22.9kV-y 3상 4선식 다중접지 배전계통에 사용하는 단상의 표준형 주상변압기의 규격이 2003. 03에 제정이되었다. 표준형 주상변압기는 기존의 일반형, 저손실형, tap형, tapless형, 내염형 등의 다양한 종류의 제품을 기준치와 구조를 통일하여 표준화된 규격이다. 표준형 주상변압기에 사용하는 재료의 평가는 외함, 접지단자, 압착단자, 개스킷 절연유 붓싱단자, 애자의 홉습, 및 기타시험을 실시하며, 평가시험은 한전규격 KS 및 IEEE 등의 국제 표준규격을 기본으로 평가를 하여야 한다. 본 평가기술에서는 재료시험에 대한 시험방법을 검토하고 시험에 적용하여 시험 시 문제점을 도출하고 시험방법을 정립하여 주요업체의 재료에 대한 비교평가하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 3상 EES(전기에너지저장시스템: Electrical Energy Storage) 시스템의 성능시험에 관한 내용을 소개 및 분석하고, 시험데이터를 통한 시험방법의 적절성에 관한 의견을 제시한다. EES 시스템의 단체표준 규격을 검토하기 전에, 전력변환장치의 단체표준규격 (SPS-SGSF-025-4-1972 : 2016)과 EES 시스템의 일반사항 및 시험방법을 제시하는 단체표준 규격 (SGSF-025-5-1, SGSF-025-5-2)에 각각 명시된 형식시험 항목을 상호 비교 및 분석하고, EES 시스템의 형식시험 항목 중 특정 항목은 시험을 수행하여 결과 데이터를 분석하고 규격내의 평가기준 및 시험방법의 적절성 여부를 고찰하였다.

In April 2019, this study was enacted as a test method for the performance of waterproof layers in an environment where complex deterioration and structural behavior are simultaneously applied, but some existing standards were implemented to point out the errors of the method that should be supplemented. Thus, in establishing standards for (tentative) adhesive waterproofing sheets, field workability and quantification of test results were studied on the structural behavior response performance test methods included as test items. In addition, the performance evaluation of adhesive-type composite waterproof sheets was conducted based on the considered contents to review improvements such as applicability as an item of standard standards and field workability related problems.

정보통신부는 최근 전기통신망에 접속되는 단말장치에 관련한 기술기준을 획기적으로 개정하였다. 이는 초고속정보통신망 등의 기술 발전 추세를 반영하고, 우리나라가 참여하고 있는 아시아태평양경제협력기구(APCE : Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation)가 추진하고 있는 단말장치 형식승인에 대한 상호인정협정(MRA : Mutual Recognition Arrangement)에 대비하기 위함이었다. 이에 따라 개정된 기술기준을 적용하는 시험방법을 우리나라 단체 표준으로 제정하게 되었다. 이 표준은 단말장치의 제조자, 형식승인 지정시험기관 등의 형식승인 시험업무에 유익하게 사용될 것이다.

This paper describes a method of AAL(SSCOP) protocol conformance testing and its result analysis in ATM network. Terminal equipment(TE) that implements protocols for connecting ATM network shall be verified if appropriately implement by conformance testing. The protocol specifications and the testing methodology are recommended or standardized by international standardization organization(ITU-T, ISO, etc.). The ATM AAL (SSCOP) protocol which selected for describing conformance test procedure is standardized in ITU-T Q.2110 and ATM Forum UNI 3.1 which are same in contents. Also Testing standard like ATS for SSCOP is specified in ATM Forum 95-1459R2. Construction of conformance testing environment is necessary to coordinate in relations with standards, then testing must beexecuted at that environment and the results from the test system analyzed. For this, it is necessary to select any test case from standard for testing and to make ETS. The ETS is proted on the test system and conformance testing will execute on that system. Finally the result from the test system is to analyze. This conformance testing procedure is applicable to the same other test cases in SSCOP and protocols in any communcation networks.

XML encryption is to provide confidentiality service, though not limited to, for web contents. XML encryption can be applied to entire data files as opaque objects, or more frequently to various parts of XML documents, supporting various encryption granularity. It is this characteristic that makes XML encryption a more efficient alternative for data confidentiality in various web applications than is possible with SSL/TLS, IPsec, PGP, or S/MIME. It is essential for successful deployment of XML encryption to achieve interoperability among the products implementing this technology, which requires the products to implement the XML encryption standards correctly. Conformance testing is to test if products implement the relevant standard correctly. In this paper we present a conformance testing method for XML encryption products and implement it. We will first look at XML encryption standards developed by W3C, and extract test criteria. Then we propose a testing method in which the encryption capability and the decryption capability of a product are tested separately. The proposed methody is actually implemented as a GUI-based testing tool and some test results are presented.

We manufactured standard motor to measure burning rate of propellant, used to estimate burning rate of main motor by static fired testing. We installed static fired testing facility and developed standard motor more lightly to accomplish the test. As a result of the tests, we could get the burning rate closer than acquired by existing method to the main motor's on. And we confirmed repeatability by many times of tests. We will use this method positively for R&D and quality assurance activity of mass production.

최근 초고속 인터넷 서비스의 급속한 확장과 함께 ADSL장비의 안정적인 공급을 뒷받침 할 수 있는 ADSL장비 시험의 국내.외적인 표준 규격이나, 시험 방법에 관한 연구가 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 ADSL장비시험과 관련된 연구가 국내.외적으로 어떻게 진행되고 있는지 그 동향을 살펴본다. 또한 ANSI, ITU, DSL Forum등에서 제시하고 있는 시험 표준안을 바탕으로 Interoperability Lab(IOL), 국내 xDSL 컨소시엄 등의 국내.외의 연구소의 시험 방법 및 시험 환경을 비교 분석한다.

Marine ecotoxicological standard method using fish larvae was established with the standard test species of Oryzias latipes(Japanese Medaka) and Paralichthys olivaceus(flounder) and with the 7 day $LC_{50}$ as endpoint. Test method referred to the USEPA(1994) with the replacement of test species found in the Korean water. Standard test species were selected in terms of the species supply and ecological importance in Korean waters. Japanese medaka can be reared with small tanks in the lab and has wide tolerance on salinity, and flounder eggs can be easily obtained from commercial fish hatcheries. General conditions for larval fish toxicity test are as follows. The possible salinity ranges for toxicity test were $0{\sim}35\;psu$ for medaka and >20 psu for flounder. Test type was designated as static non-renewal test if the dissolved oxygen in the test chamber does not fall below 4.0 mg/L. Ages of test species were selected as 7 days after hatched for medaka(about 5 mm TL) and 25 days for flounder(about 10 mm TL) because of the low natural mortality after these periods. Test can be accepted when the survival rates are over 80% in control. Also, species sensitivity on standard reference materials(copper, cadmium or zinc) must be provided with the toxicity test results.

수십만명의 대입응시자와 대학입학을 준비하는 수백만명의 초중고등학교 학생들에게 공정한 경쟁의 규칙과 측정방법을 마련하여 적응하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 현행 대학입학 수학능력 시험에서 각 영역별 표준점수는 응시계열인 인문계열, 자연계열, 예체능계열로 나누어 각 계열의 평균과 표준편차를 사용하여 계산한다. 따라서 동일한 점수도 어느 응시계열에 속하는가에 따라 표준점수가 달라지게 되며, 상이한 표준점수를 사용하여 대등한 경쟁을 하는 경우가 있어 불공정성이 제기된다. 비록 변환표준점수로 조정하여 계열간 불공정이 어느 정도 조정되지만, 자신의 점수에 비하여 집단의 평균점수가 낮을수록 변환표준점수가 증가하게 되므로 계열선택의 영향이 없다고 보기 어렵다. 이러한 결과로 유리한 계열로 대거 이동하는 현상이 나타나고 있다. 본 연구는 대학입학에 필수적인 대학입학 수학능력시험에서 계열간 실력차이를 보정하여 공정한 경쟁을 가능하게 하는 표준점수 계산방법을 제시하였다. 또한 모든 과목이 선택과목이 되는 2005학년도부터 시행될 수학능력시험에서 과목간 표준점수를 보정하는 방법을 제시하였다 본 연구는 결론을 도출하는데 있어 응시자들간 표준점수의 차이는 응시과목에 따라 달라지지 않는다는 과목의 동질성을 가정하였다. 응시과목의 동질성 가정하에서 집단간의 표준점수를 보정하는 방식은 동일한 시험문제로 각 집단이 시험을 보는 경우 집단간의 차이만큼을 표준점수에 합하여 보정하고, 각 집단이 고유하게 응시하는 시험과목은 공통과목의 차이만큼을 각 집단에 보정하여 주는 것이다. 과목간에 표준점수를 보정하는 방식은 해당과목에 응시한 응시자들이 다른 과목에서 획득한 표준점수의 평균치로보정하는 것이다.하기 위해서, 기업간 프로세스 협업(collaboration) 부분의 데이터 및 서식, 이를 취급하는 기능과 프로세스에 대란 분석을 통해 업무 프로세스 모델링 방법론과 관련한 모델링 지침 및 메타모델을 이용한 표준 업무 프로세스 모델을 개발하여 기업간 업무 프로세스 표준화에 대한 체계적인 관리에 대한 방안을 연구하고자 한다.의Bullwhip effect를 감소시킬 수 있는 장점이 있다. 동시에 이것은 향후 e-Business 시스템 구축을 위한 기본 인프라 역할을 수행할 수 있게 된다. 많았고 년도에 따른 변화는 보이지 않았다. 스키손상의 발생빈도는 초기에 비하여 점차 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, 손상의 특성도 부위별, 연령별로 다양한 변화를 나타내었다.해가능성을 가진 균이 상당수 검출되므로 원료의 수송, 김치의 제조 및 유통과정에서 병원균에 대한 오염방지에 유의하여야 할 것이다. 확인할 수 있었다. 이상의 결과에 의하면 고농도의 유기물이 함유된 음식물쓰레기는 Hybrid Anaerobic Reactor (HAR)를 이용하여 HRT 30일 정도에서 충분히 직접 혐기성처리가 가능하며, 이때 발생된 $CH_{4}$를 회수하여 이용하면 대체에너지원으로 활용 가치가 높은 것으로 판단된다./207), $99.2\%$(238/240), $98.5\%$(133/135) 및 $100\%$ (313)였다. 각각 두 개의 요골동맥과 우내흉동맥에서 부분협착이나 경쟁혈류가 관찰되었다. 결론: 동맥 도관만을 이용한 Off pump CABG를 시행하여 감염의 위험성을 증가시키지 않으면서 영구적인 신경학적 합병증을 일으
