The purpose of this paper is to review the trend and roadmap of standardization for e-Trade. As a survival strategy in this rapidly changing global competition environment, domestic and global e-Trade network should be harmonized and interconnected, which requires multilateral or regional cooperation to set relevant inter-operable infrastructure. For this, standardization for e-Trade message and communication is critical success factor. Korea has been an early adopter of international e-Trade standards like UN/EDIFACT and ebXML. Based on the overall knowledge and experiences of e-Trade projects, Korea can take initiatives in the creation of global e-Trade through the harmonization and interconnection of other countries.

본 연구는 국방규격서의 전문어, 오용어, 어문규정 및 순화어 미(未)준수 어휘를 추출, 정의 또는 순화어로 정제하는 맵핑구조를 제시, 민 군규격용어 표준화를 위한 정보업무 로드맵을 구축하여 민간용어와의 호환성 및 일관성을 유지할 수 있는 지원체계를 연구하였다. 대상 규격용어는 KS용어표준 원칙을 기본으로 한 신뢰도 평가와 텍스트 마이닝 (text mining)빈도분석을 이용하여 선정하였으며, 시소러스(thesaurus) 체계를 삽입, 개념기반 서비스의 확장성을 제시하였다. 이를 기반으로 산출된 규격용어 DB는 민간 및 국방 관련분야의 용어표준관리 정보체계에 검색 및 용어설명에 활용될 수 있다.

자율운항선박 관련 기술에 대하여 국제표준기구(ISO) 선박 및 해양기술 분과(TC8)에서 다양한 표준안이 개발되고 있다. TC8 산하 여러 세부분과에서 스마트 선박과 연계되어 개발되고 있는 표준안들에 대한 분석 및 각 국가별 전략 분석을 바탕으로 국내 간사 기관 대응 전략에 대해 연구한 결과를 소개하고자 한다. 또한 자율운항선박 관련 기술들의 표준화 로드맵 개발 결과를 공유하고자 한다.

Fire can cause severe damages to human lives, properties, and environment resources regardless to where the fire will be happened and the evaluation methods for fire impact against fire objects such as human, properties are different among nations around the world. ISO TC 92 (Fire safety) has 4 sub committees to develop international standard to harmonize each nation standards and evaluate fire impact and the experts from all around the world participate in preparing international standards on fire. The main purpose of this study is to suggest a new road-map for domestic fire resistant standard of building structures. To make a new road-map two activities of the ISO's major committees and the countermeasures of fire safety from our standards were investigated.

정보보호기술은 인터넷 등의 컴퓨터 통신망을 통하여 전달되거나 정보시스템에 저장되어 있는 정보에 대한 위조, 변조, 유출, 무단침입 등을 비롯한 각종 불법 행위로부터 조직 혹은 개인의 컴퓨터와 정보를 안전하게 보호하는 기술을 지칭하며, 이들은 무결성, 기밀성, 가용성 서비스를 통하여 실현된다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 일반 기술중에서 암호 및 인증 기술, 네트워크 보안 기술, 응용 보안 기술, 고리고 평가 및 인증체계 기술 등에 대한 표준화 동향을 파악하고, 이를 근거로 표준화 항목을 정의하고 표준화 추진체계 등을 고찰해 본다.

The risk mitigation service based on network provides monitoring of the risk event data to be inputted and analyses its big data to be stored in real time. Furthermore, it performs the analysis of the plant disease risk such as a red tide, and livestock disease risk such a food-and-mouth disease, avian influenza, and rinderpest, and provides the mitigation service. The standardization road map for risk mitigation is the real time acquisition monitoring of risk events, and mitigation service for the risks.

정보보호 기술 표준화는 인터넷 등의 급속한 발전에 따라 전자상거래 등의 응용 서비스와 새로운 무선 및 이동 인터넷 서비스를 여러 위협요소로부터 보호하는데 목적이 있다. 인터넷을 통해 유통되는 정보나 컴퓨터의 정보 자산을 보호하기 위한 요구사항으로 기밀성 서비스, 무결성 서비스, 인증 서비스, 그리고 액세스 제어 서비스들이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 정보보호 시스템간의 상호 연동성을 가능케 하고, 안전한 지식기반 정보화사회 구축을 위해서 정보보호 기술 요소들의 표준화 분석은 반드시 필요하다.

빌딩이 빽빽한 도시 한가운데이자 IT밸리 중심에 자리잡은 서울정보통신대학원대학교에서 만난 문남미 교수, 그녀가 최근 e-러닝 콘텐츠 표준화 작업을 위해 정보통신부와 문화관광부를 수십번씩 드나들며 활발한 활동을 펼치고 있다. 그녀는 e-러닝(e-learning) 표준화를 위한 기술 로드맵을 집필한 바로 그 주인공이다. 선정릉을 끼고 위치한 빌딩 3층에 있는 문 교수는 연구실에서 연구원과 연구 발표를 위해 열띤 논쟁을 하고 있었다. 세련되고 깔금한 회색 정장에 짧은 단발머리의 문 교수는 "임시 건물의 연구실이 너무 좁죠" 라며 씩씩한 목소리로 반겼다.

IT convergence with agriculture and livestock farming are expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. The standardization work for smart farming and livestock farming based on networks is just at the beginning stage. And also, it is capable of coping with environment and technical problems with the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture. Hence, more studies on each point are required to finish the works including amendments and enhancements. More interests are expected to attain the successful results that ultimately contribute to innovate in the lifestyle. In this paper, it is analyzed strategy item and consider the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture and livestock, namely Smart Farming and Smart livestock Farming as a solution to cope the presented problems. In addition, suggest to ICT standardization road map for future planning.
