Optimization of Microwave Extraction Conditions for Flammulina velutipes by Response Surface Methodology (반응표면분석에 의한 팽이버섯의 microwave 추출조건 최적화)

  • Optimum extraction conditions for yield, browning color, electron-donating ability, nitrite-scavenging effect, total polyphenol content, and tyrosinase-inhibitory activity of Flammulina velutipes were determined using response surface methodology through central composite design. Yield of F. velutipes was affected by ethanol concentration, and browning color improved more with the increase of ethanol concentration than microwave power. Nitrite-scavenging effect was improved with increasing ethanol concentration and decreasing microwave power. Electron-donating ability and total polyphenol content were improved with increasing ethanol concentration and microwave power. Tyrosinase-inhibitory effect increased more with decrease in microwave power than with ethanol concentration. The optimal range of extraction conditions for effective component of F. velutipes were $47.21{\sim}76.05$ watt of microwave power, $10.25{\sim}43.56%$ of ethanol concentration, and 5.72 min of extraction time.

  • RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링법을 이용하여 Ar과 $O_2$의 유량을 25sccm씩 흘리면서 $SiO_2$/Si기판 위에 Sn $O_2$ 박막을 증착하였다. 증착된 박막은 columnar 구조로 성장하였으며 많은 입자들이 뭉쳐서 형성된 양배추꽃(cauliflower) 형태의 뭉친 입자(agglomerates)를 가지는 표면형상이 관찰되었다. 분위기에 따른 어닐링 효과를 확인하기 위하여 50$0^{\circ}C$에서 공기와 질소 분위기하에서 열처리하였다. 열처리한 후 표면거칠기가 개선되었으며, 표면형상의 변화가 발생하였다. 특히 50$0^{\circ}C$, 질소분위기에서 어닐링한 경우는 양배추꽃 형태의 표면형상이 소수의 작은 입자가 뭉친 형태로 분리되면서 입도분포가 개선되었다. 이러한 결과는 어닐링 과정에서 발생되는 응력을 완화시키기 위하여 표면형상의 변화가 발생하는 것으로 판단된다. XPS 측정 결과, 질소 분위기에서 어닐링한 후에 OIs와 Sn5/3d 피크가 낮은 결합에너지에 위치하고 있어 산소공공의 농도가 어닐링 전에 비하여 증가하였음을 확인할 수 있다. 어닐링 전후에 Sn $O_2$ 박막의 면저항 측정 값은 XPS 결과와는 달리 질소 분위기 어닐링한 후에 오히려 면저항값이 크게 증가하였다. 이러한 결과는 질소 분위기 어닐링한 후 표면형상의 변화에 기인하여 입자간의 연결성이 저하되어 면저항값이 증가한 것으로 추정된다. 산소분위기에서 어닐링한 후에 전체적으로 전기적 특성의 재현성이 개선되었으며 Sensitivity( $R_{air}$/ $R_{gas}$)가 향상되었음을 확인하였다.하였다.석을 통하여 La의 분포를 확인하였으며, HRTEM 분석을 통하여 미세구조분석을 실시하였다.2463eV였다. 10K에서 광발광 봉우리의 919.8nm (1.3479eV)는 free exciton(Ex), 954.5nm (1.2989eV)는 donor-bound exciton 인 I2(DO,X)와 959.5nm (1.2921eV)는 acceptor-bound exciton 인 I1(AO,X) 이고, 964.6nm(1.2853eV)는 donor-acceptor pair(DAP) 발광, 1341.9nm (0.9239eV)는 self activated(SA)에 기인하는 광발광 봉우리로 고찰되었다.가 높을수록 방출전류가 시간에 따라 급격히 감소하였다. 각 duty비에서 방출전류의 양이 1/2로 감소하는 시점을 에미터의 수명으로 볼 때 duty비 대 에미터 수명관계를 구해 높은 duty비에서 전계방출을 시킴으로써 실제의 구동조건인 낮은 duty비에서의 수명을 단시간에 예측할 수 있었다. 단속적으로 일어난 것으로 생각된다.리 폐 관류는 정맥주입 방법에 비해 고농도의 cisplatin 투여로 인한 다른 장기에서의 농도 증가 없이 폐 조직에 약 50배 정도의 고농도 cisplatin을 투여할 수 있었으며, 또한 분리 폐 관류 시 cisplatin에 의한 직접적 폐 독성은 발견되지 않았다이 낮았으나 통계학적 의의는 없었다[10.0%(4/40) : 8.2%(20/244), p>0.05]. 결론: 비디오흉강경술에서 재발을 낮추기 위해 수술시 폐야 전체를 관찰하여 존재하는 폐기포를 놓치지 않는 것이 중요하며, 폐기포를 확인하지 못한 경우와 이차성 자연기흉에 대해서는 흉막유착술에 더 세심한 주의가 필요하다는 것을 확인하였다. 비디오흉강경수술은 통증이 적고, 입원기간이 짧고,

A Study on Concentration and Application Time of Lithium Sulfate-Contained Polyacrylic Acid for Adequate Crystal Growth (법랑질 표면에 크리스탈을 형성시키기 위해 사용한 황산리튬이 함유된 폴리아크릴산의 농도와 적용시간에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare shear bonding strengths and debonding patterns of the ceramic brackets attached on the crystal which were grown on the enamel surface of a tooth with different concentrations of lithium sulphate-contained polyacrylic acid in different application times. Four kinds of concentrations of mixed solutions were made and applied to the enamel surface on extracted human premolars. The solutions were made by adding 0.3M or 0.6M of lithium sulfate to $50\%\;or\;65\%$ of polyacrylic acid with 0.3M sulfuric acid. The solutions were applied for 30 or 60 seconds. After bonding, a universal testing machine was used to measure the shear bond strength, and then observations were made of debonding patterns through the stereoscope. And the enamel surface was observed through the scanning electron microscope to examine the pattern of crystal growth and debonding. The results were as follows: 1. Shear bond strength in the enamel surface treated with $50\%$ polyacrylic acid was higher than that with $65\%$ polyacrylic acid. 2. There were no statistical differences in shear bond strength according to concentration of lithium sulfate and application time of solutions . 3. Enamel surface was almost free of resin debris after debonding. 4. Enamel surface treated with $50\%$ polyacrylic acid showed higher density of crystal growth than that with $65\%$ polyacrylic acid under scanning electron microscope.

Recovery of Silicon Wafers from the Waste Solar Cells by H3PO4-NH4HF2-Chelating Agent Mixed Solution (인산-산성불화암모늄-킬레이트제 혼합용액에 의한 폐태양전지로부터 실리콘웨이퍼의 회수)

  • Recovery method of silicon wafer from defective products generated from manufacturing process of silicon solar cells was studied. The removal effect of the N layer and antireflection coating (ARC) of the waste solar cell were investigated at room temperature ($25^{\circ}C$) by variation of concentration of $H_3PO_4$, $NH_4HF_2$, and concentration and types of chelating agent. Removal efficiency was the best in the conditions; 10 wt% $H_3PO_4$ 2.0 wt% $NH_4HF_2$, 1.5 wt% Hydantoin. Increasing the concentration of $H_3PO_4$, the surface contamination degree was increased and the thickness of the silicon wafe became thicker than the thickness before surface treatment because of re-adsorption on the silicon wafer surface by electrostatic attraction of the fine particles changed to (+). The etching method by mixed solution of $H_3PO_4$-$NH_4HF_2$-chelating agents was expected to be great as an alternative to conventional RCA cleaning methods and as the recycle method of waste solar cells, because all processes are performed at room temperature, the process is simple, and less wastewater, the removal efficiency of the surface of the solar cell was excellent.

A Study on the Manufacturing Properties of Soil Mural's Finishing Layer with Different Types and Concentration of Natural Adhesives (천연 보강 매제의 종류 및 농도에 따른 토벽화 마감층 제작특성 연구)

  • In this study, we investigated the properties and manufacturing methods of soil mural finishing layers fabricated using animal glue, starch adhesive(wheat paste), and Dobak glue. We assessed the workability and weatherproofing properties of the earthen plaster and finishing layers fabricated using concentrations of 3%, 5%, 7% and 10% for each adhesive. The results showed that a mixture using 3% or 5% starch adhesive or 3% Dobak glue was suitable for constructing the finishing layer. For finishing layers made with animal glue, earthen plaster had poor workability. It was dry and easily broken as the concentrations of animal glue increased. However, specimens made with low concentrations of animal glue did not exhibit surface deterioration after a freezing-thawing test. Therefore, animal glue mixtures could possibly be used for constructing finishing layers in concentrations lower than 3%. Mixtures containing starch adhesive produced plasters with good workability. Additionally, starch adhesive enhanced compression strength. However, when starch adhesive was mixed at concentrations above 7%, the surface exhibited roughening and staining in freezing-thawing tests. When Dobak glue was used in mixtures, it enhanced compression strength, but concentrations above 5% produced specimens with surface cracking. For concentrations of 3%, there were no cracks and the specimens were stable after freezing-thawing tests, so concentrations below 3% of Dobak glue are suitable for constructing finishing layers. We expect this study will be useful for restoring the traditional technology of soil mural finishing layers and suggest using adhesives to construct the finishing layer.

  • Nickel iron (Ni-Fe) alloy coating was investigated. The effects of the current density, current type, pulse duration and bath compositions on the morphologies and surface hardness of nickeliron deposits as well as the chemical compositions were investigated. The morphologies, surface hardness and chemical compositions of nickel-iron deposits were varied with current density, current type and bath compositions. The surface hardness was increased up to $550{\sim}600Hv$ when PC plating was employed. Crackless coating was obtained when saccharin was added. The change of composition with thickness was analyzed with EDS and FESEM.

  • In this work, the numerical analysis for the zincate behavior at a zinc electrode with an electrolyte flow was carried out for a ZAFC. The Nernst-Planck equation with a boundary condition of Butler-Volmer type was adopted to describe electrochemical effects of mass transfer, migration, kinetics of electrode. The Navier-Stokes equation, coupling to the Nernst-Planck equation, is also applied to describe the internal electrolyte flow fields. The validity of the numerical model is proved through the comparative analysis between numerical and experimental results. The concentration of zincate and the current density were also investigated at a zinc anode according to various electrolyte velocities. We have found the concentration of zincate decreased and the current density increased with an increase in the electrolyte velocity.

반응표면분석을 이용한 음식물쓰레기의 효소학적 가수분해 조건의 최적화

  • The major factors related in enzymatic hydrolysis of food waste using cellulolytic enzymes of Trichoderma harzianum FJ1 were optimized by response surface analysis. The factors largely affecting to the reducing sugar concentration and enzymatic saccharification rate of food waste such as substrate concentration ($X_1$, %), enzyme concentration ($X_2$, U/ml), and reaction time ($X_3$, hr) were employed. A quadratic polynominal expressing the reducing sugar (RS) concentration relating with the above factors was as follows : RS (g/l) = -17.80 + $5.04X_1$ + $51.37X_2$ + $1.21X_3$ - $0.11X_1\;^2$ - $38.86X_2\;^2$ - $0.03X_3\;^2$ + $1.64X_1X_2$ + $0.04X_1X_3$ - $0.70X_2X_3$ ($R^2$=0.9939). The maximum value of the reducing sugar concentration and saccharification rate were obtained in the conditions of substrate concentration of 18.2%, enzyme concentration of 0.78 U/ml, and reaction time of 19 hr, respectively. The predicated reducing sugar concentration and saccharification rate by the response surface methodology were 95.13 g/l and 47.27%, respectively.

An Excel Program for Dk Calculation of Contact Lens (엑셀 프로그램을 이용한 콘택트렌즈의 Dk 결정)

  • Purpose: The review article was written to establish an excel program that could calculate minimal Dk of contact lens without $O^2$ deficiency and actual $O^2$ concentration on cornea when contact lens were being fitted by changing lens-related factors. Methods: An excel program was formulated to calculate the thickness of post-lens lacrimal layer, Dk of contact lens and $O^2$ concentration on cornea. Results: With the excel program established, minimal $O^2$ concentration needed on cornea could be calculated when the thickness of post-lens lacrimal layer was changed by varying lens-related factors. A different route in the excel program was needed to choose based on the shape of lacrimal layer. The thickness of lacrimal layer was determined by the shape of meniscus made of tear between lens edge and cornea with flat fit. Thus, the $O^2$ concentration showing negative number in calculation decreased on peripheral cornea with flatter fitting and actual $O^2$ concentration would be zero on cornea. With tight fitting, the thickness of post-lens lacrimal layer is much thicker than lens itself thus negative number in calculation by the excel program is shown indicating zero oxygen on cornea. It can cause $O^2$ deficiency regardless of Dk of contact lens. Conclusions: The calculation of thickness of post-lens lacrimal layer and $O^2$ concentration on cornea by the established excel program is suggested to avoid $O^2$ deficiency when fitting state is varied by changing lens-related factors.
