본 논문에서는 기업내의 지식활동 주체들이 지식경영을 실천하는데 필수적인, 지식에 대한 가치평가 기준을 제시한다. 이 평가기준은 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조에서 도출하였다. 지식경영의 궁극적 목적을 기업의 경영전략의 실현으로 파악하여, 지식의 가치를 기업의 사명, 비전, 경영목표 및 경영전략 등이 형성해내는 기업의 경영전략적 모형안에서 찾았다. 기업의 경영전략적 모형의 구조안에서, 업무처리 지식에 대한 가치측정은, 이 구조가 제한하는 단일지식에 대한 완성도와 복잡도로 평가하였다. 그리고 기업의 경영방향에 관련된 지식의 가치는, 그 구조요소들 사이의 중요도와 연관성으로 평가하였다.

IT(Information Technology) 제품의 보안 기능을 평가하기 위한 서로 다른 체계를 이용함으로써 평가를 위한 이중의 비용 소요와 추가의 시간 소모 등의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 미국, 영국 등의 선진국들은 국제간에 상호 인정이 가능한 공통평가기준(CC : Common Criteria)에 대한 연구를 활발히 수행하고 있고, CCRA(Common Criteria Recognition Agreement)에 가입한 나라에서 평가된 제품은 다른 나라에서 재평가 과정을 거치지 않고 상호 인정하는 CCRA 라는 평가를 위한 국제 조약을 체결하여 시행 중에 있다. 그러나 CC는 다양한 보안 제품에 대하여 시행되고 있고, 표준안의 분량이 매우 많을 뿐만 아니라 복잡하며, 개발자와 평가자, 그리고 이용자 모두가 평가를 위한 기술적, 관리적, 절차적 과정의 이해가 무엇보다도 중요하다. 따라서 CC 주요 주체에 대한 평가 교육의 필요성이 매우 중요하게 대두되고 있다. 또한 우리 나라도 국제공통평가기준 인정 협정인 CCRA로의 가입을 준비중에 있고, 다양한 제품으로 평가제도의 확대를 준비하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 각 나라의 CC 교육 과정을 분석하고, 현재 CC 체제하에서 평가된 정보보호 제품들의 특성을 분석하며, 이를 바탕으로 우리의 평가 교육 현실을 살펴본 후, 국내 CC 교육 프레임워크와 실천 방안을 제시한다.

This aim of this study is to support the value criteria that citizen evaluate themselves it when they found modern heritages in their town. To understand the changing of value criteria for the cultural heritage, we have to begin from early 20 century that were, however, diversified after 80's. As a result, early they evaluated with the architectural and aesthetic value mainly, after they evaluated with the social-cultural value and academical value, and nowadays they try to include the economical value and educational value. So this study rearranged and divided that value with the preservation and using value. The preservation value include the historical value, aesthetic value, social-cultural value and academical value, and the using value include the economical value and educational value. The criteria, however, don't have the equal importance, This study try to redefine relative importance score with paired comparison. As a result, Historical value is proved that most important criteria, but aesthetic value got the score lower than social-cultural value, and similar with academical values. And in using values, economical value and educational value got the low score. It means that if some researcher insist about the importance of economical value, it should evaluate lower than preservation values. This study insist that we have to include diversified values and that values have relatives score. Actually, now we mostly evaluate with the architecture and aesthetic values about modern heritage, so we are losing a lot of modern heritage. If we include the diversified values, social-cultural, academical and educational value, we can conserve our important modern heritage and revitalizing town with tourism of historical heritage.

There has been a lot of researches on the major motivation of consumer's choice for airlines. Due to the competition in airline industries, most of airlines offer a various level of benefits to customers such as a frequent traveller bonus, a schedule, services in flight including a meal and an entertainment program, a discounted fare and an intangible part of personal service. However, it is very difficult to measure the performance of the customers' benefit and to identify the weight of each factor being considered on the airline choice. In this paper, we focus on the airline choice process for the business travellers. The AHP is applied to evaluate the factors reflecting the business travellers' choice for airlines. This study will be useful to build a marketing plan for the business traveller's market.

The purpose of this study is the design of the archival appraisal criteria to judge important research records and set the appraisal direction in the public research institution. The scope of research was limited to design the applicable appraisal criteria at the research institutions rather than in national level and the appraisal criteria examples in three public research institutions were analyzed. Based on the results of this analysis, I suggested the appraisal and selection criteria for long term preservation of research records including 10 appraisal areas. This study has a little limit because the suggested appraisal criteria was not verified by researchers(key appraiser) and enough examples were not analyzed. However, this study can support research institutions to set the scope and type of research records to be preserved. In addition, I hope that this study can give a little help institutions to judge and select key research records.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the model of supporting decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement and to apply the model and method suggested to the case of the University Student's housing choice. The criteria and alternatives are evaluated in terms of intuitive judgement and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). The university students of the Daegu Metropolitan area consider the socioeconomic and environmental factors more important than the characteristics of housing to evaluate their future housing types. In terms of the student's intuitive judgement, socio-educational environment, accessibility, economy, natural environment, and the characteristics of housing are considered in order as an important criteria of evaluating housing. The orders of the important criteria done by an intuitive judgement and the AHP are different. In terms of the AHP, apartment, detached dwelling, and row house are preferred in order as the student's future housing types. The orders of preferred housing types are, however, dynamically changed based on specific criteria. In sum, the model of decision making and the method of evaluating criteria and alternatives by value judgement will be applied to the real problems defined by uncertainty and high risk.

최근 전기용품 안전기준(이하 K 기준)의 국제규격(이하 IEC 규격) 부합화에 따라 온도퓨즈(thermal-links)에 대한 노화시험(ageing test)이 중요한 성능평가항목으로 부각되고 있다. 특히, 50일 이상 소요되는 온도퓨즈의 노화시험을 하기 위해서는 규격에 적합한 온도상승률을 가지고, 용단시간 및 용단온도를 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 시스템이 구축되어야 하므로, 그 성능평가설비 또한 매우 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 온도퓨즈의 K 기준 및 IEC 규격을 분석하여 노화시험항목을 고찰하였으며, 온도퓨즈 노화시험설비 자동화시스템을 개발하여 국제적 수준의 성능평가기술 기반을 구축하였다. 이러한, 시험설비의 자동화시스템 개발은 성능평가기술을 향상시킬 뿐만 아니라 향후 시험기관의 국제적 위상 제고(提高)에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

Recent aggressive threats by North Korea using small drones have heavily impacted on ROK(Republic of Korea) society and it seems to be agreed that counter-drone systems are required to protect our properties. ROK government has been investigating current counter-drone systems for national important facilities. However, there is no consensus standard to evaluate the systems. This paper is to propose a counter-drone system evaluation framework which is the outcome through RMA(Revolution in Military Affairs) thinking process. The RMA thinking process is currently well-implemented in ROK army to develop future military strategy. The proposed framework has 4 categories - threat analysis of North Korea small drones, convergence of detection, tracking and neutralizing systems, integrated operations and available experts and organization - which have corresponding criteria.

Nowaday OECD countries actively introduce the performance audit to evaluate the performance of public policies. Motivated by the current trend in practice, this paper presents performance audit indices and methodology developed for evaluating the transportation investment projects and policies. The main contribution of this study would be twofold:1) key performance indices, 5Es + 4Cs rule, and methodology of performance audit are derived from foreign (GAO, NAO) and domestic (BAI) audit reports; 2) checklists (key issues and focuses) of performance audit are suggested as ranks. It is also suggested that further studies are needed to maintain the indices and the methodology to achieve sustainable performance of transportation projects and policies.

By applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method, we calculated the weight of factors related to the selection of check dam sites and generated basic data related to the selection of the target site. As a result of the AHP classification, three evaluation items(Susceptibility, Vulnerability, and Constructability), 12 evaluation factors (Susceptibility 10, Vulnerability, and Constructability 1), and two-six evaluation criteria in each evaluation factor were selected. After calculating the relative importance by using the selected evaluation items, evaluation factors, and criteria, the vulnerability items such as medical facilities, facilities for the aged, educational facilities, and private homes were found to be higher than the other items. When the relative weight for deciding qualified sites was applied to the forest watersheds in the Gangwon region, 8,601 forest watersheds(35.2 % of the total forest watersheds) were found to be suitable for the installation of check dams.
