업 경영품질향상을 위한 평가모형 구축과 전략 설정을 그 목표로 하고 있다. 기업경영과 관련된 제 영역에 대한 고찰이 가능한 말콤 볼드리지 평가 항목을 살펴보고, 기업경영 성과 측정을 위한 구체적 평가항목을 제시함으로써 부서간 연계 및 인과관계 설정, 전략과의 연계가 가능하여 경영자의 전략 설정과 리더십에 도움을 줄 수 있는 BSC 항목을 살펴 본 후, 기업 경영혁신과 프로세스 개선을 위한 두 평가 항목의 연계를 통하여 평가항목 관리요소의 중복을 제거하고 동일화를 달성, '기업성과 향상' 이라는 공동 목표달성을 위해 MB 및 BSC 두 개선 노선이 시너지를 달성할 수 있는 체계를 마련하고자 한다. 이는 MB와 BSC의 연계방안을 살펴봄으로써 기업의 '경영품질'을 향상시키고, 향상된 경영품질을 구체적 항목에 의거하여 체계적으로 평가할 수 있는 방안을 찾음과 동시에 기업 전략 설정에 이바지할 수 있는 모형구축을 그 목표로 하고 있다.

주요국 대부분이 축산물등급제를 운용하는 이유는 축산물의 품질을 지육 및 부위별로 구분하는 통일된 체계를 마련함으로써 생산부터 유통, 소비에 이르는 전 유통단계의 지표로서 역할과 활용도를 높이기 위함이다. 주요국과 비교해 본 우리나라 축산물등급제를 소개하고 이를 통한 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

수집된 데이터의 품질을 진단하고 개선하는 것은 품질 관리 측면에 있어 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지 수집정보의 품질을 개선하기 위해 새로운 알고리즘을 개발하고 이를 시험하는 방안에 대해 분석하였다. 개발된 알고리즘은 기존의 알고리즘보다 더욱 정확하고 신뢰성이 높으며, 항로표지 수집정보의 오류율을 크게 감소시킨다. 이에 따라, 개발된 알고리즘을 적용함으로써 항로표지 수집정보의 품질을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 해상 안전성을 높이는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Good product quality is so essential to enabling firms to succeed that how to make the product quality better through technology development is one of the most important issues that many CEOs think over. With regard to the product quality improvement from firms' technology development, this study has made an attempt to empirically investigate the effect of the external information network diversity on the product quality improvement of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology (IT) sector, mediated by their production process improvement. This research illuminates the following two points by empirically analyzing the 310 IT SMEs through the ordinary least squares regression analysis. First, IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive influence on their product quality improvement from technology development. Second, IT SMEs' production process improvement partially mediates the impact of their external information network diversity on the product quality improvement.

As a pilot project of the National Spatial Data Infrastructure, "Quality upgrade of continuous cadastral map and Conversion of land use zoning map" is performed last year. In this study, for the following main project, its result is analyzed and problems occurred on the way carried out are extracted. The area change before and after conversion is compared, and relationship with the continuous cadastral map is analysed on the data of Ansung-Si. And than, systematic improvement method is suggested based on that problem.

In the bearing wall systems, a form work has a lot of room that saves cost because it takes a substantial proportion of construction cost. Therefore the systemic and efficient methods are required in the form work. This study focuses on methods that enhance the quality and the productivity of form work and presents the kicker form as an alternative plan to simplify the form work through being modular and automatical it. Work sampling method is used for productivity measurement. It is expected that it will reduce the work process and improve the Qualify and the podructivity of construction.

도서관 품질 평가를 위한 척도로 개발된 라이브퀼 플러스(LibQUAL+)를 국내 대학도서관에 적용하여 분석을 시도하였다. 이용자 집단별(신분, 연령, 성별, 전공, 도서관 방문횟수, 도서관 홈페이지 접속 횟수) 사전 기대와 실제 인식 사이의 갭을 평가하고 그 원인을 분석하였다. 평가 후 실제 도서관 경영에 필요한 서비스 개선방안을 마련하고 이용자의 인식 향상 및 요구사항에 대처하기 위한 활동과 책무를 밝힘으로써 도서관 서비스 품질 평가를 수행하고, 그 방안을 마련하였다.

This study was conducted to identify how cadastral information quality is managed at which level by reviewing the current cadastral information creation and quality management methods. In addition, relevant issues were deducted and, based on the results, plans for cadastral information quality improvement were suggested. The study results are as follows. As a result of reviewing the cadastral information quality management and its level and deducting the relevant issues, it was found that current cadastral information quality management is confined to positional accuracy, instead of comprehensive quality management embracing graphic and attribute information. In addition, it appeared that the quality measurement elements for spatial information quality management recommended by the International Standard Organization (ISO 19113) are not reflected enough. In this study, a plan of quality management at an international level, plan for introducing a quality test process, and plan for organizing an independent quality test organization were suggested as improvement plans for this corresponding issues.

In this study, we aim to derive a solution from the structural analysis for electrical failure of single board computers for computing navigation information. By analyzing the characteristic factor, we identify that crack occur on the central processing unit board due to a certain structural problem, and that the physical effect by the crack make communication function be impossible to perform, which it causes booting error. In order to find the location of excessive stress causing the crack, structural analysis for the single board computer is done. From the structural analysis, the areas where stress concentration occurs are identified, and improvement methods changing the structures are developed. As a result, we shows that stresses are reduced entirely on the stress distribution for the improved structure. In addition, heat analysis shows that changing the structure to reduce stresses is not affect to the heat radiation, and the thermal resistance of the actual equipment is verified by measuring the temperature of the heat sink applied with the improved structure.
