클러스터링 성능 평가를 위한 척도로 여러 공식이 개발되어 사용되어왔다. 이들 평가척도는 가급적 범위가 제한되며, 가환성이 있고, 비편향적이며 단일 척도일 필요가 있다. 기존 평가 척도에 대해서 검토한 후 비편향적인 단일 척도 WACS를 개발하였다. 클러스터 수를 달리하는 클러스터링 결과에 대해 여러 평가척도를 적용해서 성능을 평가하는 실험을 통해서 WACS 척도가 평가척도로서의 요건을 만족시킨다는 것을 확인하였다.

본 발표는 대한민국 해기사 커뮤니케이션 역량 강화를 위해, 해사 영어 구술시험 개발의 필요성을 타국의 사례 등을 통해 제안하고, 이를 위해 시범 개발 중인 "한국형 해사 영어 구술시험"의 개발 제작 과정과 현재 개발 진행 사항을 공유하고, 향후 추진 방향을 모색하기 위함이다. 따라서 본 발표에서는, 구술시험 평가 수립을 위한 유관 산업 문헌 조사(국제 교통 관련 산업 의사소통 지침, 평가 척도), 해기사 직무에 따른 영어 구술시험 문제 개발 계획 수립 및 시험 설계 시 검토 사항, 모의 구술시험 설계 및 시행, 모의시험 효과 측정, 측정 결과에 따른 향후 평가 척도 개발 시 고려 사항, 구술 평가를 인공지능 평가 방법 도입 방안 모색 등의 과정을 순차적으로 소개하고, 이에 대한 결과물을 공유하며, 향후 발전 방향을 제안하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the Job Functional Assessment Scale. This study was involved took third steps. First, 93 preliminary items were developed based on theoretical literature and International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) Model. To verify the content validity, 3 rehabilitation experts rated those items. Second, the scale consisting of 73 items was administered to sample of 880 people with disabilities. Finally, items of the scale were reduced to 58 items. Factor analysis showed evidence of construct validity of the scale. Internal consistency (Cronbach's ${\alpha}$) of total score showed .94 and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of 7 subfactor demonstrated .74~.90. Thus, Job Functional Assessment Scale demonstrated satisfactory convergent validity and discriminant validity. In addition, the practical use of the scale was discussed.

본 논문에서는 아날로그 이동 전화 환경에서의, 객관적인 음질 평가 척도를 사용하 여 주관적 음질을 추정하는 이동전화 자동 음질평가 시스템을 개발하였다. 이동전화의 통화 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 이동전화의 네트워크를 계속하여 체크하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 주관적 음질 평가는 사람의 체감을 직접 나타내는 것이므로 실제적인 음질을 평가하는데 중 요한 척도가 되지만, 인력과 시간이 많이 소모되므로 다양한 지역에서 지속적으로 음질을 평가하는데 부적절하다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 객관적 음질평가 척도를 이용하여 주관적 음질 평가 척도를 예측하는 자동 음질 평가 시스템이 필수적이다. 반복된 실험을 통 하여 BSD(Bark Spectral Distance)가 주관적 음질 평가 척도와 높은 상관관계가 있음을 확 인하였으며 원래의 음성과 이동 전화 채널을 통과한 음성과의 BSD를 측정한 후 이를 바탕 으로 MOS(Mean Opinion Score)를 추정하는 자동 음질 평가 시스템(Automatic Speech Quality Evaluator)을 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop the evaluation scales that can access hierarchically the lifelong education field training program based on relevant stakeholders. To fulfill this purpose, both qualitative and quantitative research methods were applied. First of all, four groups of stakeholders were selected such as trainees, professors, field instructors, and program inspectors. The in-depth interviews with 13 experts in the field were conducted, and as a result, the scale with hierarchy of evaluation area, evaluation section, and evaluation item for each stakeholder was developed. In order to verify the content validity of the evaluation scales, delphi surveys for each stakeholder were conducted, using 35 expert panels. After delphi survey, the scale was applied to 90 trainees, 22 professors, and 31 field instructors. SPSS program was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, validity, and reliability. Finally, the evaluation scale of the trainer was identified as 8 evaluation areas, 14 evaluation sections and 51 evaluation items. And the professor's scale consisted of 6 areas, 10 sections and 40 items. The field instructor's scale was determined as 3 areas, 7 sections and 31 items, and the program inspector's evaluation scale was confirmed as 7 areas, 15 sections, and 32 items.

소프트웨어 신뢰성 보증을 위한 소프트웨어 신뢰성 평가 프로세스는 다양한 관점에서 대상 소프트웨어 시스템뿐만 아니라 관련된 조직 및 개발 프로세스에 대한 분석을 필요로 한다. 특히, 신뢰성 평가 프로세스 수행 단계 중 단계별 척도 식별단계는 대상 시스템의 도메인 특성을 반영해야 하는 까다로운 작업이다. 현재 신뢰성 관련 척도들이 여러 문서에 다양한 의미로 혼재해 있어 이를 조사하는데 많은 노력이 들며 대상 시스템 환경에 적합한 척도 식별을 위해 불필요하게 많은 회의와 인터뷰를 진행하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 표준문서 및 관련문헌에 근거하여 신뢰성 척도 POOL 을 구성하고 각 척도 원시 데이터의 수집 조건에 기반한 적용조건 매트릭스를 이용하여 기존의 신뢰성 관련 척도 조사 및 수집, 척도 식별 과정에서 소요되는 자원, 시간의 낭비를 줄이고자 한다. 이 방법을 적용하였을 때 소요된 시간과 기존의 회의를 통해 소요되는 시간을 비교하여 본 논문에서 제시하는 방법의 효과를 평가한다.

To develop the scale of usability evaluation on smart jacket for everyday life, we selected four types of smart jackets based on the result of previous study and evaluated their usability. Considering both the embedded machine and the purpose, smart jackets can be classified four types. As the result of previous study, sixty items for evaluation of user experience were constructed. In this study, we extracted ten categorization factors from the results of usability evaluation of smart jackets. Also, the relative importance of usability factors varied according to the types of smart jackets. These results suggest that not only usability factors themselves but also the order of priority of usability evaluation can vary according to the type of smart jacket in design process.

Bipolar disorder is a psychopathy characterized by manic and major depressive episodes. It is important to determine the degree of depression when treating patients with bipolar disorder because 810% of bipolar patients commit suicide during the periods in which they experience major depressive episodes. The Hamilton depression rating scale is most commonly used to estimate the degree of depression in a patient. This paper proposes using the Hamilton depression rating scale to estimate the effectiveness of patient treatment based on the linear mixed effects model and the transition model. Study subjects were recruited from the Seoul National University Bundang Hospital who scored 8 points or above in the Hamilton depression rating scale on their first medical examination. The linear mixed effects model and the transition model were fitted using the Hamilton depression rating scales measured at the baseline, six month, and twelve month follow-ups. Then, Hamilton depression rating scale at the twenty-four month follow-up was predicted using these models. The prediction models were then evaluated by comparing the observed and predicted Hamilton depression rating scales on the twenty-four month follow-up.

This study developed contents quality grading measurement for helping contents developers, sales persons, consumers. After survey of 28 professionals and 89 contents related employees, this quality grading measurement was established. Also this quality grading measurement contains requirement of contents developers, sales persons, consumers by supporting detailed techical, contents, qualitative metadata.
