This study was to explore the effects of the preferences to housewives' employment and the type of household financial management leadership on the financial communication and equality of financial power perceived by working wives. From results of this study, the followings were concluded: 1. Housewives' income power leaded to the increase of their financial decision-making leadership and the more active participation to the financial matters. 2. The influences of husbands' leadership on the household finance were greater than one of wives' leadership. Depending on who has the financial management leadership, there were the differences on degree of the understanding and the discretion. 3. Although joint management style was popular today. the major management leadership was belonged to husbands based on the traditional value of sex role in the household financial management area.

Proportion and importance of knowledge & information provision through the web are increased continuously. Equivalent accessibility focused on universal service is highly demanded especially for public institutions, such as national libraries. In this study, web accessibility of sixteen national libraries were compared and analyzed by KADO-WAH, web accessibility tool. Characteristics of libraries were investigated and future directions were suggested based on the analysis and results.

최근 고등교육의 기회와 혜택이 일반인에게 평등하게 열려야 한다는 세계적 취지로 대학 및 비영리 기관에서는 다양한 강의 컨텐츠를 대중에게 제공하고 있다. 이러한 움직임의 일환으로 오픈코스웨어(OpenCourseWare, OCW)가 일반인들에게 제공되어 그 이용 또한 활발한 경향을 띤다. 이에 본 연구는 오픈코스웨어(OCW) 정보자원이 어떻게 이용 및 활용되는가를 알아보고자 국내 A대학 학생들을 대상으로 일대일 면대면 인터뷰를 수행하여 이들에게서 공통적으로 나타나는 이용 행태 유형을 이용측면, 컨텐츠 활용측면, 이용시 만족측면으로 나누어 분석하였다. 이를 통해 향후 오픈코스웨어(OCW) 연구의 기초적인 정보를 제시해 보고자 한다.

사회활동을 왕성히 펼치는 여성들이 흔히 쓰는 말 중에‘유리천장(glass ceiling)’이라는 말이 있다. 위를 쳐다보면 한 없이 올라갈 수 있을 것같지만 막상 그 곳에 다다르면 보이지 않는 장벽이 머리를 누른다는 뜻이다. 법이나 규정상으로는 평등이 이루어진 것처럼 보이나‘실제상황’은 그렇지 않음을 의미하는 자조적인 말이다. 특히 국내에서 회사를 경영하는 여성CEO라면 누구나‘유리천장’의 도를 넘어‘콘크리트 천장’, 혹은 이보다 더한‘강철천장’을 실감하게 된다. 그러나 이런 사회적인 편견과 제도적인 불평등 속에서도 자신만의 확고한 입지와 영역을 구축하며 벤처를 이끄는 당당한 여성CEO가 점점 늘고 있다. 서버판매 및 서버호스팅, VPN 등 사업으로 성장일로를 걷고 있는 e-Business 전문업체인 씨앤에스 김태희(46) 대표가 그 대표적인 우먼파워에 속한다. 김 대표는 지난해‘제6회 여성경제인의 날’을 맞아 모범여성기업으로 선정되어‘대통령 표창’을 수상하는 등 여성기업분야 우수중소기업으로 탄탄한 기술력과 탁월한 경영능력을 인정받고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 그는 IT업계의 성공 키워드인 기술과 경영, 마케팅의 삼박자를 고루 갖춘 전문 경영인으로도 유명하다.

P2P (Peer-to-peer) 파일 공유 시스템에서 컨텐츠의 복제는 Hot Spot의 방지와 가용성의 보장, 검색 속도의 향상을 위해 사용되고 있다. 컨텐츠의 복제본의 수(공간 효율성)와 검색 성능은 일종의 trade-off로써 이 논문에서는 가능한 검색 성능을 향상시키면서 적절한 양의 복제본의 수를 유지하는 방법인 SRoD 알고리즘을 제안한다. SRoD는 DHT 기반 파일공유시스템에서 전반적으로 간단하게 접목하여 사용할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 특징은 P2P가 추구하는 자율성과 평등성을 보장하기 위한 것이다. 본 논문에서는 SRoD 알고리즘을 설명하고 이것의 장점과 보완해야 할 점에 대해 논하게 될 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to extend the role of Academic libraries as a local information center to link with communities. Information that can be shared by everyone, need a certain social device that makes everybody to be served equally. Irrespective of their kinds, all the libraries including Academic, public and ones should seek the way to cooperate among themselves. The regulations about the Academic library extention should be stipulated. In addition to, this study is going to suggest more about probabilities for social changes and reality than suggesting alternatives.

정보통신기술 특히 인터넷의 급속한 확산으로 웹은 특정계층의 도구가 아니라 모두에게 평등한 보편적 서비스로 자리매김하고 있지만, 장애인 노인 등의 정보취약계층은 이러한 인터넷을 활용하지 못해 불이익을 받는 정보격차(Digital Divide) 현상이 나타나고 있다. 인터넷에 접근하지 못하고 활용하지 못하는 근본적 원인은 웹 접근성(Web Accessibility)의 부재라 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국내외 언론사 홈페이지의 웹 접근성을 평가 비교하여 웹 접근성에 대한 관심을 증가시키고 웹 접근성의 향상 방안을 제시하였다.

본 고는 성남병원 최염이사장의 연세대학교보건대학원 학위논문으로 정부에서 국민의료의 균점을 위해 추진중인 민간지역병원운영실태의 전반적인 특성과 근본적 문제점을 중심으로 병원운영의 제도적 발전방향을 제시하고 있다. 본 연구서는 51개 민간지역병원중 현재 개원한 38개병원을 대상으로 실태조사표, 설문서 및 자문을 통한 자료에 의한 것으로 결론적으로 정부가 국민에 평등한 의료혜택을 부개하고자 설립한 민간지역병원은 시행 2차년도를 맞는 현실에 있어 도출된 문제점에 의해 운영난에 봉착하고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 이에 따라 많은 투자를 통해 건립된 민간지역병원의 성공적인 정착과 국민의료의 균점시혜를 위해서는 본계획의 면밀한 재검토와 이에따른 제도적 보완이 뒤따라야 한다며 이에 관한 세세한 문제점을 제시하고 있는데 본 지는 병원운영 발전에 도움을 주고자 이를 전호에 이어 게재하고자 한다.

이 연구는 한국 전통사회의 교육별이 오늘날이 교육열과 어떻게 연관되는가를 규명 하고자 하는 역사적 고찰로서 특히 과거제도가 가족 사회에 끼친 영향을 중심으로 분석하였 다 자료는 관련된 역사자료와 생활자료인 1차사료와 2차사료로 대별되는데 그중에서 여성의 간찰과 구비전승된 규방가사 서사민요, 무가 등과 현장조사에 기반한 민속자료가 주요자료 로 분석되었다, 그리하여 내용분석법과 역사민속학적인 방법에 의하여 밝혀진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 과거제도의 장악을 통하여 확립된 중앙집권의 관료제와 학문숭상의 전통 그리 고 과거급제를 해야 가능해지는 관리로서의 등용을 주요가치로 지향하였던 출세주의 또 가 족의 영광은 집안남성의 과거급제라는 점에서 여성들이 내면화할 수밖에 없었던 가족주의가 적극적인 교육열의 역사적인 뿌리임을 밝혔다 이러한 전통은 교육기회가 평등해진 현대사회 에 여전히 한국인의 의식 깊숙이 내재되어 있다 그러나 학문숭상의 전통중에서 '수행'을 겸 함 학문을 추구한 사람파의 전통은 단절되고 출세를 목표로 하는 '학벌' 위주의 왜곡된 전통 만이 지속되어 과열된 교육열로 표출된다.

The Purpose or this research is to examine the trend or sender gap within a globalization context from 1993 to 2003 on the perspective of feminists who contend that globalization has negative effects on women on account of its masculine nature against neo-liberal viewpoint emphasizing economic efficiency and rationality. As the result of review of statistical and qualitative resources in workforce, it was found that the gender gap has trended toward increasing in some sectors such as flexible labor and high wage jobs, which shows that gender segregation by irrational culture exists in workforce. The evidence to support the neo-liberal viewpoint supposing that the gender discrimination will disappear was also found in sector of wage. The gender gap in wage has decreased during the period of globalization. The dispute of feminists was partly supported, so it was suggested that the policies for gender empowerment should be enforced to diminish gender gap that would be able to increase in the process of globalization.
