  • 본 논문에서는 주차 시설 이용 현황 중에서 차량 번호판 조사를 통하여 평균주차시간과 주차 회전율을 구하도록 한다. 관찰하는 사람이 없이 카메라를 활용하고, 조사 시간에 일정한 간격을 주어 조사하도록 한다. 일정한 조사 시간 간격을 주차된 차량에 나눠주어 평균 주차 지속 시간을 구하도록 한다. 그리고 이렇게 하여 주차면 1개당 1시간당 주차 차량 대수인 주차 회전율을 구하도록 한다.

  • This research is to suggest a method for investigating car number plates among the information managed in parking facilities. The investigation of car number plate is generally used to know how long vehicles are parked. Also, it can provide the information about the parking turnover rate and the mean parking duration of parked vehicles. This research performs the investigation using cameras at a distance of time. That is, the given distance of time from cameras is assigned to each parked vehicle, and then it can find the mean parking time of parked vehicles. Also, it can check the parking turnover rate of parked vehicles at a space unit of parking lot in an hour. The information such as the mean parked duration and the parking turnover rate of parked vehicles taken from this method is helpful to find and understand the inefficient use of parking facilities. With this suggested method, this research attempted to check the mean parking duration and the parking turnover rate of parked vehicles.

  • In this paper, a license plate investigation which is one of parking usage is performed. We survey research that should be given time interval using the camera without the observer. We assigned the investigation time interval to each of to each of the parking car, average parking duration is determined. Parking turnover, the number of vehicles of parking per hour per parking surface, is examined.

  • This paper researches on securing parking spaces and improving parking performance, by use of vehicle license plate investigation for average parking time and parking turnover ratio. Even though general surveys on vehicle license plate investigation are performed by the person, our survey is performed by the machine, CCTV. Unusually, our method checks average parking time and parking turnover ratio at time intervals of the survey. So, it is easy to check whether a parking lot is effectively used and its traffic flows smoothly or not. In our experiment, we exclude a method to recognize characters by use of 4-direction projection.

  • The purpose of this study is to simulate the suitable space of parking lots for Mass traffic instigating facilities in Pusan. After the suitable scale of parking lots estimate using GPSS, one of the Queue Simulation, with the average arriving time and the average parking time at parking lots, the formula is simulated by the Regression model to relate a total floor area and the suitable number of parking lots. The improved criteria or present parking lots is needed to prevent the unnecessary vehicles and improve the efficiency of land use. The suitable scale of parking lots estimate just with the state of using the parking lots in this study. but it is necessary to consider land use, traffic condition, commercial area etc.

  • The objective of this research is to establish the relationship between the important variables necessary for real-time available parking space presumption algorithm for a parking lot information provision. So it investigated the variables that come relate to the algorithm and collected parking information for an algorithm plan. It analyzed variables inciuding average number of parked cars, average parked time, rate of turnover, occupancy, cumulative number of parked cars, and etc. of the parking lot. And it collected data regarding illegal parking, double space parking, searching car and it presumed the number of available parking spaces. As a result of the research, It appeared that the achieved accuracy is superier to existing provision system which only take the total input and output numbers. This will help drivers' judgement, and also the parking lot operation and management.

관광지 주차장 이용실태 및 문제점 분석

  • 현재 우리나라의 수많은 관광지에서는 극심한 교통혼잡과 주차난을 겪고 있다. 본 연구는 대포항 교차로와 대포항 주차장의 기하구조 및 이용실태를 조사한 후, 현재 교차로와 주차장 진ㆍ출입로의 기하구조와 주차장 운영현황 및 그 이용실태의 문제점 분석을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 현장에서 실제 조사한 교차로의 도로조건과 주차장의 진ㆍ출입로는 조사된 그림(1. 대포항 교차로, 2. 대포항 주차장 구획도)으로 분석하고 주차자의 운영현황 및 이용실태는 현장조사를 토대로 누적주차대수, 주차회전율, 차량당 평균주차지속시간, 주변도로 혼잡영향 분석 등의 방법을 통해 얻어진 결과로 분석할 것이다. 분석결과, 주차장 인접 교차로에서는 버스정류장과 우회전 차로의 합류, 우회전 차로와 주차장 진ㆍ출입로의 합류 등의 기하구조상의 문제로 직진ㆍ우회전 차량, 주차장 진ㆍ출입 차량의 혼잡을 예상할 수 있었고, 주중에는 13시 51분에, 주말에는 10시55분에 이미 주차장은 포화상태를 보여 최초 대기차량이 발생하였으므로 주차공급이 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나, 관광지라는 특성상 기후나 시기적 영향을 많이 받는다는 점을 감안해야할 것이다. 따라서, 관광지 주차장의 조사는 여러 가지 측면에 더 연구되어질 필요가 있다.

  • The aim of this paper is to analyze parking characteristics and demand of A general hospital(A hospital) based on data on entries·exits in parking lot and to improve parking service to patients and visitors without building new parking spaces. To improve the quality of parking service we analyze average parking duration, parking turnover, peak hour, parking index and parking demand of A hospital. Using the results of this research we can improve parking regulations and operate a parking lot smartly. Other hospitals of similar size of A hospital can also refer to these results to improve parking service and build a smart parking system.

Convergence Study on Sterilized Dental Instruments Expiration Date (멸균된 치과기구의 유효기간에 관한 융합연구)

  • This study aimed to investigate the contamination rate of microorganisms by times after sterilization in mirrors, dental explorers, and pincettes which are the basic tools used in the dental clinic. 60 samples by each tool were used upon packaging them by 10 units. Contamination rate of microorganisms were tested using dry film media(3M Petrifilm Plates) which is a quick check upon collecting 10 samples right after sterilization, at Week 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. At Week 0 when was right after sterilization, no microorganism was detected in any tools while they were detected in 2 mirrors, 2 dental explorers, and 2 pincettes at Week 6. 2 to 4 colonies on average were detected in mirrors at Week 2 and 4, 1 to 2 colonies in explorers from Week 5, and no colony was found in pincettes until Week 5 but 1 to 2 colonies at Week 6. Based on these results, the needs of effective periods are suggested for the sterilized tools together with their safe usages.

Assessment of the Effect of Dimethyl Ether (DME) Combustion on Lettuce and Chinese Cabbage Growth in Greenhouse (온실에서 상추와 배추를 이용한 DME 원료 난방 효율분석)

  • The experiment was conducted to determine the performance of DME combustion gas when used as a fuel for DME burner for raising temperature and $CO_2$ concentration in greenhouse and also to examine its effects on chlorophyll content, and fresh and dry weight of lettuce and Chinese cabbage. DME-1 and DME-2 treatments consisted of average DME flow quantity in duct were $17.4m^3min^{-1}$ and $10.2m^3min^{-1}$ respectively to greenhouse-1 and greenhouse-2 and no DME gas was supplied to greenhouse-3 which was left as control (DME-3). DME supply times were $0.5hr\;day^{-1}$, $1hr\;day^{-1}$, $1:30hrs\;day^{-1}$ and $2hrs\;day^{-1}$ on week 1, 2, 3, and 4 respectively. Chlorophyll content and fresh and dry weight of lettuce and Chinese cabbage were measured for each treatment and analyzed through analysis of variance with a significance level of P<0.05. The result of the study showed that $CO_2$ concentration increased up to 265% and 174% and the level of temperature elevated $4.8^{\circ}C$ and $3.1^{\circ}C$ in greenhouse-1 and 2, respectively as compared to greenhouse-3 due to application of DME combustion gas. Although, the same crop management practices were provided in greenhouse-1, 2 and 3 at a same rate, the highest change (p<0.05) of chlorophyll content, fresh weight and dry weight were found from the DME-1 treatment, followed by DME-2. As a result, DME combustion gas that raised the level of temperature and $CO_2$ concentration in the greenhouse-1 and greenhouse-2, might have an effect on growth of lettuce and Chinese cabbage. At end of experiment, the highest fresh and dry weight of lettuce and Chinese cabbage were measured in greenhouse-1 and followed by greenhouse-2. Similarly chlorophyll content of greenhouse-1 and greenhouse-2 were more compared to greenhouse-3. In general, DME was not producing any harmful gas during its combustion period, therefore it can be used as an alternative to conventional fuel such as diesel and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for both heating and $CO_2$ supply in winter season. Moreover, endorsed quantify of DME combustion gas for a specified crop can be applied to greenhouse to improve the plant growth and enhance yield.
