본 논문은 EU의 TEPSIE 연구에서 정의한 사회혁신 생태계를 분석틀로 활용하여 한국 사회혁신 생태계의 현황을 살펴보고 발전방안을 제시하고 있다. TEPSIE가 정의한 사회혁신 생태계는 전사회적인 차원에서 '사회혁신'의 요소들을 담아냄으로써, 사회적 경제와 연관하여 사회적 기업을 논의하는 과정에서 다소 협소할 수 있었던 시각을 확장하여 구조적 환경과, 자원, 파트너쉽 등을 포괄하는 분석틀을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 사회혁신기업을 둘러싼 구조적 조건, 수요와 공급 차원에서의 관련 요소들, 그리고 중간지원조직을 중심으로 핵심적인 내용을 분석적으로 담아내고, 이를 바탕으로 사회혁신 생태계의 발전 방안을 제시하였다.

The aim of this study is to look into sub-factors of spatial sense that can be contained in spatial sense of solid figure of mathematics curriculum and offer suggestions to improve teaching spatial sense of solid figures in the future. In order to attain these purposes, this study examined the meaning and sub-factors of spatial sense and the relations between spatial sense of solid figure and sub-factors of spatial sense through a theoretical consideration regarding various studies on spatial sense. Based on such examination, this study compared and analyzed textbooks used in South Korea, Finland and the Netherlands with respect to contents of mathematics curriculum and textbooks in grades, sub-factors of spatial sense, and realistic contexts for spatial sense of solid figure. In the light of such theoretical consideration and analytical results, this study provided suggestions for improving teaching spatial sense of solid figures in elementary schools in Korea as follows: extending contents regarding spatial sense of solid figures in mathematics curriculum and considering continuity between grades in textbooks, emphasizing spatial orientation as well as spatial visualization, underlining not only construction with blocks but also mental activities in mental rotation and mental transformation, comparing strength and weakness of diverse plane representations of three dimensional objects, and utilizing various realistic situations and objects in space.

경제위기 극복의 핵심과제는 '시장기구의 원활한 작동에 의존하는 경제의 틀'을 마련하는 것이며, 이를 위해서는 경제적 시장경제체제를 구축해야 한다. 이러한 견지에서 공정거래법 정책의 위상, 역할, 과제, 방향 등을 새로이 정립할 필요가 있다. 공정거래법 정책의 기초개념이 되어온 경제력(집중)과 경쟁의(불)공정성은 지나치게 포괄적이고 주관적이며 이에 대한 분석의 틀이 되는 이론체계도 없어 정책의 개념적 기반이 되기 어렵다. 공정거래법 정책은 독점력과 효율성의 개념 위에서 경제효율 증진이라는 목적을 추구해야만 정책의 일관성과 실효성을 높일 수 있다. 이는 대기업들의 독점력이 경제력집중 및 재벌구조와 형태상 제 문제의 근원(根源)이며, 독점력은 경제이론에 의해 정책방향과 기준이 제시되는 개념이기 때문이다. 공정거래법 정책은 시장구조와 형태를 실질적으로 경쟁화함으로써 경제효율을 극대화하는 데 주력해야 한다. 무엇보다도 경쟁 제한적 법령 제도 관행을 철폐하기 위한 규제개혁을 주도하고 경제구조조정과 재벌개혁의 기본원칙과 방법이 시장기능과 경쟁을 강화하는 방향으로 설정 시행되도록 하는 것이 긴요하다. 특히 대기업간 사업교환이나 인수 합병에 대하여 엄격한 경쟁정책적 검토와 규율을 적용해야 하며, 시장의 독과점화를 방지하면서 구조조정을 촉진하는 방향으로 기업결합 규제기준을 개선해나가야 할 것이다. 가격담합 등에 대한 당연위법 원칙의 확립, 입찰조작의 감시 적발체제 구축 등 카르텔 규제를 강화하고, 유통조직 활동의 효율화를 도모하면서 독점유지 강화행위를 엄격히 금지하여 다양한 유통경로와 업태가 출현 발전하도록 해야 한다. 산업조직적 조사 분석능력을 확충하여 경쟁정책적 시각에서 주요 사건을 선별 조사하고 법집행에 있어 사소(私訴)의 역할을 확대하기 위한 노력도 필요하다.

This study is to exhibit the iconographic narrative and visual culture of ancient Chinese art. The focus of the study is the composite integration of literature and graphic forms, in particular the heterochronous expression of different scenarios of scenes occurring in different time periods in pictures of ancient art. The unity of their origins with picture narration and comic art creation is the fusion of our modern times. The ancient Chinese understanding of visual art includes the traditional style of images and their symbolic meanings. Among artistic narrative expression, imagery contemplation and visual presentation have significance. Artistic thinking is inseparable from visual articulation. It is a rational thought process through creative language interpretation in visual media of imagery narratives. The characteristics of ancient imagery thinking and the way of presenting sequential incidents in the form pictures is a creative space of time. This is the spatial thinking of modern comic art, which is demonstrated through acceptance in artistic styles. Image narration needs new forms and media styles, including integrating with cultural values as aesthetic communication is necessary.

본 논문에서는 패턴 기반의 시각적 속성 명세 연구를 통해 모든 명세 논리를 포괄하는 요구성 명세의 단일 프레임워크와 자동화 지원 도구를 제시한다. 또한 유도 질문을 통한 속성 명세와 속성의 구조 및 상호관계 표현 방법을 보인다. 본 연구에서는 패턴 기반의 시각적 속성 명세 언어(PVSL)를 정의했다. 요구 속성은 속성도를 통해 표현되며 패턴 다이어그램과 속성 and-or 트리로 의미 및 구조를 해석한다. PVSL 과 속성도는 검증자의 기존 지식을 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 계층형 유한 상태 기계의 표기법을 활용한다. 그리고 Nu-SMV 에서 실제 사용된 CTL 예제를 속성도로 명세하고 이를 해석하는데 적용했다. 그 결과 배경 지식을 최소화할 수 있었으며 빠른 명세와 해석이 가능했다. 또한 명세의 오류를 방지할 수 있었으며 속성의 구조와 상호관계를 쉽게 파악할 수 있었다.

Creation by human starts from ascribed situation. That means creating new relationships among seemingly unrelated things. The art production process requires creativity which materializes the inspiration emerging as an image. The production of sculpture utilizing waste is creative in regard of its advantage of being easy to recognize since it de-categorizes ascribed things and needs an overall view of considering decomposed sculpture elements syntagmatically according to the new image. Students have different point of view and develop creativity and originality in their curiosity of seeking something new, observing things of their vision, the standard of using material and in the process of selecting the materials, etc. This research suggests an extensive creativity education of producing sculpture, which implies the environmental consciousness and life respect, by means of change their recognition about seemingly meaningless waste.

This paper presents the design process of an agricultural data sharing platform intended to address major challenges faced by the domestic agricultural industry. The platform was designed with a user interface that prioritizes user requirements for ease of use and offers various analysis techniques to provide growth prediction for field environment, growth, management, and control data. Additionally, the platform supports File to DB and DB to DB linkage methods to ensure seamless linkage between the platform and farmhouses. The UI design process utilized HTML/CSS-based languages, JavaScript, and React to provide a comprehensive user experience from platform login to data upload, analysis, and detailed inquiry visualization. The study is expected to contribute to the development of Korean smart farm models and provide reliable data sets to agricultural industry sites and researchers.

This study aims to conduct a comprehensive meta-study from the perspective of content analysis to explore trends in Korean academic research on the sharing economy by using the big data analytics. Comprehensive meta-analysis methodology can examine the entire set of research results historically and wholly to illuminate the tendency or properties of the overall research trend. Academic research related to the sharing economy first appeared in the year in which Professor Lawrence Lessig introduced the concept of the sharing economy to the world in 2008, but research began in earnest in 2013. In particular, between 2006 and 2008, research improved dramatically. In order to grasp the overall flow of domestic academic research of trends, 8 years of papers from 2013 to the present have been selected as target analysis papers, focusing on titles, keywords, and abstracts using database of electronic journals. Big data analysis was performed in the order of cleaning, analysis, and visualization of the collected data to derive research trends and insights by year and type of literature. We used Python3.7 and Textom analysis tools for data preprocessing, text mining, and metrics frequency analysis for key word extraction, and N-gram chart, centrality and social network analysis and CONCOR clustering visualization based on UCINET6/NetDraw, Textom program, the keywords clustered into 8 groups were used to derive the typologies of each research trend. The outcomes of this study will provide useful theoretical insights and guideline to future studies.

The modeling analysis for objects placed in a given space can be described objectively when their visual image structure is grasped. It can't be answered without first analyzing the basic program, visual expression. And when the whole aspect of the visual image of the desired interior utensils is presented, the mindset of its designer can be deduced from that. Therefore, the study was based on the lemon juice squeezer, one of the interior kitchen utensils that Philippe Starck designed for Italy ALESSI company. For the study method, putting'The Elements of Dynamic Symmetry' by Prof. Jay Hambidge into practice, 'paradigm' analysis containing the whole'lemon juice squeezer'image was attempted. And to describe it, the visual mark description method by Prof. Bok-Young Kim was used. In conclusion, henceforth, the relationship between interior space and articles, the relationship between object and user, the modeling critique or analysis of the production itself shoud not be intended to be emotional. On the contrary, the study presented an art analyic methodology that can analyze and describe the visual image structure numerically, and confirm the relationship between form and content.
