본 연구에서는 문서분류시스템에서 자질의 표현으로 전문분야사전을 이용한 분야정보와 개체정보추출을 통한 개체정보를 이용한다. 또한 지식정보를 보완하기 위해 통계적인 방법으로 범주 전문용어를 인식하여 자질로 표현하는 방법을 제안한다. 문서에 나타난 용어들이 어떤 특정 전문분야에 속하는 용어들이 많이 나타나는 경우 그 문서는 용어들이 속한 분야의 문서일 가능성이 높다. 또한, 정보추출을 통해 용어가 어떠한 개체를 나타내는지를 인식하여 문서를 표현함으로써 문서가 내포하는 의미를 보다 잘 반영할 수 있게 된다. 분야정보나 개체정보를 알 수 없는 용어에 대해서는 학습문서로부터 전문분야를 자동 인식함으로써 문서표현의 지식정보를 보완한다. 전문분야, 개체정보 및 범주전문용어에 기반해서 표현된 문서의 자질에 대해서 지지벡터기계 학습에 기반한 문서분류기틀 이용하여 각 범주에 대해 이진분류를 하였다. 제안된 문서자질표현은 용어기반의 자질표현에 비해 좋은 성능을 보이고 있다.

Understanding of mathematical terms plays one of the key factors in understanding and utilizing related mathematical contents. In order to understand such terms well, it is necessary to define and use them appropriately. In this study, we first investigate specific instances of inappropriate using or representing mathematical terms in elementary school mathematics textbooks from a mathematical point of view and a consistent point of view. We then suggest implications for using and representing such mathematical terms appropriately.

The author scheduled to prepare a multilingual (Japanese-Korean-Chinese) vocabulary of dietary culture. In the preliminary stage, the words of taste perceptions were compiled and examined; thereafter, the relevant terms were defined, and a model of the trilingual vocabulary of taste perceptions was prepared.

In this paper we analyse how school mathematics terminologies have been changed from the syllabus period to the 2007 curriculum. For this we survey the school mathematics terminologies which have been used since the syllabus period on the 2007 curriculum basis, analyse changes in expression of those, and look through to the characteristics of mathematics terminologies for each curriculum period.

Geological terminology used in Korea which has been politically separated for the last 50 years, were compared. For this study, geological terminology used in 'Geology of Korea' published in North Korea (1996), 'Geology of Korea' published in South Korea (1999) and other geological publications were compared. Among the 1272 geological terminology used in North Korea, 49 are for geochronology, 201 for mineralogy, 199 for petrology, 257 for structural geology, 93 for paleontology, and 473 for general geology. Out of these geological terminology, 657 (51.7%) have the same pronunciation and meaning as those used in South Korea 370 (29.1%) are analogous words, and 245 (19.2%)cannot be understood because of differences in the means of expression. Differences in geological terminology used in the two Koreas are thought to be mainly caused by language used only in North Korea, different foreign language interpretation, different initial law application, new connecting word construction, and influence from different cultures.

SNOMED CT is a standard clinical terminology which is to efficiently record, manage and utilize clinical records during clinical processes. However, huge expressive power of SNOMED CT makes it difficult to select appropriate terms during short consultation hours. In addition, true meaning of a written record using the terminology may be misunderstood or even distorted since one clinical meaning could be expressed in a variety of ways. This paper analyzes such known problems in a database point of view, and presents effective selection methods of similar terminologies to mitigate the problem.

목적 : 본 연구는 한의약에서 사용하는 용어가 SNOMED CT로 매핑 가능한지 여부를 조사하고, 한의약 용어를 표현하기 위해 기존 SNOMED CT 온톨로지를 개선할 수 있는 방안을 제안하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 방법 : 선행 연구의 매핑 가이드라인에서 제시된 7단계 과정을 수정하여 활용하였다. 매핑의 목적 및 범위 정의, 용어 추출, 개념 추출, 매핑을 위한 소스 용어 작업, SNOMED CT 개념 검색, 매핑 관계 분류 및 매핑 검증의 과정을 수행하였다. 매핑의 목적은 한의약 임상 아이디어를 표현하는 표준 용어로서 SNOMED CT를 평가하는 것이고, 범위에는 편두통 환자 관리의 평가, 진단, 치료 및 예방을 포함하였다. 결과 : 총 546개의 용어가 추출되었다. 중복된 용어를 제거한 후, 271개의 개념이 SNOMED CT 매핑에 사용되었다. 이중 43.2%는 SNOMED CT 개념과 의미론적으로 동등하게 매핑되었고(117개 개념), 39.1%는 SNOMED CT 개념이 더 포괄적인 의미를 가지도록 매핑되었다(106개 개념). 상대적으로 포괄적인 의미를 가지는 SNOMED CT 개념에 매핑된 한의약 개념 106개 중 19개는 SNOMED CT 후조합을 이용하여 의미론적으로 동등하게 표현이 가능하였다. 나머지 17.7%의 한의약 개념은 SNOMED CT에 매핑할 수 없었다. 결론 : 본 연구는 한의약에서 사용되는 개념을 SNOMED CT에 매핑하여 한의약 용어를 표준화하였다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 한의약에서 사용되는 용어를 표준의료용어로 표현하기 위하여 SNOMED CT에 새로운 개념과 속성을 추가하는 것을 제안한다.
