This paper introduces a new design method of realizing the machine control interface by using bio-signals(EEG/EOG). This method can be further expanded to be applied to the computer system responding to EEG or EOG signals and the general bio-feedback system. For this reason, we made the remotely controlled toy system controlled by the EEG spectrums, their combination indexes, and EOG parameters. And the headset that has bio-signal processing modules built-in offers convenience for users, and this make much more advanced system than any other existing BCI and BMI system.

This paper describes the design and implementation of a 3-tiered proxy driving system utilizing smartphones. This system provides customers with a convenient request facility, and enables proxy drivers to provide a prompt service based on customer's location information. Implemented system supports two methods such as the existing phone-call and the online requesting method using smartphones. Performance analysis shows that the higher the ratio of online requests, the greater the effect of decreasing of phone jockey's workloads and the reduction of request processing time through the automation of receipt and processing. From a proxy driver company's standpoint, this system minimizes the increase of phone jockeys, and improves customer satisfaction through good service quality. This system also helps the company reduce the cost and increase the market share.

가상 성형 시스템은 실제 성형 수술을 시행하지 않은 상태에서도 성형 후의 형상을 가상적으로 시뮬레이션해 봄으로써 고객의 의사 결정과 성형의의 수술 계획 및 상담을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 그래픽 시스템이다. 본 논문은 가변 워핑 마스크와 스머지 필터를 이용한 2D 가상 성형 시스템의 반자동 필드 워핑을 제안함으로써 가상 성형의 편의성과 실용성을 제고함에 그 목적이 있다. 제안된 2D 가상 성형 시스템은 마우스로 스머지 필터를 조작하여 얼굴 구성 요소의 윤곽 형상을 원하는 형태로 변형할 수 있는 직관적인 사용자 인터페이스를 제공한다. 얼굴 구성 요소의 스머징 전후의 윤곽선을 대상으로 다각형 근사화에 기반한 계층적 제어선 매핑을 통해 획득한 제어선 쌍들을 이용하여 반자동 필드 워핑을 수행함으로써 소스 제어선으로부터 목표 제어선까지 점진적으로 변해가는 다수의 중간 프레임들을 생성한다. 또한 이 반자동 필드 워핑을 수행할 시, 성형부위의 변형을 따라 단계적으로 모양이 변하는 가변 워핑 마스크를 사용함으로써 변형 부위 이외의 얼굴 구성 요소들에 대해서는 왜곡을 최소화하는 지역적 변형 특성을 제고한 것이 특징이다. 제안된 2D 가상 성형 시스템은 직관적이고 편리한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있기 때문에 시간이 적게 소요되고 작업 피로도가 낮아 실용성이 높다. 따라서 비숙련자도 간단한 사용자 입력만으로 만족스러운 가상 성형 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 특히 짧은 시간 내에 성형의와 고객이 만족하는 직관적인 상담을 가능케 하는 것이 장점이다.

This paper suggests a way to construct an information management system for manufacturing process not by modifying existing solutions but by designing and developing its own solution, then examines its effects. To solve problems of existing systems, objects to be managed are organized and coded hierarchically so that a management system becomes more flexible and efficient in handling user's various needs and changes of equipments. We also provide user-customized reporting function where reporting forms are dynamically constructed depending on user's need. To validate our approach, we implement a real system and illustrate some useful examples.

Enterprise portal(EP) is the emerging service and technologies in recent business area. We divided the three subportal of EP - IPP(Information Processing Porta), DPP(Decisino Processing Portal) and EKP(Enterprise Knowledge Portal). IPP include the information processing area that conduct the general business field. DPP is the area that can support the employee's decision processing and making according to their roles. The function of EKP assist the tacit knowledge management and the collaboration job among knowledge workers. If we efficiently integrate and aggregate their subportal, our business information system can achieve more efficient and effective business performance. Also we can anticipate this model that serve the system environment, supporting the user friendly circumstance, enforcing e-business activity, connecting between customer and supplier, positioning more competitive advantage.

최근에 휴대 단말기를 이용한 무선 인터넷이 급속도로 발전하고 있으며, 이에 기업의 전자상거래 환경도 무선 인터넷 환경으로 옮겨가고 있는 추세이며, 또한 그 응용 범위를 넓히기 위한 연구들도 많이 수행되고 있다. 그러한 연구 중 사용자의 편의성 및 경제성을 제공하기 위한 연구로서 무선 환경 하에서의 이동 에이전트를 이용한 자동협상 시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 좁은 대역폭과 휴대 단말기의 제한된 자원과 같은 무선 단말기의 특성 때문에 기존의 에이전트를 기반으로 하는 자동 협상 시스템을 무선 환경 하에서 적용하여 사용하는 데는 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 에이전트 기반 협상 시스템을 무선 환경 하에서 협상을 수행할 수 있도록 확장한 ENS(Extended Negotiation System 을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 ENS은 기존의 협상 전략을 포함하여 무선 환경 하에서 이용할 수 있도록 하였으며, 무선 환경의 구매자가 무선 단말기를 장시간 이용함으로써 부담해야 하는 경제적, 시간적 비용을 감소시키기 위하여 좀 더 효율적으로 자동 협상을 수행하는 구매 에이전트를 설계, 구현하였다. 또한 본 논문에서 제안한 협상 엔진은 협상을 수행하는데 핵심적이 역할을 수행하며, 빠른 시간 내에 제안을 생성하고, 탐색 공간을 축소함으로써 좀더 효율적으로 협상을 수행하도록 인공 지능 분야의 여러 문제들에 대해 그 효율성이 증명된 CSP 기법을 사용한다.

지역 사업에 있어서 주문 배달 시스템은 고객의 편의 제공 및 Franchise의 수익 구조에 큰 영향을 준다. 주문 배달 시스템에 있어서 중요한 점은 다양하게 존재하는 지역 정보들을 효과적으로 이용하는데 있다고 할 것이다. 현재 국내 사이트에서 구축되어 있는 지역 정보 관리 시스템은 분리된 해당 지역 정보만 제공하고 있는 실정이다. 즉, 통합된 체계의 정보 서비스가 되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 전국의 모든 지역 정보 관리를 시행하는 사이트는 전무한 상태이다. 본 논문의 부 프로세스에서는 지역 사업을 하는 데 있어 필요로 하는 다양한 지역 정보를 데이터베이스화하고 그에 따라 여러 가지 형태의 UI(User Interface)를 제공하고, 또한 상점에서 사용하는 사용자 프로그램의 개발과 상점의 특성을 파악하여 그에 맞는 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 부 프로세스의 개발의 기반 구조가 되는 관리자 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 즉, 지역 사업을 합에 있어 초기 데이터 구축 및 사업권 영역의 확장 및 관리라는 측면을 고려할 때 각 지역을 관리하게 될 MF(Master Franchise)와 F(Franchise)가 협력하여 현지의 현실감 있는 정보를 즉시적으로 반영하며 구축해 나갈 수 있는 관리자 시스템을 개발한다.

대부분의 국가들이 노선버스의 운영을 공공부문에서 담당하고 있으나 우리나라를 비롯한 일부에서만 민간이 운영하고 있어 시민들을 위한 공익성만을 추구 할 수는 없는 입장이며 노선의 선정 또한 사업자와 공공이 협의하여 시행할 수밖에 없다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 버스노선 개편, 공동배차제 등 개선방안을 많은 지자체에서 시행하였지만 시민${\cdot}$업체${\cdot}$공공부문에서의 합의 도출은 지난한 상황이며 실행력이 없는 계획이 되고 있음을 여러 사례에서 볼 수 있다. Internet등 통신기술의 급속한 발달에 따라 통신을 통한 의사표출이 자유롭고 용이해지면서 일반지자체의 경우에 전체 민원 중 교통부문이 차지하는 민원이 $50\%$를 상회하고 있으며, 교통민원 중 $45.3\%$가 노선버스의 정시성 확보 및 운전기사의 불친절, 무정차 통과 등에 관한 것으로써 시민들이 가장 알고싶어 하는 사항이 버스의 실시간 운행상황임을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실시간 버스정보제공을 통해 노선버스 이용자들의 대기시간 감소 및 이용편의를 증진시키고, 이를 통해 승용차 이용자를 대중교통수단으로 유도하여 대중교통을 활성화시키는 버스정보시스템(BIS ; Bus Information System)을 정립하며, 충주시 교통여건을 감안한 버스정보시스템 도입전략을 수립하고, 도입에 따른 기대효과를 분석하여 합리적이고 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 지방자치단체 특히 충주시의 지능형 교통정보 시스템을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다.

최근 들어 위성영상 및 항공사진은 국토환경관리에 매우 중요한 수단으로 인식되고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 따라 환경부 및 환경부 산하 기관의 많은 공무원들이 이러한 영상자료를 빠르게 업무에 활용할 수 있는 시스템이 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 그러나 기존 시스템은 고가의 영상처리소프트웨어를 사용자 PC에 설치한 뒤 이를 이용하여 사용자 개인 컴퓨터에 저장되어 있는 대용량의 영상자료를 처리하여 업무에 활용하는 방식을 택함으로써, 영상자료 유출의 위험성, 소프트웨어의 중복적 구매에 따른 비용증가, 대용량 영상자료의 이동성 감소, 관련 소프트웨어 교육 시간 및 비용 증가 및 대용량 자료 처리에 따른 처리시간 증가 등의 문제를 야기해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 단점을 극복하고 환경부 공무원의 사용자 활용도를 증가시킨 '대용량 영상자료를 활용한 환경지리정보 인트라넷 시스템'을 개발했다. 본 시스템은 최신 영상 압축 및 전송 기술을 활용하여 영상자료의 물리적 파일 크기에 관계없이 사용자가 원하는 부분만을 압축 전송함으로써 매우 빠른 속도로 사용자가 원하는 지역을 인트라넷을 통해 서비스할 뿐만 아니라, 이렇게 전송된 영상을 웹 상에서 실시간으로 영상처리함으로써 사용자 편의성과 속도를 매우 향상시켰다. 또한 본 시스템은 환경부가 제작한 34종 이상의 벡터 자료와 함께 통합되어 서비스됨으로써 영상자료와 벡터자료의 통합적 활용성을 증가시켰다.용성을 증가시켰다.
