A study on the measurement and processing of medical service experience data - From the perspective of realizing patient-centeredness - (의료서비스 경험데이터의 측정 및 가공에 관한 연구 -환자중심성 실현 관점에서-)

  • This study is a study to develop a model for measurement and processing of experience data, which is emerging as a core value in quality management of medical services. In the theoretical background, a literature study was conducted on the importance of experience in medical service, measurement and processing of experience data, and realization of patient-centeredness. Based on these literature and theoretical background research results, operational definitions were performed for the following four research variables, and statistical tests were conducted. Hypothesis 1 is the effect of measuring experience data from the perspective of three factors on persona modeling, Hypothesis 2 is the effect of persona modeling on service blueprint visualization, Hypothesis 3 is the effect of service blueprint visualization on realization of patient-centeredness, and Hypothesis 4 is persona modeling This is the effect that modeling has on the realization of patient-centeredness. After data-based testing of factor analysis, reliability analysis, and correlation analysis, all four hypotheses were adopted as a result of verification using regression analysis. In conclusion, in an era where it is difficult to recognize the value of having only good medical staff and medical equipment in hospitals, it was possible to grasp the meaning that what kind of medical service experience is continuously obtained is more important to patients than the effectiveness of medical staff and medical equipment. In the era of the service economy, the core of hospital service competitiveness is providing attractive experiences, which is the real strength of hospitals, so the measurement and processing of experience data, which is the subject of this study, will have an important meaning in realizing patient-centeredness and realizing smart hospitals.

  • 최근 멀티-세션 데이터로 장기간 페르소나와 대화 일관성을 유지하며 인터넷에서 대화와 관련된 지식을 활용하는 대화모델 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이를 위한 한국어 멀티-세션 오픈 도메인 지식 기반 대화 데이터는 공개되지 않아 한국어 대화모델 연구에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국어 멀티-세션 오픈 도메인 지식 기반 데이터의 필요성을 시사하고, 데이터 수집을 위한 툴을 제안한다. 제안하는 수집 툴은 양질의 데이터 수집을 위해 작업자들이 사용하기 편하도록 UI/UX를 구성하였으며, 대화 생성 시 텍스트뿐만 아니라 정보가 밀집된 테이블도 대화에 활용할 지식으로 참조할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안하는 수집 툴은 웹 랜덤채팅 시스템에 기반을 두어 작업자가 여러 다른 작업자와 같은 확률로 매칭되게 구현되었으며, 일정 확률로 기존 대화로부터 대화를 시작하도록 함으로써 멀티-세션 대화 수집이 가능하도록 하였다.

  • 본 연구는 초개인화된 마케팅 카피 생성을 위해 생성 AI 를 활용하여 고객 맞춤형 카피 생성 모델을 제안한다. 이벤트 데이터를 학습한 생성 AI 를 통해 배너용 카피를 자동으로 생성하였으며, 고객 페르소나 정보를 더해 고객별 초개인화된 문구 및 문체로 변경하도록 하였다. 이러한 개인 맞춤형 카피 및 문구와 문체의 적용은 기업의 마케팅 효율과 고객 만족도 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

  • In this study, we developed a virtual artist play lesson model using gamification concepts and AI-generated art programs to foster creative thinking in freshman art majors. Targeting first-year students in the Digital Media Art Department at Sichuan Film & Television University in China, this course aims to alleviate fear of artistic creation and enhance problem-solving abilities. The educational model consists of four stages: persona creation, creative writing, text visualization, and virtual exhibitions. Through persona creation, students established their artist identities, and by introducing game-like elements into writing experiences, they discovered their latent creativity. Using AI-generated art programs for text visualization, students gained confidence in their creations, and in the virtual exhibitions, they were able to enhance their self-esteem as artists by appreciating and evaluating each other's works. This educational model offers a new approach to promoting creative thinking and problem-solving skills while increasing learner engagement and interest. Based on these research findings, we expect that by developing and implementing educational strategies that cultivate creative thinking, more students will grow their artistic capacities and creativity, benefiting not only art majors but also students from various fields.

  • 본 논문은 GPT-3.5 모델을 활용하여 우울증 환자의 일기에 대한 정서적 공감과 위로의 질을 향상 하는 프롬프트 엔지니어링 기법을 제안하고 실험적으로 검증한다. 제안 방법은 GPT-3.5모델에게 감정에 섬세하게 반응하고 적절한 위로의 답변을 생성하는 3가지 접근 방식을 사용한다. 위로 방법 구체적 제시, 페르소나 부여 및 감정 호소 명령서 제시를 통해 감정 일기 응답을 개선한다. 실험 결과, 조언 중심의 기존 답변 대신 감정을 중심으로 공감하는 응답이 생성됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 우울증 환자에 대한 인문학적 접근과 제안 프롬프트 엔지니어링 기법을 통합하여, 인공지능 모델의 정서적 공감 능력을 향상할 수 있다는 것을 실험적으로 검증하였다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to design improving electronic notetaking interface on pen-based learning contents. For this study, we apply requirement analysis which includes heuristic analysis, conceptual mapping, surveying, and derive the functional requirements. After functional requirements process, we design a persona, scenario, storyboard and wireframe. By making a paper prototyping from wireframe, maternalize the improving electronic notetaking interface, and assess the usability test. Propose on Sharing Accommodation Service Model through Comparison Research (비교연구를 통한 새로운 공유숙박 서비스 모델 제안)

  • In the context of Sharing Accommodation has become a new type of accommodation choice for customers. The purpose of this study is to improve the existing defects of Sharing Accommodation Services through insight into the pain points of customer experience, so as to improve customer satisfaction. In this study, Airbnb and Tujia were selected as the subjects for comparative study. By collecting and sorting out references, the research background of Sharing Accommodation is analyzed in depth. Research methods of Service Design, such as Customer Journey Map and Service Blueprint, are adopted to gain insight into customer needs, identify pain points and propose hypothesis of service optimization. Tools such as Kano Model and Potential Customer Satisfaction are used to test and determine three schemes for optimizing the service. Finally, the results are displayed through Service Scenario. The research results can help operators of Sharing Accommodation to identify and improve the elements of service and provide a higher quality customer experience, thus promoting the healthy development of Sharing Accommodation market.

A Study on the Accessibility Requirements Analysis Model for the Preventive Safety and Disaster Service Information System - Focusing on the Communication Ability (정보시스템을 통한 생활안전 위험의 예방·대응을 위한 안전약자 요구사항 분석모델 연구 : 의사소통기능을 중심으로)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to present an analysis model in developing an inclusive response for safety hazards and disaster preventive information system for vulnerable people to the disaster including persons with disabilities, and those with specific needs. Methods : In this study, the persona analysis method is used to analyze fictitious characters that correspond to various characteristics such as age, disability, environment, occupation, etc. in terms of the scenario of some particular disaster subjects. Based on the user's communication problems derived from the persona analysis, focused group interview and ICF based analysis were implemented to identify needs and arbitration methods. Results : The needs from persona analysis and ICF-based communication items analysis identifies the factors that make each fictitious character difficult in terms of communication in obtaining the benefits consistent with the purpose of the service. The study derives service requirements that can provide arbitration or facilitation methods to increase communication ability of the users. Conclusion : Through the persona analysis method, difficulties that could occur when receiving disaster information using communication devices were identified and analyzed in conjunction with communication problems described in the ICF. In building information services for the prevention of safety hazards and disasters, this study presented a model that uses the persona analysis method and the ICF classification system to derive user requirements for accessible information system.

  • To propose a contents model for children's smart watch, this study interview 15mothers who have a child using smart watches. Most mothers purchase smart watches for children to warrant their security and manage their schedules, and they use them for sending a call or text to their children, tracking or managing children's location and schedule. Mothers were satisfied with a smart watch's function of communication and safety management, but dissatisfied learning-oriented contents and worrried about bad influenced on children development. Through in-depth interviews, this study propose a persona model for children's smart watch for enhancing parent-child interaction and physical cognitive language socioemotional convergence play contents.

  • Nowadays, '1+N' is the operation model of compound bookstores. This study firstly investigated the general information and needs of customers and analyzed 4 basic behaviors of customers in 10 functional space of bookstore. Secondly, a preliminary analysis framework of interior design of compound bookstore was established, by applying 3 research tools of service design to 3 design elements of interior design. Thirdly, the case was analyzed in the preliminary analysis framework to find out the detailed process of the interaction between the customer and the bookstore, the touchpoint and the interior design project, to find out the blind spots in design, and put forward the solutions. Finally, after being refined, a compound bookstore interior design model based on the concept of service design was established. This model can be used to test the design content and service quality of the interior functional area of the compound bookstore, and to find out the design blank points.
