A Design of 2 DOF PID Controller Using Performance Index (평가지표를 이용한 2자유도 PID제어기 설계)

  • PID control has been well used for several decades. For PID algorithms, some tuning methods are used for selecting PID parameters and with these selected parameters, PID control system is designed. But in some cases various kinds of performance indices are used instead of well-known tuning rules, and so variable type of performance index must be tested so that the designed control system meets the some specifications. For 2 DOF PID controller design this paper presents a linear combinational type of performance indices constituting of index for robust performance, which is obtained by h infinity norm of a weighted complementary sensitivity function, including other time domain indices such as error, energy and changing rate of control input. By numerical methods, the optimal 2 DOF PID parameters are obtained. Therefore various types of 2 degree of freedom PID controllers such as I-PD controller are used so that this two degree of freedom PID controllers may give more desirable output characteristics. Simulations are done with MATLAB m file and mdl files.

  • 오늘날 각국에 널리 통용되고 있는 물가지수의 작성법은 반드시 개관적 지표성을 뚜렷이 인정할만한 정립된 이론의 토대 위에 서있는 것같지 않다. 지금 우리에게 보편적 산식이 되어있는 Laspeyres식을 본다 할 때 대상상품의 종목이나 가중치의 결정방법도 문제려니와 기준시점(연도)의 이동에 따른 전후 지수체계의 불가피한 비연결성은 치명적 결함의 조건이다.

  • This study provides an overview of the accreditation landscape in Korea, and identifies some problems in the current accrediting review program which assesses the library's achievements These are as follows: (1) The weight given to the library sector is insufficient. (2) There are no indicators to appraise the achiement of the informational and educational functions of academic libraries (3) It is completely devoted to input indicators, but not process or output indicators (4) It is impossible to evaluate the quality os library services. (5) The units of statistics are not standardised. Some alternative measures and indicators are proposed to evaluate the performances of academic libraries' services. It is suggested that an official draft should be prepared by Korean academic librarians to amend the library sector of current accrediting review program.

  • There is a growing emphasis on objective and quantified performance measurement methodologies for the interactions that occur within modern companies. This is due to the importance of establishing and practicing future-oriented strategies by estimating the present value of the company and the current energy status through objective evaluation of the company. Therefore, the selection of KPI as a performance index using BSC (Balance Scorecard), which is a recent objective performance measurement methodology, has become very important. Although many studies on existing KPIs have been made in various industries, KPI studies on SI companies have been insufficient. This study focuses on finding KPIs applicable to SI companies. The study on the KPI design system according to general strategy of SI companies and the development of methodology and evaluation index according to index development for each group were carried out and the weighting methodology according to each evaluation index was presented.

A Study on the Development of Meta-Evaluation Indicators for Defense R&D Programs by Using FA/AHP Methods (FA/AHP 기법을 활용한 국방연구개발사업 메타평가 지표 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop meta evaluating indicators for Defense R&D Programs in Korea. At first, the four components of this meta evaluation model were designed, which are evaluation context, evaluation input, evaluation process, evaluation output. And fifty two indicators were developed for this meta evaluation. Basic model of meta evaluation was derived from the literature review and brain storming. And this meta evaluation model was determined by adapting the result of experts who performed evaluations for Defense R&D Programs in recent years. Factor Analysis method was used to verify the validity of meta evaluation model. The survey of fifty three members turned out that Cronbach' ${\alpha}$ was over 0.6 in evaluation components and items. And the reliability of evaluation context was 0.877, that of evaluation input was 0.755, that of evaluation process was 0.755, that of evaluation output was 0.755 respectively. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method was used in assigning the evaluation weight. The survey of twenty two members showed that the Consistency Ratio was 0.09 in evaluation components and items.

AHP를 이용한 항공교통문화 수준의 평가 연구

  • 본 연구는 한국의 항공교통 문화수준을 가늠할 수 있는 지표를 개발하는 차원에서 항공교통문화지수를 도입하였으며 연구방법으로는 전문가의 설문을 통한 델파이기법과 AHP기법을 사용하여 항공사, 공항, 이용자의 영역별 항목별 가중치를 산정한 후 합산하여 항공교통문화지수를 산출하였다. 지수에 대한 평가는 위에서 언급한 세 분야의 세부항목을 설정하고 각 항목별 모니터링을 통하여 계량화하였다. 객관적이고 보편타당한 평가를 위해 국제민간 항공관련 기관에서 사용하는 기준을 중심으로 산출된 항공교통문화 지수를 통해 한국의 항공교통문화 수준을 판단하려는 시도가 이루어졌다.

  • 전 세계적인 기후변동과 기후변화의 영향으로 대규모 인명 및 재산피해를 유발하는 자연재난의 빈도와 강도가 증가하고 있다. 이렇게 변화하는 상황에서 효율적인 대책을 수립하기 위해서는 재해에 노출된 특성을 지역적 특성과 함께 고려하여 지역별로 재해에 위험한 정도를 평가하는 것이 선행되어지고, 재난 피해 발생전에 피해 지역 및 범위를 예측하는 것이 필요하다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 자연재난 피해의 65% 이상을 차지하는 호우피해를 대상으로 PSR(Pressure-State-Response) 구조를 이용하여 호우피해위험지수(Heavy rain Damage Risk Index, HDRI)를 제안하여 호우 위험도를 평가하고자하였다. 또한 도출된 지역별 위험등급에 따른 호우피해 예측함수를 개발하여 재해발생 전에 개략적인 피해의 범위를 예측하고자 하였다. 먼저 지역별 호우 위험도 평가를 위해 압력지표, 현상지표, 대책지표를 구축하고, 주성분분석을 이용하여 평가지표를 결정하였다. 결정된 평가지표를 동일한 가중치를 부여하여 호우피해위험지수를 도출하였다. 분석결과, 경기도 31개 지자체 중에서 가장 안전한 1등급인 지자체는 15개의 지자체로 나타났으며, 2등급인 지자체는 7개, 3등급인 지자체는 9개로 분류되었다. 지자체별 호우 위험도 등급에 따라서 재해기간별 총강우량, 재해일수, 선행강우량(1~5일), 지속시간별 최대강우량(1~24시간) 등의 자료를 설명변수로 구축하였고, 다중회귀모형과 주성분분석을 활용하여 예측함수를 개발하였다. 등급별 호우피해 예측함수는 N-RMSE가 12~18%로 호우피해를 적절하게 예측하는 것으로 평가되었다. 본 연구를 통해 지자체별 호우피해위험도 등급을 파악 할 수 있으며, 평가된 호우피해위험도 등급별로 호우피해 예측함수 개발을 통해 사전에 호우피해 발생 및 규모를 파악할 수 있게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과는 각 지자체 및 관련 부처에서 효과적인 방재체계를 수립하는데 있어 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 본 연구는 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하여 건강보험청구료에 있어서 이상정도가 심한 요양기관을 탐지하고, 실제 의료영역에 적용하기 위한 시스템 개발을 목적으로 한다. 현재 건강보험 심사평가원의 이상탐지시스템은 평가대상이 되는 항목을 개별적으로 평가하고, 탐지된 기관의 선정 이유에 대한 근거제시가 부족한 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 항목을 종합적으로 평가할 수 있는 정량적 지표를 설계하고, 항목들의 상대적 중요도를 파악할 수 있도록 항목들에 대한 가중치 부여한다. 또한 지표에서 얻어진 값으로 등급을 구분하고, 의사결정나무기법(decision tree)를 이용하여 해석력을 높이는 방법을 제시한다.

Development of Key Indicators for Nurses Performance Evaluation and Estimation of Their Weights for Management by Objectives (목표관리를 적용한 간호사 성과평가 핵심 지표개발과 가중치 산정)

  • This methodological research was designed to develop performance evaluation key indicators (PEKIs) for management by objectives (MBO) and to estimate their weights for hospital nurses. Methods: The PEKIs were developed by selecting preliminary indicators from a literature review, examining content validity and identifying their level of importance. Data were collected from November 14, 2007 to February 18, 2008. Data set for importance of indicators was obtained from 464 nurses and weights of PEKIs domain was from 453 nurses, who worked for at least 2 yr in one of three hospitals. Data were analyzed using $X^2$-test, factor analysis, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process. Results: Based upon Content Validity Index of .8 or above, 61 indicators were selected from the 100 preliminary indicators. Finally, 40 PEKIs were developed from the 61 indicators, and categorized into 10 domains. The highest weight of the 10 domains was customer satisfaction, which was followed by patient education, direct nursing care, profit increase, safety management, improvement of nursing quality, completeness of nursing records, enhancing competence of nurses, indirect nursing care, and cost reduction, in that order. Conclusion: PEKIs and their weights can be utilized for impartial evaluation and MBO for hospital nurses. Further research to verify PEKIs would lead to successful implementation of MBO.

Deduction of Attributes' Weight for Companies' Job Creation by Applying Fuzzy Decision Making Analysis (퍼지 다기준 의사결정법을 이용한 기업의 일자리 창출 평가지표의 가중치 도출)

  • This paper attempts to select the attributes of job creation and to rank them for evaluation of companies' job creation. And the results of this paper are expected to provide the information for the polices of job creation. In doing so, this paper applies fuzzy decision making analysis that reflects ambiguity and uncertainty in decision-making process. According to the results, the weight of quality of employment is similar with that of quantity of employment. In addition, annual employment growth rate, annual net employment are ranked as first and the percentage of irregular employment, the average length of employment of all workers, average monthly wages of all workers, and employment growth over sales growth rate are next ranked.
