이 연구는 현존해 있는 다양한 임상평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관한 분석 서술 연구이다. Rines(1974)에 의하면 평가는 학습경험을 통하여 목적을 달성하는 지의 여부를 측정하는 것이라고 하였고 평가의 목적은 교육증진을 도모하며, 목표를 설정하고, 학생의 학습진행과정을 사정하여 학생들을 위한 프로그램을 사정, 개발시키는데 있다고 피력 하였다. 간호교육에는 실무교육이 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 많은 간호교육자들은 실습평가에 있어 많은 어려움을 경첩하고 있다. 이러한 난해한 실습평가도구를 개발하기 위하여 선행된 우선순위로써 현존해 있는 다양한 평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 평가하는 것이 의의 있는 일이라 사료된다. 이 논문은 실습평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관심을 가진 임상지도교수나 간호교육자들을 대상으로 한 서술적 연구이다. 우선 간호교육평가에 있어서의 문제점을 분석하고 평가도구에 대한 전문가(Authority)의 의견을 피력한 다음 저자의 의견을 서술하였다. 결론적으로 현재까지 개발된 완전한 임상실습평가의 방법은 없다. 그러므로 현존해 있는 평가방법을 서술평가하고 문제점을 지적하므로써 질적인 평가도구개발에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 앞으로 간호교육자들이 각 문제점들을 보완하여 교육목적을 달성시킬 수 있는 효율적인 평가도구를 개발하는 것이 급선무이다.

본 연구에서는 교사의 전문성 영역의 한 부분인 학생 평가 전문성을 교사 스스로 진단해 보고 진단 결과에 대해 적절한 처방을 제공받을 수 있는 교사의 학생 평가 전문성 자기진단 프로그램을 개발하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 선행 연구와 문헌 조사를 통해 교사의 학생 평가 전문성을 구성하는 요인을 규명하고 이를 범주화하여 학생 평가 전문성 진단 도구를 구안하였다. 교사의 학생평가 전문성 구성 요인은 1990년에 미국의 AFT(American Federation of Teacher), NEA(National Education Association), NCME(National Council on Measurement in Education)가 공동으로 발표한 ‘학생 평가를 위한 교사의 평가전문성 기준(Standards for teacher competence in Educational Assessment of Student)’ 7가지를 연구자가 진단 도구 개발에 적합하도록 ${\circled1}$평가 방법의 선정, ${\circled2}$평가 도구의 개발, ${\circled3}$평가 실시?채점 및 성적 부여, ${\circled4}$평가 결과의 해석?분석?활용?의사소통의 4개 영역으로 재구성하였다. 진단도구를 개발하는데 있어서는 전문성 구성 요인별로 설문 형식의 질문에 답하고 이를 종합하여 점수를 매기는 방식보다는 구체적인 상황과 사례를 제시하고 이에 대해 평가를 해보게 하는 방식을 이용하여 평가 능력을 실질적으로 진단할 수 있게 하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 개발된 프로그램은 교사가 외부로부터 평가 받는데 소극적인 점을 감안하여 교사 스스로 자기를 진단할 수 있는 도구를 제공하고자 했으며, 진단 도구를 통해 밝혀진 결과에 대해 처방이나 안내를 함께 제공하여 교사가 자신의 평가 전문성을 제고하는데 보다 적극적으로 나설 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 프로그램으로 개발하려 하였다. 또한 이 프로그램을 교사가 활용하는 과정에 대한 조사 연구를 통해 궁극적으로는 교사의 학생 평가 전문성 신장을 위해 필요한 외부 지원이 무엇인지 추출하고 이러한 지원 체계와 교사가 능동적으로 이어질 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고자 한다.

소프트웨어가 점점 복잡해지면서 신뢰할 수 있는 소프트웨어의 개발에 대한 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 업체는 소프트웨어 신뢰성 보장을 위한 많은 활동들을 수행하고 있다. 이 과정에서 소프트웨어 신뢰성 평가는 핵심이 되는 작업 중 하나이며, 다양한 소프트웨어 신뢰성 평가 도구가 개발되어 정확하고 효율적인 신뢰성 평가를 돕고 있다. 소프트웨어 신뢰성 평가 도구는 적용할 수 있는 소프트웨어 개발 단계와 적용 방법에 차이가 있기 때문에 도구들은 적시적소에 적용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 CASRE, SMERFS, SREPT, GERT, SRTPRO 와 같은 소프트웨어 신뢰성 평가 도구의 분석을 통해 각 도구들의 특징, 목적, 적용단계 등을 고려하여 사용자가 다양한 도구 중 어떤 도구를 선택해야 하는지 판단하는데 도움을 주고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 정보보호시스템의 신분확인 기능과 데이터 무결성 기능 그리고 네트워크 취약성 평가를 수행할 수 있는 정보보호시스템의 보안기능 통합 평가 도구를 개발하였다. 개발된 도구는 독립적으로 수행되어온 평가기능들을 통합, 개선함으로써 네트워크를 통해 연결되어 있는 시스템의 안전성을 총체적으로 평가할 수 있으며, 또한 네트워크 의 보호를 목표로 개발된 침입차단시스템의 구성상의 취약성이나 IPSec이나 SSL을 적용하여 가상사설망(VPN)을 구현 한 제품들에서 제공하는 무결성을 검증하기 위한 자동화된 도구로서 활용될 수 있다.

내장형 시스템(embedded system)의 발전에 따라, 더욱 복잡하고 높은 신뢰성을 가지는 내장형 응용프로그램의 개발 필요성이 요구된다. 내장형 소프트웨어의 성능 평가 및 분석 도구는 내장형 소프트웨어 개발 속도와 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 유용한 도구이다. 개발자나 사용자는 성능 평가 결과와 로그 정보를 직관적으로 판단하기 위해 GUI 형태의 결과보고 도구(result report tool)나 뷰어(viewer)를 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 보통의 성능 평가 및 분석 도구가 이용하는 로그 데이터는 텍스트 기반의 저수준 정보이므로, 개발자의 다양한 요구에 맞는 분석 결과보고 도구 나 뷰어를 생성하기 위해서는 로그 정보에 대해 많은 분석 시간과 노력을 기울여야 한다. 본 논문은 내장형 시스템 개발자가 쉽고 편리하게 원하는 GUI 형태의 결과 분석도구를 생성할 수 있도록 하기 위한 프로파일 로그 분석 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 로그 분석 방법은 저수준의 성능 평가 로그를 분석하여 자료구조화 하는 모듈과 이것을 GUI 형태로 쉽게 변경할 수 있는 API 수준의 함수를 제공한다. 제안하는 로그 분석 방법에 의한 API를 통해 개발자나 사용자는 자신의 취향에 맞는 GUI 형태의 결과 분석 도구를 쉽고 빨르게 생성하여 내장형 소프트웨어 개발의 효율성을 높일 수 있다.

This study aims to analyse the effectiveness of the mathematics teacher's training program: whether the training program is effective to improve mathematics teachers' professional competency of the developing assessment instrument (including items) or not. The teachers who were attendee of the program did pre-test before the program and post-test after the program. They wrote the opinions on the pre-developed items which had many errors in the beginning and discussed their opinions each others in the middle of program. The differences between pre-test and post-test and between opinions in the beginning and in the middle were analysed. The first result of the study is that the teacher's professional competency which is evaluated as self-perceived points is improved with regard to understanding the standardized test, item difficulty and item discrimination. Secondly, the proportion of the opinion with concrete reasons is increased as the program progressed. Thirdly, the effective elements of the program are the discussion in the group, discussion between groups, and feedback from the instructor. But the ineffective element of the program is the insufficient time for practicing.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the development direction of a BIM performance assessment tool. To do this, a series of focused group interviews were conducted with BIM experts in South Korea regarding the objective, characteristic, potential problems of a BIM performance assessment tool. A survey questionnaire was developed based on the focused group interviews and distributed to practitioners through four different occasions. The survey results showed that there were the significant differences between practitioners by their field and years of experience about the objective, characteristic, potential problems of a BIM performance assessment tool. Based on the survey results, the consideration factors for developing a BIM performance assessment tool was suggested.

일반적으로 사람은 육체적, 정신적 그리고 심리적 자극에 반응할 경우 스트레스(Stress)가 유발된다. 이 스트레스는 정상적인 업무수행 뿐만 아니라 건강에 악영향을 미칠 수 있고, 피로누적의 한 원인이 되기 한다. 특히 열악한 환경에서 직무를 수행하는 선원에게 있어서 스트레스는 해양사고의 직간접적인 요인이 될 수 있기 때문에 선박 인적자원관리의 한 측면으로 중요하게 다루어질 필요가 있다. 이 연구는 해운기업이 선원의 인사 및 안전관리 시스템에 활용할 수 있는 선원용 스트레스 평가도구를 개발하기 위한 것으로, 기본영역, 가족생활영역, 재정영역, 직업 및 선박생활영역에 대하여 90개의 항목으로 구성된 설문도구를 개발하여 설문조사를 수행하였고, Holmes & Rahe의 사회적응평가도구의 항목 및 평가지수와 비교분석하여 한국 선원의 문화적 차이를 고려한 설문도구를 개발하기 위한 기초적 연구를 수행하였다.

Public libraries and the Library & Information Sciences departments at Korean universities are increasingly interested in the application of a variety of bibliotherapy methods. Bibliotherapy serves as a therapy to understand a client and participants basic material sources and the effects of that particular treatment (necessary for program verification of psychological tools utilized). Its design is based both on literature selection and employed activities tools. Currently, bibliotherapy has been used mainly as a method to understand and diagnose a client and participants using simple and uniform questions. The development of appropriate and, possibly, additional assessment tools and report forms required for bibliotherapy evaluations in this study will be applied to actual case scenarios to determine the validity of this program and/or tools.

The ability to creatively pursue new knowledge and perspectives across various disciplines has established itself as a basic literacy for living in the 21st-century convergence era. With the development of various creative education programs, assessment tools that can objectively and systematically evaluate learners' academic achievement are also required. Therefore, this paper proposed the self assessment, peer assessment, creativity assessment, and reflection tool based on the hyper blended practical model as assessment tools for creative convergence education programs for elementary and secondary school students. The developed assessment tools attempted to develop more completed evaluation methods by modifying two items and deleting four items through validity tests. In addition, the evaluation tool was applied to 596 elementary and secondary school students nationwide, and the application results were analyzed through one-way ANOVA and Wordcloud system. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the self assessment and the reflection tool need to develop questions according to the grade group. In addition, we proposed to use these assessment tools in blended classes or various educational activities in the changing classroom environment. We hope that this paper provides implications for developing evaluation systems and tools for creative convergence education.
