The Reference Model for an Open Archival Information system(OAIS) was recommended for developing digital archives effectively and for implementing interoperability and resource sharing between digital archives. But as the Reference Model is high-level recommendation, it does not specify a design and an implementation. Therefore, this study investigates the architecture of several digital archives, suggestes three strategies for persistent archive, and proposes the conceptual model for developing trusted, persistent, and secure digital archive.

1990년대 인터넷의 폭발적인 확장은 인터넷의 심각한 scalability 문제를 야기 시켰다. 특히 BGP 테이블의 기하급수적인 성장세를 보였고, 이러한 확정성을 해결하기 위해 새로운 IP 프로토콜인 IP version 6(IPv6)를 표준화하였다. 그러나 IPv6는 실질적으로 인터넷의 scalability를 충분히 해결하지 못했으며, 특히 멀티호밍, Traffic Engineering, PI (Provider Independent) routing 정책들로 인해 다시 한 번 scalability 문제는 크게 이슈화 되었다. 따라서 현재 인터넷의 표준을 제정하는 IETF에서는 장기적인 안목으로 인터넷 아키텍처의 변경을 통해 자연스럽게 해결하려 하고 있다. 현재 인터넷 아키텍처가 가지고 있는 가장 큰 문제는 routing과 addressing의 핵심으로 사용되는 IP 주소의 의미의 중복 (overloading semantics)이며, 라우팅을 위한 정보 (how), 단말의 위치 정보(where), 그리고 이 외에 전송 계층 상위에서 사용되는 단말의 식별자 정보(who)로 사용되는 IP 주소의 의미 중복을 해결하면, 자연스럽게 scalability 문제를 해결함과 동시에 멀티호밍, Traffic engineering, renumbering, 그리고 이동성 지원 등을 지원할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 본 논문은 이와 같이 현재 인터넷이 가지고 있는 확장성 문제를 살펴보고, 이를 해결하기 위해 제시된 IP 주소에서 Identifier와 locator를 분리하는 기술들을 분석한다.

This study is designed to define the competencies of EA experts. We investigated domestic and oversea curriculums and finally suggested basic and common competencies of EA experts. Especially, various EA stakeholder can commonly refer and use our competencies. Therefore those can be the foundation of continuous EA competencies development model. We define 4 EA core competencies such as common, development, analysis, management and provide definition of competencies. And we also classify the competencies importance of 3 career paths (Architect, Enterprise Architect, Chief Architect). The results of this research can help EA experts and IT personnel to understand EA and to enhance their competencies by providing standard competencies of teaching course and curriculum.

In this paper, we designed an interoperability evaluation system based on technical reference model, HanTRM (Technical Reference Model) and the information technology architecture methodology, TAProcess (Technical Architecture Process). TAProcess provides standardized procedure and methodology for the efficient installation, management and operation of information technology. HanTRM can be used as a referencial basic framework for all organizations which are starting to make technical reference model. We propose a method that utilize HanTRM and a procedure that evaluates interoperability between information systems to design interoperbility evaluation system. So, this interoperbility evaluation system will be more usefully applied to organizations.

RISC-V is a free and open ISA enabling a new era of processor innovation through open standard collaboration. Born in academia and research, RISC-V ISA delivers a new level of free, extensible software and hardware freedom on architecture, paving the way for the next 50 years of computing design and innovation. In this paper, according to the emergence of RISC-V architecture, we describe the RISC-V processor instruction set constituted by arithmetic logic, memory, branch, control, status register, environment call and break point instructions. Using ModelSim and Quartus-II, 38 instructions of RISC-V has been successfully simulated and synthesized.

For the early identification and treatment of colorectal cancer, accurate polyp segmentation is crucial. However, polyp segmentation is a challenging task, and the majority of current approaches struggle with two issues. First, the position, size, and shape of each individual polyp varies greatly (intra-class inconsistency). Second, there is a significant degree of similarity between polyps and their surroundings under certain circumstances, such as motion blur and light reflection (inter-class indistinction). U-net, which is composed of convolutional neural networks as encoder and decoder, is considered as a standard for tackling this task. We propose an updated U-net architecture replacing the encoder part with vision transformer network for polyp segmentation. The proposed architecture performed better than the standard U-net architecture for the task of polyp segmentation.

본 연구에서는 교량의 정보를 효율적으로 관리하고 활용할 수 있는 3차원 형상기반 표준정보모델을, 현실 세계와 유사한 3차원 가상공간에 표현함으로써 실제 공간에 대해 보다 정확한 분석을 수행 할 수 있도록 교량정보모델과 3차원 지리정보체계를 연계하는 방안을 제시하였다. 교량의 표준정보모델은 기존에 개발된 STEP 기반의 교량정보모델을 활용하였으며, 3차원 지리정보체계는 지리정보상에 3차원 도시객체를 표현하기 위한 표준데이터모델인 CityGML를 활용하였다. 교량정보모델을 GIS와 연계하기 위한 핵심 요소인 교량구조물의 형상표현 LOD(Level of Detail)는 CityGML의 가이드라인을 준용하여 교량구조물에 적합하도록 새롭게 구성하였다. 즉, 빌딩구조물 위주로 정의되어진 기존의 CityGML의 한계점을 극복하기 위해, 총 5단계의 교량구조물의 LOD를 작성하여 각 단계별로 지리정보 상에 교량 형상을 표현할 수 있도록 LOD를 정의하였다. 또한, 두 모델을 소프트웨어적으로 연계하기 위하여 기존의 STEP 기반 교량정보모델을 활용하여, GIS의 정보로 변환하기 위한 소프트웨어 아키텍처를 구성하였다.

This study aims to investigate a framework for linkage of national research performance evaluation and research information service from the perspective of metadata representation and exchange. Based on results of the functional requirements for metadata of national research performance evaluation are derived, this study suggests strategies for the application of international metadata standards. Also, this study presents an method to implement the metadata of research performance evaluation based on OAI-ORE, which is an international standard that can reuse and exchange the research information on web architecture.

The purpose of this research is to investigate a way to increase interoperability between information systems. We proposed a technical reference model (TRM) and a standard profile (SP) that are components of ITA as tools to secure information system interoperability. First, we composed TRM by choosing technology field that need standardization for information system interoperability. And, we choose standards to apply in each technology field of TRM as a interoperability common SP.

The amount and diversity of information is increasing, as is the information integration connecting data among the related institutions. In the defense field, DTAQ, which is in charge of the quality of military supplies, is attempting to collect and analyze the information which is related with it. In addition, the object of information integration is to expand civil data as well as defense data. There are many ways to integrate data in various environments. In the defense field, which needs enhanced security, it is necessary to establish and apply the information integration methods which are enhanced with more security. In this study, the framework and architecture of information integration was designed by considering task requirements and security conditions. As a result of example application of this framework for information systems to the selected 4 institutions, it was confirmed that the task can be performed through data connections. From the study result, integration architecture which can be applied securely in defense field was suggested. The data accumulated by using this framework with strengthened security are expected to be utilized for the quality improvement of military supplies.
