A Study on the Standard Link-based Travel Speed Calculation System Using GPS Tracking Information (GPS 운행궤적정보를 이용한 표준링크기반 통행속도 산출 시스템 연구)

  • This study was conducted with the aim of developing a system to collect taxi GPS probe information to prevent link defects and to improve the accuracy of the standard link-based travel speed by determining when to go into and come out the link. For this purpose, a framework and algorithm consisting of a five-step process for standard link-based map matching and individual vehicle travel speed are presented and used it to calculate the average travel speed of the service link. Two on-site surveys of Teheran and Hakdong-ro were conducted to verify the results by the methods proposed in this paper. On the basis of the overall time of the field survey, the deviation in the travel speed was 0.2 km/h and 0.6 km/h, the accuracy was 99% and 96%, and the MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error) was 1% and 4% in Teheran and Hakdong-ro, respectively. These results were more accurate thand those obtained using conventional methodologies without standard links.

A Study on the Observation Days of Maritime Traffic Investigation (해상교통조사 관측일수에 관한 연구)

  • This study is to compare variation indexes by monthly, weekly and hourly using AIS data, which was collected for 365 days from January 1st to December 31st, 2013 at Mokpo Port and then, computed the maximum standard error by observation days. The comparison of monthly variation indexes showed that the monthly variation indexes for September and February were 1.11 and 0.84, respectively, in turn revealing that the maritime traffic in September was about 32.1 % larger than February. Also, the daily variation indexes for Tuesday and Sunday were 1.05 and 0.92, respectively, in turn revealing that the maritime traffic in Tuesday was about 14.1 % larger than Sunday. When the maritime traffic investigation is executed for at least 1 week in consideration of the daily variation index, it is possible to reduce the maximum standard error rate to be within 21 %. Therefore, if the maritime traffic investigation is made in the month and week with low maritime traffic, each variation index should be applied to reflect the actual maritime traffic.

  • The e-learning industry status survey statistic provides information about the actual conditions of supply and demand of the e-learning industries. NIPA (National IT Industry Promotion Agency) has published the annual report of the survey results since 2004. Due to the 9th version of the KSIC (Korean standard industrial classification) revised in 2008, a refinement of the sampling design for the survey becomes necessary, especially that for the business demand sector. This article, based on the 9th revision of the KSIC, constructs a stratification of the target population used for the e-learning industry status survey on the business demand sector. Classification of strata in the business population is based on the industrial type and employment scale of business. Under the stratified population, we design a sampling scheme by using the power allocation method that enables us to satisfy a target coefficient of variation of each industrial stratum. In order to secure an accurate survey results based on the proposed sampling design, we consider the problem of calculating the design weights, derivation of parameter estimators, and formulas of their standard errors.

Adsorption Kinetic and Thermodynamic Studies of Tricyclazole on Granular Activated Carbon (입상 활성탄에 대한 트리사이크라졸의 흡착동력학 및 열역학적 연구)

  • The adsorption characteristics of tricyclazole by granular activated carbon were experimently investigated in the batch adsorption. Kinetic studies of adsorption of tricyclazole were carried out at 298, 308 and 318 K, using aqueous solutions with 250, 500 and 1,000 mg/L initial concentration of tricyclazole. It was established that the adsorption equilibrium of tricyclazole on granular activated carbon was successfully fitted by Freundlich isotherm equation at 298 K. The pseudo first order and pseudo second order models were used to evaluate the kinetic data and the pseudo second order kinetic model was the best with good correlation. Values of the rate constant ($k_2$) have been calculated as 0.1076, 0.0531, and 0.0309 g/mg h at 250, 500 and 1,000 mg/L initial concentration of tricyclazole, respectively. Thermodynamic parameter such as activation energy, standard enthalpy, standard entropy and standard free energy were evaluated. The positive value for enthalpy, -66.43 kJ/mol indicated that adsorption interaction of tricyclazole on activated carbon was an exothermic process. The estimated values for standard free energy were -5.08~-8.10 kJ/mol over activated carbon at 200 mg/L, indicated toward a exothermic process.

The Development and Application of Standard Diagnostic Table for Astringent Persimmon Management (떫은감 경영 표준진단표의 개발 및 현지 적용)

  • This study aims to develop and apply a standard management self-diagnostic table for forestry households to better manage their astringent persimmon production. The diagnostic table consisted of 3 categories (general status of a forestry household, management performance indicators, level of management) and 18 subcategories. The current management status across 241 households was surveyed among 10 chief astringent persimmon producing municipalities. Scores from the 18 subcategories were aggregated for a total score to evaluate and compare different levels of management. The respondents scored an overall average of 57.4, 62% of which were placed between 40 and 60. Upon close examination Chungcheongnam-do scored a very low score in the 'management system-tree height' subcategory with respect to the average score potentially because of the large population of aged trees in the region. The national average in the 'production skills-time of fruit load adjustment' subcategory was only 1.96 because unlike sweet persimmons astringent persimmons adjust their own load by inducing physiological fruit drop. The national average in the 'management/sales skills-material purchase' subcategory was 2.01; over 60% of the respondents indicated a preference for independent selection and purchase for most materials. The households preferring a group purchase tended to utilize the regional co-op.

  • 재해로 인한 피해가 급증함에 따라 이를 예방하기 위한 풍수해 피해예측의 필요성이 증가하였고 관련된 다양한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 타 부처 및 각 지자체에서는 각종 재해지도들을 작성하여 만들어진 재해지도는 작성 유형과 방법 등에 따라 다양한 데이터와 서로 다른 정보를 포함하고 있어 데이터 정보를 표준화 시키고 필요한 정보를 효율적으로 찾아 연계 활용하기 위하여 본 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 메타데이터란 데이터에 대한 정보를 의미하며 데이터 변화의 근원과 변화의 흐름을 말한다. 메타데이터 관련 표준으로는 ISO19115(국제표준), KSXISO19115(국가표준), TTAS.KO-10.0139(유통목록 표준), TTAS.IS-19115(관리용 표준)이 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제표준을 준용하여 풍수해 피해 예측지도의 체계적 관리를 위한 메타데이터 설계 및 관리 시스템 구축 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 풍수해 피해예측지도 메타데이터 관리 시범 시스템 구축을 위한 표준, 정보의 특성, 사용자 수준 등을 고려하여 설계 기본방향 설정하였으며, 풍수해 피해예측지도 정보 메타데이터 표준안 수립에 반영하였다. 그 결과, 메타데이터 패키지는 총 9개의 섹션(클래스)으로 구성하여 정의하였고 하위개체를 설정 및 연계하여 메타데이터 개체셋 정보를 구성하였다. 풍수해 피해예측지도 메타데이터 관리 시범 시스템 설계 제시를 위해 DB항목 조사 및 도출, 데이터 연계 활용 모델 구축, 프로토타입 개발순으로 연구를 수행하였다. 또한 표출 대상 데이터 항목별 분류, 방재활용 단계, 지역구분 등을 주제로 데이터 Mapping 자료를 작성하였고, 설계 기본 방향에 의하여 설정된 기준으로 데이터 항목별 메타데이터 DB를 작성하여 풍수해 피해예측지도 메타데이터 관리 시범 시스템을 설계하였다. 본 연구 결과는 추후 풍수해 피해예측지도 표준 데이터 및 풍수해 피해예측지도 표준 데이터 모델 구축에 활용 가능하며 표준화 연계활용을 위한 연구에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

  • For the standardization of data codes at national R&D related organizations, this paper surveys commonly used data codes in national R&D-related databases and presents their standard investigations. The survey says the total number of the data codes in the four major R&D related organizations is 340. Among the 340, 150 data codes are general and interconnected. This paper classifies the 150 data codes into 18 ones by code meanings and checks the standard investigation of the 18 ones.

  • 본 연구는 내항상선에 승선하는 외국인 선원을 대상으로 한 표준 해사한국어 교육과정의 설계를 위한 기초 연구이다. 현재 국내선원의 부족으로 외국인 선원이 증가함에 따라 의사소통 문제를 둘러싼 여러 논의가 진행 중이다. 본 연구의 최종 목표는 혼승 선박에서의 보다 원활한 의사소통을 위해 일상 업무의 수행에 필요한 주요 대화를 선정하여 이것을 외국인 선원을 위한 표준 해사한국어 교육과정에 반영하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여기에서는 문헌 연구와 설문 조사를 실시하여 부원의 일상 업무를 목록화하고 이들 업무의 중요도와 빈도를 조사하였다. 먼저 각국 대학에서 사용 중인 해사영어 교재와 내항상선의 외국인 선원을 교육하기 위한 교육 자료를 살펴봄으로써 1차적으로 공통되는 업무를 추출하였다. 다음으로 승선 유경험자로 구성된 전문가 위원회의 자문을 통해 업무의 범주를 설정하고 세부 업무 내용을 선정하였다. 마지막으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이들 업무의 중요도와 빈도를 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 추후 연구에서 주요 대화를 선정하기로 한다.

Spatial Information Data Construction and Data Mining Analysis for Topography Investigation of Land Characteristics (토지특성 고저조사를 위한 공간정보 데이터 구축과 데이터 마이닝 분석)

  • The investigation of land characteristics is an important task for the calculation of officially land prices and standard comparison table of land price. Therefore, it should be done objectively and consistently. However, the current investigation system is mainly done by researcher's subjective judgment. Therefore, the objectivity and consistency of this investigation is not guaranteed and questionable. In this study, we first defined the problem by analyzing the current land topography investigation method. In addition, in order to investigate the land topography, the geometry of the parcel is quantified by spatial information and applied to the decision tree based method(C4.5) to produce the final result. This study intended to extract the parcel characteristics data of the topographic by the use of spatial information and to apply the information to the C4.5, there by suggesting a method for addressing the problems. The findings showed approximately 93.5% between the results of topography classification estimated with rules learned by C4.5.
