Owing to the limited development period and budget of the weapon system, many problems have arisen in the operation stage after mass production. Therefore, engineering changes are also increasing. On the other hand, an analysis of the cause of problems and improvement of the system equipment performed in engineering changes cannot be managed synthetically. Hence, important actual data can only be used once. In particular, unlike hardware where the shape of the equipment is changed or the part number is changed, the contents of software engineering changes are only partially included in the proposal. Moreover, only the extent to which the version of the source package and the executable file has been changed can be identified. Therefore, this paper proposes a method to build and utilize a database for cause analysis and improvement plan data of weapon-system software engineering changes and software technical support. The above utilization measure can contribute to the quality assurance of weapon-system software developed in the future by preemptively applying real-world data when developing similar weapon systems.

정지궤도위성을 이용한 인터넷서비스는 위성과 지상간의 거리에 의한 전송지연으로 전송품질이 지상망에 비하여 상당히 떨어지는 것으로 인식되어 왔으며 위성단말기의 송신부분에 대한 가격이 높아 단말기에서 상향링크는 전화망을 이용하고 하향링크만을 위성으로 하는 단방향의 위성인터넷망으로 이용되어 왔다. 최근 양방향 인터넷서비스의 제공과 함께 위성인터넷의 상향링크도 위성링크를 사용함에 따라 위성신호의 전송지연에 대한 서비스품질에 대한 측정과 전송지연이 더 높아짐에 따라 서비스 품질의 품질저하에 대한 대책을 연구하였다. 이러한 방법으로 기존에 위성을 이용한 방법으로 전송하였을 경우 지연이 많이 생겨 서비스 품질이 향상되지 않아 본 연구에서는 스푸핑방법을 도입하여 측정한 결과 지연시간이 개선되었으나 기존의 지상망과의 속도와 비교하였을 때 많이 떨어지므로 이에 따른 개선방안으로 캐쉬서버를 사용하여 위성 전송속도를 측정한결과 지상망과 비교하여 거의 비슷한 전송지연 시간을 가지며 전송속도가 향상되는 결과를 가지는 것으로 연구되었다.

With the available national spatial information that started from the sinkholes that occurred nationwide in 2014 and integrated 15 areas of underground information, the Underground Spatial Integrated Map has been continuously maintained since 2015. However, until recently, as disasters and accidents in underground spaces such as hot water pipes rupture, cable tunnel fires, and ground subsidence continue to occur, there is an increasing demand for quality improvement of underground information. Thus, this paper attempted to prepare a plan to improve the quality of the Underground Spatial Integrated Map data. In particular, among the 15 types of underground information managed through the Underground Spatial Integrated Map, quality validation improvement measures were proposed for underground facility (structure-type) data, which has the highest proportion of new constructions. To improve the current inspection methods that primarily rely on visual inspection, we elaborate on and subdivide the current quality inspection standards. Specifically, we present an approach for software-based automated inspection of databases, including graphics and attribute information, by adding three quality inspection items, namely, quality inspection methods, rules, and flow diagram, solvable error types, to the current four quality inspection items consisting of quality elements, sub-elements, detailed sub-elements, and quality inspection standards.

Recently, many weapon related quality issues have arisen in the armed forces, such as failures of K-21 Infantry Fighting Vehicles, K-9 self-propelled mounts, and grenade explosion during boot training. Since all of the issues are repetitive phenomena, we examined the defense quality management system and identified the possible solutions for it. Since the government quality assurance agency performs their quality assurance activity using the system evaluation technique, we first reviewed the regulations related to the defense quality management system. Then, we benchmarked some other advanced quality management systems. We suggested two types of defense quality management system, one for small (in terms of the amount of the contract) competitive contracts and the other for large private contracts. For the first one, we adopted the framework of MIL-I-45208 (Inspection System Requirement), while for the second one, we adopted the framework of NATO AQAP 2310 (Quality Management System Requirements for Aviation, Space and Defense Suppliers).

A purpose of subcontractor management succeed in construction project. Specially in the subcontractor management of quality management, it is necessary that subcontractors not only acquire ISO 9000 quality system certification but also continuously and without a break fulfill ISO 9000 quality system. As a result, we proposed that a general contractor play an important role in a manager of subcontractors to keep up the ISO 9000 duality system of subcontractors.

모든 산업 분야에서 제품의 정밀성과 생산성 향상을 위하여 자동화가 추진되고 있으며 이를 뒷 받침하기 위한 제어 공학의 필요성이 점증되고 있다. 생산 시스템을 자동화 하므로서 생산 원 가의 절감 및 제품의 품질 향상은 물론이고, 작업 조건이 좋지 못한 곳에서의 작업도 가능하게 해 주므로 제어 공학은 생산 공장뿐만 아니라 가정용 및 사무용 설비에도 적용되고 있다. 이와 같은 상황하에서 제어 공학의 필요성은 더욱 고조되고 있으며, 국내 대학의 전기 계열공학과는 물론이고, 대부분의 기계계열 학과에서도 제어공학을 교과과정에 반영하고 있다. 그러나, 국내 대학의 기계 계열 공학과에서 설강하고 있는 제어 공학의 교과 과정은 체계화되어 있지 못한 실정이므로 이를 분석해 보고 문제점을 파악하여 개선 방안을 강구해 보는 것은 중요한 의미가 있다고 생각된다.

조달청은 지난 5월 23일 조달행정쇄신방안을 마련, 현행 가격위주 낙찰제도를 품질확보를 위한 계약제도로 개선한다는 방침 아래 2단계 경쟁입찰제, 경쟁적 협상계약 제도를 도입하는 등 다양한 조달 방식을 마련, 재정경제원 등 관계부처와 협의를 통해 예정가격 작성준칙 등 관계규정을 개정해 올해안에 시행하기로 했다.

This study based on dual aspects of service quality aims at classifying service quality attributes by Kano model and also providing the necessity to decide which service quality would be carried out preferentially in the service industries(hotel service, repair service, education service, medical service). The first purpose of this study, therefore, is assorting the service quality by the Kano model about four service industries based on Schmenner's service process matrix. Secondly, this has an intention of drawing preferred considerations and putting forward measures to increase the customer satisfaction by Timko and PCSI Index. The result of this study is as follows. First of all, it was found that tangible attributes classified the attractive quality and Timko's score also was very high in four service industry. That is to say that tangible attributes in service industries could be interpreted into having very high importance at standards on service quality estimation of customer. Second, all but repair service of the service industries suggested empathy dimension to have flexibility solving and understanding the customer's problem could be improve the customer satisfaction. Finally, the common result between them was empathy dimension classified attractive quality in all industries. That is because present satisfaction was not reached customer expectation so there would be a improvement of empathy dimension preferentially.

정보시스템 감리를 직접 수행하는 감리인의 전문가적 능력을 확보하는 문제는 감리 품질 및 효과 향상 측면에서 중요하다. 하지만, 정보시스템 감리 인력의 전문성 확보방안은 감리인 개인이나 특정 기관의 노력으로 해결하기는 쉽지 않다. 본 논문은 감리인력 전문화 노력 및 정보시스템 감리제도를 시험하고 있는 선진 사례를 조사하고, 법 제도 차원에서의 개선방안과 학계 및 산업계 등 정보시스템 감리와 관련된 다양한 전문가 그룹이 추진해야할 단계적 접근 방안을 고찰함으로써, 정보시스템 감리인력 전문성 확보를 위한 체계적인 접근방안을 제시한다.
