본 연구는 개방화, 탈규제화의추세와 함께 정보기술의 도입으로 인하여 큰 변화를 맞고 있는 이때 변화에 대응하기 위한 바람직한 경영조직의 설계방안을 실증적으로 제시해보고자한다. IT의 조직내 도입 및 확사과정에서 드러나는 조직간 차이를 분석함을 주안점으로 하고 있는 본 연구에서는 이 두가지 시각을 함께 수용하여1) IT의 푸쉬-풀 패러다임을 설정하여 이로부터 설문항목을 도출하고, 2) 각 항목에 대한 표준지표를 설정하고 설문을 작성·배포한 후, 3) 그 응답자료를 분석하여 우리나라 산업조직의 일반적 대응력을 분석함으로서 , 5) 이를 토대로 기업의 바람직한 조직 설계방향을 제시하는등 일련의 연구절차를 구체적으로 제시하였다.

기술표준 작성이 주요 임무인 ITU-T 조직 가운데, 국제전용선의 이용제도나 국제요금계산 등 제도적인 과제를 다루어 온 SG3가 큰 전기를 맞이하고 있다. 이 배경에는 정보통신분야에서 진행되고 있는 2개의 큰 흐름을 들 수 있다. 첫째, 국제 전기통신시장의 자유화 경쟁의 글로벌한 발전과 둘째, 정보통신 인프라 스트럭쳐에서 일고 있는 IP화의 흐름이다.

The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between resilience and organizational socialization in new nurses. Data collection for the study was carried out between September 28th and December 30th, 2012 by surveying 221 new nurses working in general hospitals located in D, K, and P city. Measures were subjects' resiliency and organizational socialization. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Person's correlation coefficients and multiple regression analysis with SPSS/WIN 19.0 version. The average of subject's resilience was 3.37(${\pm}0.62$) and organizational socialization 3.20(${\pm}0.70$). There were significant differences in organizational socialization according to age, number of hospital beds, pay grade, desired position and clinical training experiences of hospital. Resilience correlated positively with organizational socialization. Factors affecting new nurses organizational socialization were identified in the order of resilience, clinical training experiences of hospital, age and pay grade. The findings of the study indicate that in order to increase new nurses' organizational socialization, their resilience have to be enhanced.

This study aims at analyzing the global trend of standardization in the field of Industrial Security through ISO/TC 292. It covers broad areas from risk management for industrial property protection and loss prevention through supply chain security, product and document fraud and counterfeiting countermeasures and control and community resilience. It also explores the historical background of the standardization in the security field, how ISO TC 292 came out as a leading group in order to standardize relevant security management systems. TC 292 deals with terminology, general security-related standards and supply chain security management. One of the major findings from this analysis is that security targets and threats are diversified and so organizations like enterprises should have proper flexibility to adapt themselves to new security environment and take appropriate resilience system to cope with the threats and incidents. Also the ISO standardization requires public or private entities to take holistic approaches in security management. Finally, it was found that South Korea has to prepare for this global trend of standardization in this field so that ISO certification market demand and the requirements for transnational trades can be well met.

Disasters in South Korea are taking on more diverse and intricate aspects than before, while being affected by the industrial development and deterioration of the cities. Therefore, it is urgently needed for success in disaster countermeasures to secure emergency communications operating system which would make it possible to share various information between the control tower and field personnel quickly and accurately. This study proposes a method of improving the national emergency communications operating system based on the Federal disaster management system, emergency communications system, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) employed in the US, which is the leading country in the field of disaster management. First, the organization of the emergency communications needs to be more systematized than in the past. The organization of the emergency communications of the central and local governments have to be administered according to their different roles and objectives. Furthermore, they must cooperate with each other based on interoperability. Second, emergency communications councils need to be established, composed of representatives related to disasters, and national and regional units need to be formed and operated separately. Third, the SOPs should not only cover both the operational and technical elements, but also assign the roles and responsibilities to the members of the disaster communications system. These improvements will assure the correct functioning of the disaster communications system in the field, which is expected to increase the probability of success in disaster countermeasures.
