철극동기기의 2상간단락시에 비단락상에 유기되는 단자전압

  • 철극형동기기를 무부하상태로 전환을 할때 갑지기 2상간에 단락이 돌발한 경우 다른 개로상단자에 유기되는 open-phase voltage의 과도상태를 구명하는데 본 논문의 목적이 있다. 우선 전기자전압의 직축분과 횡축분을 구하기 위하여 Blondel씨가 제창한 이론을 matrix form으로 전개하여 그의 기본전압방정식을 확립시키고 이어서 상간단락전류를 구해가지고 개로상단자에 유기되는 이상전압, 즉 open-phase voltage의 치를 e$_{a}$ =e$_{d}$cos.theta.-e$_{q}$ sin.theta.+e$_{0}$의 관계식에 의거해서 구해보자는 것이다. 논설상의 편의를 도모키 위해 몇가지 가정을 마련하는 것이 순서라고 본다. 제동권선이 없는 철극동기기를 취급하고 포화현상을 무시하며 직축상에 주계자가 존재하는것으로 간주하며, 전기자회로의 저항은 근소치임으로 시정수에 한애서만 영향을 주는 것 이외에는 계산상에서 이를 무시하고 역시 계산에 나오는 무든 양은 per-unit notation을 사용하고 영상분은 고려하지 않으며 대표적인 동기기정수를 x$_{d}$=0.78, x'$_{d}$=0.21, x$_{q}$ =0.48 및 E=1로 정해서 구명해보자는 것이다.

  • 현대 사회는 지식 정보화를 추구하며 변화하고 있다. 지식, 정보화 사회는 개인, 기업 및 사회 모든 주체의 업무효과의 극대화할 수 있는 인프라를 제공하게 될 것이며 이는 영상, 음성, 데이터 등의 다양한 정보의 교환으로 이어져 인간생활의 새로운 혁신을 예고하고 있다. 한편 지식 정보화에는 고도의 정보 저장 및 통신기술이 필수적으로 요구되며 기존의 실리콘기반 소자의 고성능화 이외에 새로운 기술혁신을 요구하고 있다. 1980년대 이후 광통신에 레이저가 응용되고 1990년대 후반에 이르러 수십 나노미터 크기의 양자우물 구조의 화합물 반도체기반의 녹색 및 청색 LD, LED 및 백색 광 다이오드가 구현되면서 화합물 반도체는 정보 통신에 적합한 소재로 인식되기 시작하였다. 기존 실리콘과 다른 물리적 화학적 성질로 인하여 적극적인 연구와 기술적인 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 1900년대 실리콘기반 전자 소자 기술이 비약적으로 발전하면서 새로운 혁신을 보여주었고 그 포화된 기술에 뒤를 이어 화합물 반도체에 의한 기술의 혁신이 예고 되고 있는 것이다.(중략)

Fabrication of Gd2O2S:Tb fine scintillator film and evaluation of image quality for resolution improvement of X-ray imaging based on CMOS (CMOS 기반 X선 영상의 해상력 향상을 위한 Gd2O2S:Tb 미세형광체 필름 제작 및 영상 질 평가)

  • In this study, fine $Gd_2O_2S$:Tb powder was synthesized by using a low temperature solution-combustion method for a high-resolution digital x-ray imaging detector. From the fabricated phosphor power, the fine scintillator films was fabricated by particle sedimentation method and was investigated the luminescent property. From the experimental results of relative light output as a function of terbium concentration, the highest luminescent efficiency has at 5 wt% Tb concentration, and luminescent intensity decreased rapidly according to quenching effect about higher Tb concentration. Also, the relative light output of $270{\mu}m$-$Gd_2O_2S$:Tb film has 2945 pC/$cm^2$/mR. And light intensity was saturated at higher film thickness. Finally, to evaluate an image acquisition performance of fabricated phosphor, images were obtained by using commercial CMOS sensor and measured the MTF, NPS, and DQE. DQE(0 lp/mm) of fine phosphor film has 37%. But, DQE improvement of fine phosphor film is possible by resolving problem of film fabrication process and has a significant potential in the application of digital radiation imaging system later.

  • To improve thermal environments in urban area, the structural characteristic analysis of thermal environments of the certain area should be preceded to analyze and supplement its problems. With Landsat-8, we measured the centrality estimation, the distribution map, and the spatial statistical analysis of Daegu Metropolitan City in January and August, which of data applied in analyzing the structure of thermal environments following to its spatial property. The thermal infrared band of satellite images has been used to analyze the standard normal deviated scores, which extract the centrality, while the cluster map, based upon Local Local Moran's I, has composed for understanding the autocorrelation of local spatial within environment space structure. Understanding the distribution features as well as the pivot center of thermal environments with satellite images provides principle database for updating urban thermal environments' policies and plans; because those are reference materials that should have precedence over for diverse thermal environment policies.

  • This study aims at evaluating the stability of disaster risks, such as schools, apartments, and geotechnical structures located around slopes in urban areas. The research conducted an aerial photography analysis on where the slope of the retaining wall behind 𐩒𐩒 High School in Gwangju collapsed in August 2018 due to heavy rain. In general, the overflow of rainwater has been managed through drainage channels around slopes during the rainy season, and the surface flow of rainfall was limited due to the presence of dense forests in the area. However, when the slope collapsed, a lot of water flowed out of the ground, and the saturated surface layer ground was destroyed. To analyze the cause, the changed terrain of the upper slope area, which could not be directly identified, was photographed using unmanned aerial vehicles. Digital Elevation Model by unmanned aerial vehicle shooting was performed by analyzing the slope map, calculating the direction of rainfall and the length and width of water-logged areas. The change in the instability of the slope over time due to a 10-day rainfall was also analyzed through numerical analysis.

Characteristics of a-Si:H Multilayer for Contact-type Linear Image Sensor (밀착형 1차원 영상감지소자를 위한 a-Si:H 다층막의 특성)

  • We have fabricated a-Si:H multilayer for contact-type linear image sensor by means of RF glow discharge decomposition method. The ITO/i-a-Si:H/Al structure has relatively high dark current due to indium diffusion and carrier injection from both electrodes, resulting in low photocurrent to dark current. To suppress the dark current and to enhance interface electric field between ITO and i-a-Si:H film we have fabricated ITO/insulator/i-a-S:H/p-a-S:H/Al multilayer film with blocking structure. The photocurrent of ITO/$SiO_{2}(300{\AA})$/i-a-Si:H/p-a-Si:H($1500{\AA}$)/Al multilayer sensor with 5V bias voltage became saturated at about 20nA under $20{\mu}W/cm^{2}$ light intensity, while the dark current was less than 0.1nA. To increase the light generation efficiency we have adopted ITO/$SiO_{x}N_{y}(300{\AA})$/i-a-Si:H/p-a-Si:H($1500{\AA}$)/Al structure, showing photocurrent of 30nA and dark current of 0.08nA with 5V bias voltage. Also the spectral photosensitivity of the multilayer was enhanced for short wavelength visible region of 560nm, compared with that of the a-Si:H monolayer of 630nm. And its photoresponse time was about 0.3msec with the film homogeneity of 5% deviation.

  • Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) has chemical shift phenomenon between fat and water, and the phenomenon has influence on structure enclosed by fat. Strong signals emitted from fat often generate false artefact, which reflects the importance of fat suppression techniques. There have been a number of researches on fat suppression techniques, but using fat suppression method alone in MRI can cause difficultproblems in diagnosis. This paper aims to study a fat suppression method by Chemical Shift Selective saturation(CHESS). This research describes the theoretical background and the experiment on water and fat phantom with MR instruments. In the experiment, CHESS pulse was designed by utilising Matlap program, and the pulse diagram was generated for the Pre-saturation process. The experiment using water and fat phantom was applied to C-spine, L-spine and Breast, and produced successful fat suppression results. This experiment has proved that the CHESSpulse fat suppression is a very helpful technique in diagnosing medical imaging. Region-adaptive Smear Removal Method Using Optical Black Region for CCD Sensors (광학암흑영역을 이용한 CCD 센서의 영역 적응적 스미어 제거 방식)

  • Smear is a phenomenon that occurs when an extremely strong light source appears in the imaging system with CCD sensor. It occurs due to the signal charge transfer of CCD and appears as bright lines of noise emanating vertically (or horizontally) from the light source. For still images, smear can be reduced by using a mechanical shutter or special drive methods, but these techniques cannot be applied to image sequences. In this paper, we propose a smear removal method that can be applied to imaging systems for not only still images but also image sequences. The proposed method uses the optical black region(OBR) which is a group of pixels located in the boundary of CCD imaging sensors. Although the OBR is not exposed to light, it contains smear information caused by the charge transport. First, noise and the smear signal in the OBR is separated, and noise is removed to correctly estimate smear effect. Then, corrected OBR signal is uniformly subtracted to eliminate smear effect. Also, if saturation is occurred, the current pixel is substituted by weighted summation of neighboring pixels to improve the visual degradation. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the conventional methods.

Contrast Enhancement based on Gaussian Region Segmentation (가우시안 영역 분리 기반 명암 대비 향상)

  • Methods of contrast enhancement have problem such as side effect of over-enhancement with non-gaussian histogram distribution, tradeoff enhancement efficiency against brightness preserving. In order to enhance contrast at various histogram distribution, segmentation to region with gaussian distribution and then enhance contrast each region. First, we segment an image into several regions using GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model)fitting by that k-mean clustering and EM(Expectation-Maximization) in $L^*a^*b^*$ color space. As a result region segmentation, we get the region map and probability map. Then we apply local contrast enhancement algorithm that mean shift to minimum overlapping of each region and preserve brightness histogram equalization. Experiment result show that proposed region based contrast enhancement method compare to the conventional method as AMBE(AbsoluteMean Brightness Error) and AE(Average Entropy), brightness is maintained and represented detail information.

  • An experimental study was performed for the analysis of frequency-equivalence ratio correlation in the methane-air premixed flame influenced by ultrasonic standing wave. Evolutionary features of the propagating flame were caught by high-speed camera, and the variation of flame-behavior including local velocities was investigated in detail using a post-processing analysis of the high-speed images. It was found that propagation-velocity augmentation of the methane-air premixed flame by the intervention of ultrasonic standing wave was made in leaner mixture, but the velocity diminished when the strength of chemical reaction was saturated around the slightly fuel-rich side of stoichiometry.
