컴퓨터 하드웨어와 네트워크의 발전 속도에 비해 컴퓨터 소프트웨어의 발전 속도가 더뎌서 '소프트웨어 위기'가 도래한 것이 아니냐는 걱정의 목소리를 한번쯤은 들어보았을 것이다. '소프트웨어의 위기'가 도래하게 된 것에는 여러 가지 원인이 있겠지만 그 이면을 잘 들여다보면 새로운 소프트웨어의 개발 시 기존 소프트웨어의 재사용이 어려운 것이 가장 큰 원인이다. e-learning에 있어서도 이러한 상황과 유사하게 e-learning 관련 기반 기술 및 소프트웨어의 발전 속도에 비해 콘텐츠의 증가 및 발전 속도가 더딘 것이 문제가 될 수 있으며, 이것은 '콘텐츠의 위기'로 이어진다. 이러한 위기를 해결하기 위하여, e-learning 기술의 측면을 강조한 기존 e-learning 표준화 로드맵과 달리 본 고에서는 e-learning 콘텐츠에 초점을 맞추어 표준화 동향과 로드맵을 제시한다.

IT convergence with agriculture and livestock farming are expected to bring more efficiency and quality improvement in producing, distributing, consuming of agricultural products with the aid of information processing and autonomous control technologies of the IT area. In this paper, it is analyzed strategy item and consider the actualized IT convergence case for agriculture and livestock, namely Smart Farming and Smart livestock Farming as a solution to cope the presented problems. In addition, suggest to ICT standardization road map for future planning.

Under the situation of the world becoming a unified global economy, our country should make efforts to get standard patents as well as to take out essential patents in order to maintain the competitiveness against advanced country. In recent years, R&D related standardization is very important. Besides, R&D planning considering standardization becomes more important than ever before. Therefore, this treatise is designed to lay infrastructure on promoting international standardization through suggesting a effective standardization planning framework based on R&D planning and analyzing cases regarding R&D planning and standardization planning.

e-learning standardization has already had a major impact on budget reduction goals through the application of national policy projects such as Cyber Home Learning System and Digital Textbook. It also corresponds with green paradigm, recently attracting more attention, by contributing to reduce carbon dioxide through preventing duplicate development. In the 21st century the concept of convergence and the role of e-learning standardization to unite education and technology have gained popularity on conversation topic agendas. This research is aimed at establishing strategic countermeasures for international standards and help plot the direction for future standardization policy through the development of a mid-to long term roadmap using delphi research targeted at e-learning standardization experts. In addition, it attempts to establish a broad base to improve standardization awareness and diffusion.

전세계적으로 전기차에 대한 개발 및 보급과 연계하여 국제 표준화 작업이 활발하게 진행 중에 있다. 이에 우리나라도 전기차 표준화 작업을 위해 지식경제부 기술표준원을 중심으로 산학연관이 유기적으로 협력하여 국제 표준에 신속하게 유연하게 대처하는 한편, 국제표준을 선점하기 위한 노력에 힘쓰고 있다. 전기차의 연구개발 현황과 국제 표준화 동향, 전기자동차 표준화 로드맵을 통해 전기차의 국제표준에 대응할 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보았다.
