MPEG-IoMT(Internet of Media Thing)은 국제 표준으로서, 미디어 사물 간 데이터를 주고 받을 수 있도록 데이터 포맷과 API를 정의하고 있고 있기 때문에 본 표준을 통해 호환되지 않는 모든 미디어 사물 간에도 쉽게 연결될 수 있을것이다. 하지만, 현재 여러 미디어 사물 간 자동화된 연결에 대한 표준은 존재하지 않아 미디어 사물을 연결하고자 할 때는 사용자가표준 API를 통해 직접 연결을 해야 하는 단점이 있어 미디어 사물 간 자동 연결이 가능하게 특정 기능에 대한 필요한 미디어 사물을 제공할 수 있는 서술 도구에 대한 필요성이 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Finite Machine 기반으로 미디어 사물 간 자동화된 연결을 제공할 수 있는 Mission Diagram 서술 도구에 대해 제안한다.

클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼에 대한 표준운영절차서(SOP) 개발은 클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼의 안정적인 운영과 효율성 강화를 위해 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 VTS 매뉴얼과 이미 설치되어 안정적으로 운영되고 있는 타 안전 클라우드 서비스 분야의 사례를 조사·분석하였으며, 클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼 운영을 위한 SOP의 필수요소들과 주요 항목들을 도출하였다. 또한 30년 이상 경력의 VTS 관제사, 시스템 개발 전문가들의 평가를 통해 클라우드 VTS 표준운영절차서를 연구 개발하였다. 이를 통해, 향후 도입될 클라우드 기반 차세대 VTS 통합플랫폼의 관리자 및 운영자들이 일관성 있는 업무를 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 차량검지시스템을 이용하여 메타데이터의 검지시스템의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 도로에 적합한 시스템이 되도록 실험을 통하여 이를 검증하고, 표준화를 위해 제안하였다. 첫째, 교통정보를 메타데이터하고자 할 때 그 구축범위가 너무 광범위한 점을 보완하여 시내 교통정보의 범위를 줄이고자 적용범위로 VDS(차량검지시스템 : Vehicle Detection System)의 메타데이터 구성요소에 대한 표준을 마련하였다. 둘째, 본 표준에서는 차량의 속도, 단위 시간당 차량의 통과수 및 점유시간 등을 조사할 수 있는 VDS의 메타데이터 구성요소를 추출하고 데이터 요소에 대한 정의 및 기술형식을 정의하였다. 셋째, VDS의 메타데이터 표준지정은 교통정보의 데이터 요소 및 형식을 동일하게 사용하도록 함으로써 상이한 개발업체에 의해 개발된 시스템의 교통정보를 일관성 있게 표현할 수 있다. 넷째, 본 표준은 VDS 메타데이터의 데이터 요소명을 표준화하기 위해서 Data Dictionary를 구축하여 실제 데이터 요소에서 data dictionary에서 정의된 약어들의 조합으로 표시하여 데이터 모델링시 유용하게 쓰일 수 있도록 하였다.

This study investigated the applicability of the Management System for Records Standard (ISO 30301) in university archives. To examine the current state of the university archives, we surveyed 57 university archives based on the requirements of ISO 30301. We analyzed the current state of the university archives through survey results and professional interviews. Subsequently, we suggested eight things that need improvement for the adoption of ISO 30301 in university archives.

The major purpose of this study was to design a external metadata which fit domestic demands of the digital maps. For designing a standard external metadata reflecting the current trends of the international organizations on standardization, a prelimenary study was made mainly concentrating on the analysis of the standards of the developed countries. For better assessing domestic needs, all the metadata related material of the National Geography Institute were collected and classified based on the NGI's workflow. The external metadata draft was made considering the results from the analysis of the existing NGI material and the draft was also cited some major cores from the ISO standards. Continuous efforts should be made in the future to update the metadata draft based on the opinions from domestic users and the technical trends of the international organizations on standardization.

Recently, there is a growing interest in technical standardization all over industry, it is very important for survival in the global market to secure standard patent in almost all of company. Technology in construction industry is essential for quality of people's life and have large impact on national economy development. However, there is lack of investment and low interest in technical standardization in construction industry in comparison with another industries. Therefore this study aims at developing strategies for activating the standardization in construcion technology. Specially, this study carries market analysis and case study for domestic construction R&D Cases. Then, a structured survey and analysis is performed for standardization in construcion technology market to suggest alternative to secure national competitiveness.

This study was conducted to identify the oral function problems of workers according to Korean Standard Classification of Occupations (KSCO) and to provide evidentiary material to promote them to revise the Occupational Safety and Health Act so that workers can benefit from the collective oral healthcare project. For the research materials, it was used the 7th raw data (1st and 2nd) of National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. It was examined the problems of chewing and speaking for the workers over 19 years old by KSCO. The connection between the types of workers and the problems of chewing and speaking has been confirmed (p<0.05). In order to improve the workers' oral healthcare, the collective oral healthcare project should be implemented. Therefore, the Occupational Safety and Health Act should be revised to hire professional health care manager with expertise, who will be host of the collective oral healthcare project.

The interannual fluctuation, trends and perio-dicties in summer rainfall of South Korea were analyzed primarily by using Mann-Kendall rank method and Power Spectrum analysis for the period from 1920 to 1985. Their relations to Indian summer monsoon rainfall have also been examined. Increasing or decreasing rainfall tendencies are not found in South Korea. In Power Spectrum alalysis, 2.5 years periods are predominent at the 95 per cent confidence level in south Korea as a whole and Pusan. Also the period of 11.0 years is found in Seou. There are another prominent spectral peaks at 2.4, 3.1, 6.2 and 7.3 years period, which are significant at 90 per cent confidence level.

The purpose of this study was to conceptualize the idea of engineering between science and technology, to classify the types of K-9 engineering education, and to develop content standards for it. The primary goal for an engineer is to design, create, and produce new tools, machines, and systems for practical means of human by exploiting technology and science. Engineering is the professional art of using technology, and the practical application of science and mathematics to achieve the optimum conversion of the resources of nature for the benefit of humankind. We reviewed the literatures and documents for background research, had surveys, and interviewed with engineers and educators to set the frame of the content standards for K-9 Engineering education and to construct standards for each sub-component. We developed and suggested the content standards for K-9 engineering education by examining and revising it.

This study was performed to design a field training curriculum model linked to the National Competence Standards (NCS) in Library and Information Science majors by analyzing factors influencing satisfaction of the field practice program and by drawing NCS capacity units suitable as field training configuration factors. It was also conducted to give shape to the standards and guidelines of NCS-based field training curriculum. For this study, first, we analyzed the implementation status of the National Competence Standards (NCS), particularly in Library and Information Science major. Second, we derived influencing factors of the field practice program through the field training satisfaction survey from Library and Information Science students. Third, we have designed a training curriculum model associated with NCS seeking proper matches with actual work of the library site through research methods including focus group interviews. Fourth, education guidelines of the field training required to interns were proposed in detail.
