A nonlinear dynamic response structural optimization process is proposed for the television (TV) packing system that protects the damage from a drop situation using the equivalent static loads (ESLs). Topology optimization using ESLs is carried out for conceptual design, and shape optimization using stress ESLs for a virtual model is performed for detailed design. Stress ESLs are static loads that generate the same displacement as well as the stress fields of linear static analysis as those of nonlinear dynamic analysis. Thus, the response of nonlinear dynamic analysis can be utilized as a constraint in the linear static structural optimization. An actual example is solved to validate the process. The drop test of a television packaging system is analyzed by LS-DYNA, and NASTRAN is used for optimization.

환경부는 온라인 유통 확대에 따라 택배 과대포장으로 인해 포장재 등 자원의 낭비와 1회용 택배포장 폐기물이 증가하고 있어 '제품의 포장재질·포장방법에 관한 기준 등에 관한 규칙(약칭: 제품포장규칙)'을 일부개정했다. 제품의 포장재질·포장방법에 관한 기준 등에 관한 규칙 제2조 제2항을 신설하여 「소비자기본법」에 따른 소비자에게 수송하기 위한 목적의 제품포장에 대해서는 제4조의 포장방법에 관한 기준을 준수하도록 하고, 별표1에 1회용 수송포장 관련 제품의 포장방법에 관한 기준을 신설해 택배의 과대포장을 방지하도록 도모한다. 아울러 제조·수입·판매자의 준비기간 등을 고려해 시행을 2년간 유예하며, 시행 후 제작·수입되는 제품에 대해서 적용할 예정이다. 다음에 그 상세 내용에 대해 살펴보도록 한다.

식품의약품안전청은 "식품위생법" 제9조 제1항에 따른 "기구 및 용기 포장의 기준 및 규격"을 일부 개정함에 있어 국민에게 미리 알려 의견을 수렴하고자 그 취지 및 주요내용을 공고했다. 식약청은 국제기준과의 조화를 통한 기구 및 용기 포장의 안전 확보를 위하여 기구 및 용기 포장 제조 시에 사용되는 원료 유래 유해물질에 대한 안전기준 신설 및 불순물로 혼입될 우려가 있는 유해 중금속에 대한 재질규격 신설한다고 밝혔다. 본 고에서는 주요 내용 및 일부 개정 고시안을 살펴보도록 한다.

국립수산물품질검사원은 수산물의 상품성 향상과 유통효율 제고 및 공정한 거래 실현을 위한 수산물표준규격을 지난 1월 22일 고시한 바 있다. 고시는 어종의 표준거래단위, 수산물의 포장치수, 포장재료 및 포장재료의 시험방법 등을 규정하고 있다. 고시에 따르면 포장재료는 식품위생법에 따른 용기.포장의 제조방법에 관한 기준과 그 원재료에 관한 규격에 적합하여야 한다. 고시 된 표준포장규격과 포장재료 중 P.S.대(폴리스티렌대)의 규격은 아래와 같다

Permeable block pavement systems are widely used to relieve the flood and enhance water circulation. However, domestic design method has not yet been established well. Although AASHTO 93 flexible pavement design method is applied as a structural design method outside the country, there is a lack of information on layer coefficient of the permeable pavement materials, which makes it difficult to apply the design to various materials. Therefore, in this study, a method of calculating the layer coefficient of permeable block pavement materials by plate load test was presented and the layer coefficient of a permeable block pavement in a testbed was evaluated. Overall, calculated layer coefficient of open graded aggregate and permeable block pavement surface layer were similar to those of the conventional values. The presented method may be used to evaluate layer coefficients of permeable block pavements for design.
