For the past 66 years, the Korea-U.S. alliance has been a typical asymmetric alliance in which the U.S. supports South Korea's security during the Cold War and South Korea gives some of its policy autonomy to the U.S. But Lee Myung-bak government military alliance the 'comprehensive strategic alliance' of the character, 'value of alliance', Park Geun-hye ' a global, 'Frontier of cooperation', the government.'reciprocal, comprehensive alliance' Moon Jae-in, the government and partnerships developed with ' euroui the development of national security strategy said. The purpose of this study is to explore ways to build a reciprocal and comprehensive Korea-U.S. alliance for the development of the Korea-U.S. alliance policy in order to ensure South Korea's policy autonomy following changes in the Trump administration's alliance policy. The results of the research show the need for Korea to participate in the U.S.-led 'India-Pacific Strategy' continue diplomatic efforts for the mutual economic benefits of the two countries and strengthen public diplomacy in order to build the Korea-U.S. alliance in a reciprocal and comprehensive manner.

전기산업은 표준산업분류표상으로는 서비스업에 속해있으면서 발전업과 기타전기산업으로 분류되어진다. 전기사업법상분류로는 일반전기사업자와 발전사업자로 나뉘어진다. 이러한 전기사업을 포함하여 그 기반과 관련되는 산업으로는 설계, 기자재제작, 건설, 연료조달, 방사 등 포괄적인 광의와 개념의 전기산업이 있겠다.

Since the Labour Party became in power in 1997, the national government of UK has undertaken the devolution in regional development policy (e.g.,establishment of Regional Development Agencies and regional assemblies across England) significantly and consistently. Given this situation, this work examines one important institutional cornerstone for the devolution in regional development policy which has been unfolded at the level of a Region of UK. Particularly, we discuss the budget programme of Single Pot (or Single Programme) through which the UK national government has financed RDAs across England since 2002, each RDA's pursuit of regional development targets on which it is required to agree with the national government in return for the Single Pot, and the national government's monitoring of each RDA's performance against the targets. Additionally, our work briefly deals with the implications as well as the challenges which the devolution in regional development policy of UK can present to the Korean context where the devolved approach to regional development policy is increasingly needed.

우루과이 라운드(UR)의 협상이 체결된 후 한국의 유통시장에서는 편의점, 할인점, 쇼핑센터, 무점포판매 등 다양한 소매업태가 생성되었고, 그러한 소매업태의 발전은 매출액, 종업원수, 매장면적의 증가율에서도 괄목할 만한 성장을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 소매업태의 생성과 발전 과정에서 존재하고 있는 법칙을 찾는데에 초점을 맞춰 기존의 소매업태의 발전 이론의 논리적 특징과 전개방향을 검토하였다. 기존의 연구 성과를 검토한 결과, 1960년부터 최근에 이르기까지 소매업태 발전의 다양한 패턴을 설명하는 포괄적 이론을 제시하고 있지만 그러한 연구 결과는 개념적인 틀의 제시에 머물고 있고, 경험적 연구로의 발전을 보이고 있지 않았다. 그 이유에 대해서는 두 가지를 들 수 있다. 첫 번째, 소매업태에 대한 정의의 불명확함이다. 두 번째, 소매업태의 격 올림을 촉진시키는 내부 요인에 대해서는 논의하고 있지만, 격 올림한 소매업태가 시장에서 수용될 것인지에 대해서는 고려하지 않고 있다는 점이다. 따라서, 이 두 가지 연구 과제를 해결하는 것이 앞으로 소매업태의 생성·발전 이론을 체계화하는 데 관건이 될 것으로 생각된다.

정보통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 언제, 어디서나 전 세계 네트워크에 접속할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 시대를 가능하게 했다. 이는 모바일 장치 등 새로운 엔드포인트 단말을 기존 게이트웨이 중심의 네트워크 보안 인프라에 통합시킨 새로운 개념의 네트워크 보안 인프라를 출현시켰다. 본 논문에서는 향후 국가 정보통신망 보호를 위해 자리 잡을 새로운 보안 인프라의 중심으로인 네트워크 접근통제(Network Access Control)의 개념과 요소 기술을 살펴보고, 바람직한 네트워크 접근통제 정책 수립을 위해 반드시 고려해야 할 포괄적 네트워크 보안관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

토양의 특성은 토지이용에 제한을 가하는 물리적 요소로 활용되고 있으며, 이러한 토양 특성정보는 전통적으로 전문가에 의한 해석에 기초하여 토양도에 서류 형태로 저장, 보관되어 왔 다. 최근에 널리 쓰이기 시작하는 토지정보체계(Geographical Information System, GIS)는 종래의 자료저장, 해석기법을 digital database라는 특성을 이용하여, 새로운 자료분석이 가능한 도구를 제공하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 위상적으로 체계화된(topologically structured) vector형 토지정 보체계의 관계형 Database Management System(DBMS)과 토양 전문가의 지식을 결합하여 포괄 적인 토양적지 평가모델을 수립한 후, 전문가에 의한 평가, 토양도에 수록된 평가와 각각 비교하 였다. 비교한 결과, 본 연구에서 수립된 토양적지 평가모델은 전문가에 의한 평가와 크게 다르지 않았으며, 이는 토양도의 평가와 비교하여서도 마찬가지였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서 시도된 포괄적 인 토양적지 분석모델은 계속 발전하여 토지정보체계에서의 전문가 기법으로 활용이 가능하다고 판단되어진다.

The study aims at providing alternative strategies for the National Assembly's archival information services. In this context, it conducts a literature review and discusses current status of the National Assembly's archival information services. Furthermore, this study draws six critical problems of the National Assembly's archival information services, ranging from a lack of comprehensive archival information services to a deficiency of value-added contents. As a case study, it reviews legislative archival institutions in the US and the UK, and classifies their legislative records management services into 3 different types, including retrieval assistant services, contents services, and extensive services. Base on the case study, as a result, it provides 5 strategies for the development of the National Assembly's archival information services.

무기체계 선정단계에서 특정무기체계의 시각으로부터 공통모듈 입각한 넓은 안목으로의 전환이 필요하며, 국내 실정에 적합하고 군 요구를 포괄적으로 충족시킬수 있는 독자적인 공통모듈 구조의 정립과 이의 개발 및 생산을 위한 적극적인 배려가 요청됩니다. 또 검출소자 재질에 대한 전반적인 연구는 진행할수 없다 하더라도, 외국에서 연구되어 실용화 단계에 들어선 몇몇 소자에 대해서는 집중적인 투자가 이루어져 짧은 시간내에 센서 분야에서 선진국 수준에 돌입할수 있는 여건이 조선되어야 할 것입니다

진단기술과 약물치료기법 및 신경학적 과정에 대한 이해가 발전됨으로 인하여 치과의사는 간질환자를 더 잘 이해하고 치료할 수 있게 되었다. 간질환자는 몇 가지 주의사항만 지킨다면 일반치과에서도 쉽게 치료할 수 있다. 즉, 의학적 병력과 함께 매 번 방문 시 마다 치과치료 전에 현재상태에 대한 평가가 필요하다. 기왕력 중 발작은 치료계획수립시 반드시 고려되어야 한다. 치과의사는 간질이나 경련성질환에 대하여 포괄적이며 통합적 이해를 통하여 환자의 구강건강뿐 아니라 나아가 전신건강을 증진하는 데 기여할 수 있다.
