As awareness of social and environmental issues increases due to the gust of ESG management, interest in ESG management is increasing, and the influence of ESG evaluation is getting stronger, and libraries need to participate in ESG management evaluation. In order to apply ESG management to libraries, library ESG evaluation indicators must be developed. Therefore, this study attempted to comprehensively examine ESG management evaluation indicators of public institutions, including companies, and propose ESG management evaluation indicators applicable to libraries. To this end, it went through the process of investigating and analyzing ESG-related prior research, deriving preliminary evaluation indicators for libraries, collecting expert FGI opinions, developing primary library ESG evaluation indicators based on expert FGI opinions, and) examining the suitability of primary library ESG evaluation indicators. Finally, a total of 25 items were selected in the environmental area, a total of 56 items in the social area, and a total of 32 items in the governance area. In future studies, it is necessary to conduct ESG management evaluation for libraries based on this indicator.

본 연구는 도시 및 지역의 지속가능성을 측정하고 평가하기 위한 수단으로 요구되는 ‘지표’의 개발방법과 절차를 설정하는데 목적이 있다. 사례지역으로 미국의 잭슨빌, 시애틀, 오레건 지역을, 지표개발을 위한 방법론으로서는 Maclaren의 이론을 분석하였다. 분석을 통하여 지속가능성 지표는 단순한 평가수단이 아니라 그 개발과정을 통해 시민그룹의 지속가능한 발전에 대한 인식을 제고함과 동시에 구성원의 협력과 노력에 입각하여 미래지향적인 새로운 공동체를 만들어 나가는 강력한 매개체가 될 수 있다는 시사점을 추출하였다. 이를 토대로 지속가능성 도시지표 개발절차를, \circled1 지표개발 주체 형성 \circled2 목표 및 비전의 정립 \circled3지표개발에 따른 기본방침의 설정 \circled4 지표개발을 위한 측정 및 분석 \circled5 예비지표의 발굴과 지표선택기준 마련 \circled6 예비지표 평가를 통한 최종지표의 선택 \circled7 지표에 대한 측정 및 분석 \circled8 지표분석 결과 보고 및 발표 \circled9 지표작업평가 및 새로운 목표 수립 등 9단계로 설정하였다. 본 연구가 제시한 지속가능성 도시지표 개발절차는 우리 나라의 지역 및 도시단위에서 지속가능성 도시지표를 설정하는데 준거로 활용될수 있을 것이다.

This paper developed social equity indicators for evaluation of bus networks. This paper divided the social equity is into 4 categories such as horizontal equity, horizontal accessibility, vertical equity, and vertical accessibility and social equity was defined as integrated concept of these individual indicators. A simulation was performed by using the newly developed indicators to the toy network. On the basis of the simulation result, the social equity indicators are significant to the relative comparison for each zone. And, it was proved that optimal bus network alternative could be different depending on inclusion of the social equity indicators. Thus, it enabled to evaluate the bus network, as a public resource, considering not only the economic efficiency but also social equity. This paper suggested evaluation method for bus network considering social equity using indicators newly developed.

SWG(Smart Water Grid)는 한정적인 수자원을 효율적으로 이용하고 사용자 입맛에 맞춰 물을 안정적으로 공급하고자 하는 양방향 개념으로 수자원 분야에서 각광받는 실정이다. SWG의 성능을 평가하는 연구사례는 많지 않으며 현재 국내의 경우 실증단지를 구축하고 있는 단계이다. 그러므로 성능평가를 수행하기 위한 실측자료가 부재하므로 성능평가 지표선정에 활용 할 수 있는 자료가 제한적이다. 따라서 미국의 Leed, 영국의 BREEAM, 일본의 CASBEE, 호주의 Green Star의 인증 기준에서 수자원에 대한 항목과 기존의 IWA, World Bank, AWWA, JWWA, OFWAT 같은 해외 상수도 수행능 지표와 상수도 및 정수장 기술진단에서 제시하는 기준을 바탕으로 성능평가지표를 선정 보완하여 Water Facility Index, Smart Index, Optimum System Index로 분류하여 각 세부의 성능평가지표를 선정하였다. 선정된 지표는 AHP기법를 활용하여 1-4단계에 걸쳐 계층화를 실시하고 Bottom-up방식으로 4단계에서부터 1단계로 평가를 진행하도록 구성했다. 4단계에서는 계층 별 쌍대비교 결과를 바탕으로 중요도에 따른 가중치를 부여하고 차등 점수를 적용하며, 이는 3단계에서 필수적으로 만족해야하는 지표들을 설정하고 평가하기 위해 사용된다. 3단계에서는 지표평가 후 "보통" 이상의 점수를 획득해야 2단계로 진행할 수 있고, 2단계에서는 3가지 큰 지표를 설정 후 총점 기준 60%이상의 최소득점 기준을 만족해야 1단계로 진행할 수 있도록 구성했다. 이러한 절차를 바탕으로 마지막 1단계에서는 100점을 만점으로 하는 6단계의 최종성능을 평가하는 결과를 제시할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 국외 성능평가 사례 중 SWG와 관련된 지표를 구성하여 성능평가를 수행할 수 있는 기법을 제안하였다. 향후 지속적인 연구 진행 결과와 실측자료를 수집하여 수정 및 보완이 수행될 예정이다.

The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation indicators for special libraries. Finally. overall nine evaluation areas including library management. human resources. information resources, finance resources. facility resources. information uses. information services. information sharing and library specialities and 70 evaluation indicators in consideration of the special libraries' characteristics and environments were developed based on the results of the survey of the experts and librarians of the special libraries and on the application of statistical analysis.

본 연구는 정보시스템의 평가영역 및 평가지표를 개발하기 위한 것으로 선행연구에 대한 검토를 통하여 정보시스템의 주요 평가영역을 시스템영역, 사용자영역, 조직 및 경영영역, IS의 전략적 기여도 및 IS의 자원관리 적정도의 총 5개 영역으로 범주화하고 각 평가영역별 세부 평가지표를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 평가영역 및 세부 평가지표의 타당성을 검증하기 위한 실증분석 자료는 25개 정부기관에서 현재 운영중인 65개 정보시스템들을 대상으로 수집하였다. 분석결과 공공부문 정보시스템의 평가영역은 시스템영역, 사용자영역, 조직 및 경영영역, IS의 전략적 기여도, IS의 자원관리 적정도의 5개의 영역으로 이론적으로 도출된 가설적 모형과 동일한 것으로 확인되었으며, 세부 평가항목에 있어서도 시스템영역의 경우에는 시스템의 질, 정보의 질, 서비스의 질로 구성되는 것으로 나타나 가설적 모형과 일치하였다. 그러나 사용자영역은 원래 2개의 평가항목으로 즉, 인식된 유용성과 사용자 만족도로 구성되는 것으로 당초 추론하였으나 1개의 평가항목(사용자 만족도)으로 통합되는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 조직 및 경영영역은 내부업무효율성, 고객만족도, 조직혁신, 정보화역량 향상도의 4개 평가항목을 포함하는 것으로 확인되었다. 각 평가영역 및 평가항목을 구성하는 평가지표는 요인분석과 더불어 기준 타당도 분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 총 57개의 평가지표가 유의적으로 도출되었다.

This study proposed the improvement in the evaluation systems and indicators of small libraries, by analyzing the evaluation indicators of the current small libraries, domestic and foreign ones and domestic other institutions, and gathering opinions from managers of them and experts belonging to related groups, in order to enhance the management quality of small libraries and strengthen the independence of them, based on the evaluation on the activation and substantiality of them. The evaluation systems proposed by this study is divided into Track 1 evaluating small libraries and Track 2 evaluating local governments. The evaluation indicators of small libraries was simplified by eliminating the indicators found from the statistics of Track 1 (small libraries). Track 1 consists of three evaluation areas in regard to the management of small libraries, such as library management, infrastructures and services, 8 evaluation items, 10 evaluation indicators, quantitative (a total of 100 points) and qualitative (a total of 120 points) evaluation. Track 2 consists of 2 evaluation areas in regard to the establishment and enforcement of small library policies and the support for small libraries, such as library management and infrastructures, 4 evaluation items, 5 evaluation indicators and quantitative evaluation (a total of 100 points).

This study recommends the evaluation measures and indicators to evaluate the operations and performance of each Foreign Research Information Centers (FRIC) established to support the effective and efficient use of the foreign academic journals at the national level. The indicators are comprised by 3 major sections, subdivided into 35 sub-indexes. Each of indicators is scored according to the weights derived from the AHP survey to the related researchers and the practitioners. As a result, total score of 1,000 is distributed to 3 major sections of operational strategy section (190), operational systems section (440), and operational outcomes (370). Based on the evaluation indicators, measure dictionary is developed, followed by preliminary tests both by the parent organization and by each centers, in order to check the feasibility of the measurement.

본 연구의 목적은 객관적으로 측정가능한 이용자 중심의 정보검색시스템의 인터페이스 평가항목과 세부평가지표를 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여, 정보검색시스템의 이용자 요구사항과 인터페이스 요소를 분석하여 상관관계를 밝히고, 인터페이스 평가영역에 포함되는 인터페이스 요소와 이용자 요구사항을 파악한다. 국내외 인터페이스 평가모델을 종합하여 인터페이스 평가영역 및 지표를 도출하고 전문가 집단의 설문조사를 통해 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증한 인터페이스 평가지표를 정립하고자 한다.

In this study, the evaluation index was developed to design the project evaluation model, and the weight was given through the AHP survey. project was evaluated for the first time by using the designed evaluation model for the field appraisal. As a result, it was revealed that the weight of the propriety index of the participant effect and the project content was the highest among 20 indexes. This study is significant in having built a base on which the evaluation system could be stabilized, by developing the integrative project evaluation model of . However, we have yet to adequately address the evaluator's acceptability and efficacy in evaluating indicators. The validity and continuity of the evaluation model will be secured through this.
