본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 프로그래밍 수업에 형성 평가를 여러 차례 적용하여 가산점을 부여하는 경우 학습자들의 학습 의욕과 성적 향상도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 연구하였다. 비교 분석을 위해 형성 평가를 적용한 그룹과 적용하지 않은 학습자 그룹의 성적 향상도를 비교하였으며, 그 결과 이와 같은 평가 방법을 통해 형성 평가를 적용한 그룹 중 중위권 이상의 성적을 갖는 학습자들의 성적이 상대적으로 더 크게 향상된 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this research is to suggest the method of code analysis for evaluating learners' projects in computational thinking(CT) education. Recently, block programming tools are applied to K-12 SW education, this study considered the assessment method for evaluating students' levels and learning about CT concepts through analyzing codes of the Scratch projects that students created. As a result from the analysis of 45 projects of novices, it showed the bad coding patterns of novices and verified that it is possible to evaluate students' learning about CT concepts through the analysis of their codes. The higher learner's level, the greater scores of logical thinking, synchronization, flow control, and data representation. This result is able to apply to student assessment of CT concepts in K-12 SW education.

일반적으로 오디오 시스템 혹은 AV 장치의 음질 평가는 숙련된 음질 평가자(Trained Listeners)의 주관적 평가 기준에 의해 평가가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 방법은 평가자의 개인적 선호도(Preference) 및 청취 환경에 따라 음질 평가 결과가 왜곡되는 현상이 쉽게 발생하게 된다. 이런 이유로 주관적인 음질 평가 방법은 음질 평가자의 체감 음질과 직접적인 관계가 있음에도 불구하고 정확성 및 시불변성에 취약한 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 오디오 시스템 혹은 AV 장치에 대한 주관적인 음질 평가 방법을 기본 모델로 이용하여 주관적 음질 평가 항목과 계량화가 가능한 객관적 음질 평가 항목과의 상관 관계를 규명하여 기존의 주관적 음질 평가를 대체할 수 있는 객관적 음질 평가 방법을 새로이 제시한다.

인터넷과 통신 기술의 발달로 사이버학습, 원격교육 등 많은 서비스가 제공되고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 매체 발전에 비해 원격 교육으로 인한 학습자의 학습 효과에 대한 연구는 미약하다. 원격 교육의 경우 매체의 특성상 학습자의 편리, 시공간적인 제약의 극복 등 많은 긍정적 효과들을 바탕으로 자기주도 학습을 가능하게 하지만, 모니터링 기능의 부재로 학습자의 자기조절학습이 어려워 학습 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안이 요구되어 진다. 원격교육에서 학습자의 성실한 학습태도는 학습효과를 높이는 중요한 요소이다. 원격 학습자가 학습 컨텐츠를 수강하기 시작하여 마치기까지 모니터링 함으로써 학습자의 집중도와 성취도를 평가하고자 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 원격 교육에서 학습자의 학습 태도를 실시간으로 평가하고 분석하는 모니터링 기능을 가진 학습 평가 시스템을 구현하여, 학습 효과를 높일 수 있었다.

Formative evaluation is an evaluation activity performed in the process of teaching and learning. The general purpose of formative evaluation is to provide the feedback and correct identified problems in the process of teaching and learning. In this paper, we propose a system which provides each student with individualized feedback in formative evaluation. The evaluation questionnaire in the system are produced on the basis of the section criteria such as knowledge, comprehension, and application. The evaluation result is categorized and evaluated according to the given criteria. Then different feedback is provided for each student advising where he or she should make up for weak areas. Moreover our system offers instructors the itemized correct answer ratio data as well as sets of individualized feedback delivered to students. It gives an additional benefit to ensure the improvement of teaching methods.

본 논문에서는 국내 디지털 저작권 보호 업체 혹은 대학 및 연구소에서 개발하고 생산하는 포렌식마크 기술의 품질을 객관적으로 평가할 수 있는 평가절차와 평가지표를 정량적으로 제시하였다. 포렌식마크 기술을 객관적으로 평가하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 우선, 구매자 정보(포렌식마크라)가 삽입된 테스트 영상의 공격 항목과 수준을 정하고, 포렌식마크 정보의 추출 성능을 평가하기 위한 평가절차로서 평가항목, 평가기준, 평가절차를, 그리고 인증을 위해서는 포렌식마크 기술의 신뢰성에 대한 통계정보를 포함하는 인증서를 생성하기 위한 인증절차를 포함하였다. 이러한 포렌식마크 기술의 평가 및 인증 지침은 기술 개발자에게는 자신들이 개발한 포렌식마크 기술에 대한 객관적인 평가결과를 미리 알아볼 수 있어서 기술의 상품성을 점검할 수 있고 소비자 입장에서는 객관적이고 보편타당성 있는 평가 결과에 대한 신뢰를 가질 수 있다. 평가자 입장에서는 표준 평가를 통해 객관적이고 정량적인 평가 결과를 얻을 수 있어서 상대적인 우열을 가리기가 용이해지는 편리성을 얻을 수 있다. 이를 통하여 포렌식마크 기술의 발전과 디지털 저작권 보호 시장의 활성화에 일조를 할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

이 연구는 현존해 있는 다양한 임상평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관한 분석 서술 연구이다. Rines(1974)에 의하면 평가는 학습경험을 통하여 목적을 달성하는 지의 여부를 측정하는 것이라고 하였고 평가의 목적은 교육증진을 도모하며, 목표를 설정하고, 학생의 학습진행과정을 사정하여 학생들을 위한 프로그램을 사정, 개발시키는데 있다고 피력 하였다. 간호교육에는 실무교육이 많은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 또한 많은 간호교육자들은 실습평가에 있어 많은 어려움을 경첩하고 있다. 이러한 난해한 실습평가도구를 개발하기 위하여 선행된 우선순위로써 현존해 있는 다양한 평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도를 평가하는 것이 의의 있는 일이라 사료된다. 이 논문은 실습평가도구의 신뢰도와 타당도에 관심을 가진 임상지도교수나 간호교육자들을 대상으로 한 서술적 연구이다. 우선 간호교육평가에 있어서의 문제점을 분석하고 평가도구에 대한 전문가(Authority)의 의견을 피력한 다음 저자의 의견을 서술하였다. 결론적으로 현재까지 개발된 완전한 임상실습평가의 방법은 없다. 그러므로 현존해 있는 평가방법을 서술평가하고 문제점을 지적하므로써 질적인 평가도구개발에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 앞으로 간호교육자들이 각 문제점들을 보완하여 교육목적을 달성시킬 수 있는 효율적인 평가도구를 개발하는 것이 급선무이다.

The objective of this study is to develop a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of in-vehicle pedestrian warning systems. Driving Simulator-based experiments were conducted to collect data to represent driver's responsive behavior. The braking frequency, lane change duration, and collision speed were used as measure of effectiveness (MOE) to evaluate the effectiveness. Collision speed data obtained from the simulation experiments were further used to predict pedestrian injury severity. Results demonstrated the effectiveness of warning information systems by reducing the pedestrian injury severity. It is expected that the proposed evaluation methodology and outcomes will be useful in developing various vehicular technologies and relevant policies to enhance pedestrian safety.

This paper presents the online assessment questions management system and method. The proposed system consists of a database to store learner information and zone-specific items grouped by difficulty and item bank. This database includes: an item selection department and authoring assessment to select questions about a particular learner or specific learning item. In this paper, we propose: an item bank database which stores online output assessments; and an online test department to collect and sort learner evaluation data and answer selection order for online tests, click statistics, response time, and analysis unit response patterns department by analyzing the data collected by the online learners' test assessment, learners' level and ability, the diagnosis and assessment of report propensity. The proposed system will diagnose and effectively evaluate the learner's learning levels and learning ability by: answer selection order, number of clicks, and response time reflected in the results of the learners' evaluations.

As the interest in software education grew, the Ministry of Education was also required to provide software education for practical course of grades 5-6. In this study, learner-centered evaluation was applied to software education to analyze its effectiveness. It is hoped that many teachers will apply learner-centered evaluation to software education to become more effective software education in school. In a learner-centered evaluation, students can expect positive effects by actively participating in classes and engaging in active learning activities. Through learner-centered evaluation, we have taken into account the various background variables to see how students' three aspects, creativity, problem-solving ability and information-use ability change, and how learner-centered evaluation affects these abilities in software education. The result of research have shown that in software education, learner-centered evaluations have all had significant effects on creativity, problem-solving ability and information-use ability, as well as the existence of entry/scratch study experience.
