문제: 본원의 외래 상황은 진료의가 짧은 시간 내에 많은 환자를 진료해야 하고, 진료 환자 모두에게 충분히 만족하도록 설명해주는 것은 매우 어려운 실정이었다. 2007년의 의료기관 본 평가에 앞서 병원 자체 평가 결과 외래환자의 설명 만족도는 57점으로 저조하였다. 목적: "이해하기 쉽게 설명하는 서울대학교 병원" 이라는 슬로건 하에 설명간호사 제도를 운영하기 시작하여, 설명간호사실 운영 활성화를 통한 외래 환자 만족도를 향상시키고자 한다. 의료기관: 서울시 종로구에 소재한 대학병원 질 향상 활동: 설명간호사실 방문율 증가 및 one-stop service care을 실현할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였고, 검사 시행 이유, 귀가 후 주의사항 검사 결과, 검사일정 외래 진료 안내 브로셔 및 표준화된 교육 자료를 개발하였다. 또한 설명간호사의 역할 및 업무의 확립을 위한 업무기술서를 개발 및 설명간호사실 환경을 개선하였다. 개선효과: 설명간호사실의 방문율이 내과는 2배, 신경과는 3배 정도 증가하였다. 표준화된 교육 자료 개발로 설명 요구도를 충족시켰고, '환자의 알 권리'와 '설명을 들을 권리'를 보장하였다. 업무기술서 개발로 설명간호사의 업무 및 역할을 확립하였으며 설명간호사실의 환경 개선으로 개인 신상 비밀을 보호받을 권리를 보장하였다. 외래 설명만족도가 2007년 57점에서 2008년 74점으로 향상되었다. 설명간호사실 자체 설문조사에서도 97%가 만족한다고 답하였고, 100% 모두 재방문 의사를 보였다. one-stop service care를 제공함으로써 외래가 복잡하다는 부정적인 이미지를 긍정적인 이미지로 변화시켰다.

최근 RFID 기술의 급속한 확산은 기존 인식매체의 한계를 극복하고, 기업 및 산업 전반에 새로운 혁신을 가져올 것으로 예상된다, 특히 항만물류산업의 경우 RFID 기술이 적용될 경우 많은 파급효과를 가져올 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 정부의 각종 시범사업을 통해 RFID 기술을 항만물류산업에 도입하려 하고 있으나 현실적인 개선과제 및 표준화 등에 대한 연구 부족 등으로 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 조사와 현업 조사 분석을 통해 단위 업무별 공통 사용 데이터를 도출하여 RFID 국제표준을 준용하는 항만물류산업의 RFID 데이터 표준안을 제시하고자 한다. 향후 본 연구는 현재 진행되고 있는 국가표준안 수립에 적극 활용되어 세계 RFID 시장에서 우리나라의 위상을 높이고 기타 응용분야 국제 표준 규격 제정 시 우리나라의 입지 개선에 큰 역할을 해줄 것으로 기대된다.

Mobile communication traffic is changing from voice to data/internet, e.g. wireless internet access, SMS/MMS. more and more. Therefore many data services are coming out over 3G, Mobile WiMAX(WIBRO), LTE etc. Wireless internet market is growing and MIPv6 is more important and many protocols being studied and developed from MIPv6 to Fast MIPv6, Hierachical MIPv6, Proxy MIPv6, etc. The significant factor over MIPv6 is Hand-over latency and Packet-loss PMIPv6 is efficient for reducing mobility related messages and hand-over latency, but it considers single LMA domain. If mobile node is moving inter-LMAs, hand-over delay time affects the real-time communications. To overcome this hand-over delay, we propose present and new enhanced schemes and analize the performance and show the results.

As the hacking technology for cyber-terror and financial fraud evolves, the research and development for advanced and standardized information security technology is growing to be more and more important. In this paper, the domestic level of technology and standardization for information security as compared to advanced country is diagnosed, and future policy is presented by analyzing the influence effect for market and technology. The information security is classified into information security-based & user protection, network & system security, and application security & evaluation validation with details of OTP-based validation, smart-phone app security, and mobile electronic finance, etc. The analytic results indicate that domestic level is some poor for advanced country, the technological development and standardization capability for smart-phone app security and mobile electronic finance is needed, and finally the government's supporting policy for the future Internet is urgently needed.

본 논문에서는 기존 AVC 보다 50% 압축성능 향상을 목표로 표준화가 진행되고 있는 차세대표준인 HEVC 부호화기의 속도를 높이기 위한 방안으로, HEVC 의 기술 중 화면 분할 기술인 타일(Tile)을 기반으로 효율적으로 부호화기를 병렬화하는 구조를 제안한다. 부호화기에서 복잡도가 높은 율왜곡 기반 모드 결정 과정을 멀티코어 병렬프로그래밍으로 구현하고, 병렬처리에 의한 속도 개선 결과를 제시한다. 타일은 병렬처리를 지원하기 위해 HEVC 가 채택한 구조로, 화면을 여러 개로 분할하여 부/복호화 할 수 있어 병렬처리 단위로 적합하며, 표준화의 기고서를 통해 화면분할로 인한 압축성능 변화량은 여러 차례 보고되고 있다. 본 논문의 결과에 의하면 타일의 수만큼 쓰레드를 생성하여 각 타일 단위로 율왜곡 기반 부호화 모드 결정을 하도록 병렬화 하였을 때 기존 참조 소프트웨어 대비 12 개의 쓰레드 생성 시 6 배의 속도 개선을 보인다. 향후 병렬로 처리할 수 있는 모듈을 확장하면 쓰레드 수 증가에 따른 속도개선 효과가 증대되어 부호화기 실용화를 위한 실시간 부호화기 개발에 한 걸음 다가갈 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Purpose: The purpose of a role model is to find a master or expert who conduct their business effectively and work as a model that helps staff in charge to conduct their works effectively. This process is an effort to find out the deviation of work performance capability among staffs in charge and settle the work process to be optimized to practical business, the standardization of protocol. Materials and Methods: Seoul Asan medical center nuclear department developed 6~7 role modeling items and has applied it to work. I report two operation improvement cases we had applied a role model to Seoul ASAN medical center. Result: By comparison with none application of a role model, we could improve operation efficiency. Conclusion: The main purpose of role modeling is to make the employees who do the business in their charge effectively as a role model and contribute to work performance of employees who are lack of work performance although they performed their works hard. Our team is going to develop role model items continuously and to make a use of it to practical work then improve work performance. We regard it as a useful tool to performance improvement. The performance improvement by using a role model was very useful instrument.

The saving of time, which is defined as the demand from passengers and the supply from the urban railway, must be balanced. The selected factors influencing on the balance are the traffic, customer contact facilities, the number of failures, customer complaints(VOC), passenger moving time and transfer stations. Also, the overall ratio of SMRT's 4 lines is generated by differentiating the rate of each attribute in each factor. This is not only to differentiate the stations with peculiar factors but also to standardize criteria of the personalized services. Furthermore, as part of standardization, standard drawings of facility management are prepared for the improvement on the management of human resource and material. The drawings include passenger moving lines, location of safety incidents and also indicate the rating of the factors in each station and overall evaluation rating. In conclusion, this thesis aims to improve customer satisfaction constantly by reducing passenger moving time, through the differentiated management of each station.

This study analyzed the effect of workplace innovation on business performance and labor condition improvement. The study results showed that work process standardization and quality control positively affected business performance. Also, downsizing, reducing individual subcontract, expanding non-core business outsourcing positively affected both business performance and labor condition improvement. In addition, labor union's participation moderated the effect of work process innovation on business performance. This study provided implications for analyzing the effect of workplace innovation comprehensively and extending the scope of study to personal employee dimension.

80년대부터 국내에 도입된 CAD/CAM시스템은 금형 및 관련 제조업체, 자동차 제조업체, 플랜트 /조선업체 등에서도 제도, 설계 및 설계해석용, CAM을 이용한 NC 가공용 등으로 적용되고 있다. 그러나 CAD/CAM 시스템을 판매업체의 불충분한 교육과 아프터 서비스가 아직 미흡하여, 시 스템 사용업체의 경우 시스템 활용기술 부족, 기술인력 부족 등의 이유로 활용도가 높지 못하다. 그럼에도 불구하고 많은 업체들이 CAD/CAM 도입을 본격적으로 준비하고 있으며, 93년의 경우 90년에 비해 사용자수가 2배가 되리라는 전망이다. 많은 업체의 경우 인원절감, 시간단축, 경비 절감 등의 비용효과와 정밀도/정확도 효과 등의 업무수준 향상 효과를 기대하며 추진하고 있으나 표준화, 관리의 체계화 효과 및 기업이미지 개선, 직원의식 수준 향상 등의 상징적 효과도 크다고 볼 수 있다. 국내에 CAD/CAM 시스템 보급을 촉진하기 위해서는 소프트웨어의 한글화 작업이 이루어져야 하고 분야별로 다양한 데이터베이스가 구축되어야 할 것이며, 가격이 저렴하고 속 도가 빠른 형상 모델링 기술발전이 요구된다. 끝으로, 우리 실정에 맞는 CAD/CAM 소프트웨어의 국산화 작업이 우리가 풀어야 하는 최대 과제라 할 수 있다.

Numerous IoT devices are connected to a wireless network environment to collect and transmit data without time and space limitations, but many security vulnerabilities are exposed in these process. But IoT security is not easy to create feasible security standards and device authentication due to differences in the approach or implementation of devices and networks. However, it is clear that the improvement and application of the standard framework for enhancing the security level of the device is the starting point to help the most successful security effect. In this study, we investigate the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and access control implementation plans for IoT devices (which are the basic goals of information security), and standardized security evaluation criteria for IoT devices, and study ways to improve them.
