This study aims to establish an efficient future technology development strategy in the information and telecommunications industry by grasping related technology trends and fusion complexity through an analysis based on standard patents. Analyzing 1,983 patents related to the information and telecommunications industry identified the trends in major patent applicants and detailed technologies in the world. In addition, technology trends were investigated through keyword analysis to examine the degree of complexity in information and communications technology, confirming the direction of research in information technology. Electronic component and wireless communications fields have relatively few standard patents, but they are highly convergent with other industrial technologies. Computer information processes and communication and broadcasting technologies are highly related to each other, so they can be used as standard fusion technologies in standard patents. In addition, standardization activities in optical and image/sound devices are found to be high.

The purpose of this study is analyze the factors affecting the standard precaution(SP) performance on the knowledge, awareness, attitude and safety environment for SP of healthcare workers of general hospitals. The research method was a descriptive research study. The subject were 262 of healthcare workers of general hospitals. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, Chi-square test, ANOVA, Person's correlation coefficient and Multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program. As a result of the correlation analysis SP Performance was positively correlated with attitude (r=.18, p=.003), safety environment (r=.42, p<.001) and awareness (r=.63, p<.001). As a result of the stepwise multiple regression analysis on the factors influencing SP performance were SP awareness and safety environment. Therefore, in order to improved performance of SP, it's important to improve a awareness and safety environment of SP. Different and persistent infection management educational programs that consider the occupational characteristics and monitoring are required.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers. The subjects were 204 infant teachers who are working in day care centers in Jeonnam. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data were collected from May 6 to June 13. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, descriptive, ANOVA and Pearson-correlation with the SPSS Windows 18.0 program. The results are as follows: First, practice level for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was relatively high level. There were no significantly different practice level of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. Second, obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was normal level. There were no significantly different obstacle factors of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. There were negative correlation between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teacher's.

국제표준화 기구인 ISO에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 능력 향상을 위한 ISO/IEC 15504 표준과 IT 서비스 관리를 위만 표준인 ISO/IEC 20000 표준을 개발해오고 있다. 소프트웨어를 개발하고 서비스를 제공하는 기업에서는 이 두 개의 표준을 통합하여 하나의 "표준 프로세스" 로 정의하여 사용하여야 한다. 이 두 표준을 통합하여 기업이 하나의 표준 프로세스를 만들기 위해서는 먼저 두 표준의 공통된 부분을 찾고, 공통되지 않은 부분을 더해 하나의 체계로 만드는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 두 표준의 비교가 우선되어야 할 것이다. 본 논문은 소프트웨어 프로세스 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 15504 part 5를 중심으로 IT 서비스 국제표준 ISO/IEC 20000 part 2를 비교해서 두 표준간의 공통적인 프로세스를 도출하고, 이 비교에서 ISO/IEC 20000을 기준으로, ISO/IEC 15504가 ISO/IEC 20000의 내용을 어느 정도 포함하고 있는지를 분석하였다.

본 고는 표준화 추진시 갈등 문제를 가질 수 있는 지적재산권의 처리와 관련하여 국제 표준화 기구인 ISO(International Organization for Standardization)/IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission)의 지적재산권정책 내용을 분석하여 정리한 것이다. ISO/IEC의 지적재산권정책에 따르면 ISO/IEC의 국제 표준 발행 전$\cdot$후에 특허권과 관련된 조치는 첫째, 아무런 특허권이 관련되어 있지 않은 것으로 주지하고 발행하는 표준에 대한 처리 사항과, 둘째, 표준의 준비 과정 중에 나타나는 관련된 특허권에 대한 처리 절차와, 마지막으로 표준의 발행 후에 관련된 것으로 나타나는 특허권에 대한 대처 등 크게 세 가지로 나누어 분석할 수 있다. 본 고는 이러한 ISO/IEC의 특허권에 대한 처리 지침과 저자권에 대한 처리 규정 그대로 세부 내용을 분석, 소개함으로써 최근에 관심의 대상으로 더욱 부상하고 있는 특허 등 IPR과 표준화에 관한 연구와 관련 활동에 도움을 주고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 전기공사의 표준 공사원가 산정기준인 전기부문 표준품셈 체계개편이 2002-2004년까지 있었던 바, 동 체계개편 과정에서의 문제점 보완과 신규 제정 품셈에 대한 현황을 분석하고 공사원가에 미치는 영향 및 품셈 제.개정 과정에서의 문제점 등을 분석하여 합리적이고 객관적인 공사원가 산정기준을 만드는데 기여하고자 체계개편 내용과 동 내용을 적용한 2006년 이후 최근 2년간의 제 개정 현황을 비교하여 종합적으로 분석 표준품셈 제.개정의 합리적 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 안전필수 소프트웨어라 할 수 있는 원전(원자력발전소) 소프트웨어의 품질요건을 원자력법, 시행규칙, 규제지침, 표준에 입각하여 분석하였고, 국제표준인 ISO(International Organization for Standardization) 소프트웨어 표준이 원전 소프트웨어 품질요건에 부합될 수 있는지를 ISO/IEC 12207을 중심으로 분석하였다. 현재는 요구되고 있지 않으나 앞으로 원전 소프트웨어 공급자에 대한 소프트웨어 개발능력 평가 시 소프트웨어 인증취득을 요구함으로써 원전 소프트웨어의 품질 향상과 안전성을 도모할 수 있는 방법을 제안하였다. 원전 소프트웨어에 요구되는 안전성분석에 대해서 검토하였다.

위성전파항법시스템이 다원화되고, 다양한 위성전파항법 보강시스템이 등장함에 따라 선박 탑재용 항법 수신장비에 대한 새로운 성능표준이 필요하게 되었다. 위성항법시스템은 신호 특성상 일정 세기 이상의 전파간섭에 내우 취약하다. 전파간섭에 대한 위성항법시스템의 근복적 취약성은 새로운 선박 탑재용 항법 수신장비의 성능표준이 필요한 주요 이유 중에 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 국제해사기구를 중심으로 추진된 선박 탑재용 다중 전파항법 수신장비의 성능표준에 대해 소개한다. 그리고 선박 탑재용 다중 전파항법 수신장비의 성능표준이 가지는 의미를 분석한다.

본 고에서는 ISO/IEC JTC1/SC21 WG3(Database)에서 표준화하고 있는 SQL Multimedia and Application Packages (SQL/MM)에 대해 표준화의 동향과 이 표준에서 정의하고 있는 기술적인 내용을 분석한다. SQL/MM은 데이터베이스 언어의 표준인 SQL을 확장한 새로운 표준으로서, 멀티미디어 응용에서 필요로 하는 여러 가지 요구 사항을 만족시킬 수 있도록 하기 위한 새로운 기능들이 추가된 형태이다. 이 표준은 SQL3라는 객체 지향 데이터베이스를 위한 표준 질의 언어의 기본 기능 위에 멀티미디어적 요소들을 첨가하는 방법으로 표준 제정이 진행되고 있다. 우선적으로 다루고 있는 분야는 문서에 대한 full-text 검색 분야와 공간 및 시간 관계를 이용한 검색 분야 등이며, 다양한 데이터 타입들 중에서 여러 종류의 응용에서 공통적으로 사용되는 범용의 것들을 체계적으로 정리하는 분야도 병행하고 있다.
