동해 심해 8광구 시추작업을 계기로 우리나라 해양구조물 분야 안전관리제도의 문제점이 식별되고 있다. 이번 동해 시추작업과 관련한 사전 안전진단은 국내규정의 미비로 영국의 보건안전규정을 적용하여 검토하였다. 이 연구에서는 위험평가를 기반으로 하는 영국 해양플랜트 보건안전규정을 소개하고, 관련 국내규정의 개선방안을 제안하였다.

2006년 정부에서 암정복 10개년 계획을 발표하면서 추진전략의 하나로 암환자 재활 및 완화의료 지원 강화가 포함되었다. 2008년부터 '말기암환자 전문의료기관 지정고시'를 제정하여 인력, 시설, 장비기준을 충족할 경우 완화의료전문기관으로 지정하여 사업평가 및 운영비를 지원하고 있다. 2010년 암관리법이 개정 공포되면서 '완화의료제도' 관련규정 또한 강화되었으며, 2011년 대상자, 사업범위, 인력기준, 시설기준 등이 포함된 시행령 및 시행규칙을 개정 공포함에 따라 말기암환자 완화의료 전문기관에서는 이 규정에 따라 평가 및 운영되고 있다. 말기암환자는 호스피스완화의료의 일부이지만 현재 정부의 제도안에서 시행되는 법령이기에 호스피스완화의료기관 운영에 도움이 되기를 바라며 암관리법 중 완화의료관련 규정을 소개하고자 한다.

시스템의 안전성을 평가하기 위해 안전성 문제 해결 도구인 SPR［1］을 이용하여 보안 모델을 프롤로그 기반의 명세 언어인 SPSL로 기술하여 안전성을 검증한다. 보안 모델은 시스템의 3가지 컴포넌트, 시스템 보안 상태(system security states), 접근 통제 규칙(access control rules), 그리고 보안 기준(security criteria)으로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 보안 모델의 보안 기준에 NTFS의 다중 사용 권한을 적용하여 명세하고 안전성 문제 해결방법을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 배출권거래제는 2015년 1월부터 도입된다. 정부는 그 동안 시행령을 마련하였고, 앞으로 기본계획과 할당계획을 확정할 예정이다. 기본계획과 할당계획은 구체적인 최종 세부 운영규칙과 관련된 사항이다. 각 운영요소의 대안별 선택 및 대안간 평가에 관한 실증적 검토, 운영요소 간 상호 연계 효과 등에 관한 최종적 점검이 필요하다.

소 및 쇠고기 이력추적에 관한 법률'이 2007년 12월 21일 제정되고 그 하위법령인 시행령과 시행규칙, 관련 고시 등이 마련되어 12월 22일부터 전국의 모든 소를 대상으로 한 "쇠고기 이력추적제"가 시행된다. 이에 소의 거래 등으로 인한 이동경로, 쇠고기에 대한 원산지, 등급판정결과, 위생검사결과, 소의 종류, 사육자, 도축장 등의 정보가 생산자와 소비자 등에게 제공된다.

Conventional binary addition rules require a carry formation and propagation to the most significant bit, and lead to serial addition. Thus, the carry progapation in a binary addition stands as a hindrance to the full utilization of parallelism optics offers, Optical adders using a modified signed-digit(MSD) number system have been proposed to eliminate the carry propagation chain states to represent the three possible digits of MSD number system must encode three different states to represent the three possible digits of MSD. In the paper, we propose the design of a parallel optical adder based on 2-bit addition rules using the method of symbolic substitution(SS).

As e-commerce developing rapidly, it is becoming a research focus about how to find customer's behavior patterns and realize commerce intelligence by use of Web mining technology. One of the most successful and widely used technologies for building personalization and goods recommendation system is collaborating filtering. However, collaborative filtering have serious data sparsity problem. Traditional association rule does not consider user's interests or preferences to provide a user with specific personalized service.In this paper, we propose an goods recommendation system, which is integrated an collaborative filtering algorithm with item-to-item corelation and an improved Apriori algorithm. This system has user's interests or preferences ro provide a user with specific personalized service.

Most of the data sets to which the conventional discriminant rules have been applied contain only those which belong to one and only one class among the classes of interest. However the extension of the bivalence to multivlaence like Fuzzy concepts strongly influence the traditional view that an object must belong to only class. Thus the goal of this paper is to develop new discriminant rules which can handle the data each object of which may belong to moer than two classes with certain degrees of belongings. A calibration model is used for the relationship between the feature vector of an object and the degree of belongings and a Bayesian inference is made with the Metropolis algorithm on the degree of belongings when a feature vector of an object whose membership is unknown is given. An evalution criterion is suggested for the rules developed in this paper and comparision study is carried using two training data sets.
