미용(美容)서비스품질(品質) 지각(知覺)이 구매행동(購買行動)에 미치는 영향 분석(影響 分析) (A Study on the Effect of the Perceived Beauty Service Quality on the Purchase Intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis how perceived beauty service quality, perceived value influenced on purchase intention of customers. Moreover, this study was suggested strategic solutions for beauty managers and employees to build efficient marketing strategies in order to maximize customer satisfaction. For research method, SPSS 12.0 program was used and for the accuracy of precision of a measuring instrument reliability test was applied. And then simple and multiple regression analysis were performed to examine the effects of independent variables to dependent variables to dependant variables. The results of this study were five folds: the higher perceived service quality of beauty service was, the higher perceived value, satisfaction, word-of-mouth, and intention of revisiting were; the higher perceived value was, the better satisfaction, word-of-mouth, and intention of revisiting were; technical service quality was single most important factor affecting influence on perceived value, satisfaction, word of mouth, intention of revisiting, and functional service quality and physical service quality were listed second and third.

대학생(大學生)의 캐주얼 의류 구매 상권분석(衣類 購買 商圈分析) - 구매 시기(購買 時期)를 중심(中心)으로 - (Analysis of Trade Area for Casual Wear Purchase of University Students - Focused on Buying Time -)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine differences in university students' spatial behavior and time for purchasing weekdays or weekends according to trading areas they use to purchase casual wears. Theoretical background examined trading areas, in Busan, consumers' spatial behavior. An empirical research developed a questionnaire as a measuring tool to conduct a preliminary survey and a main survey. Data collection was implemented with 507 students from four universities in Busan; and for data analysis, descriptive statistics, cross-tabulation analysis, correspondence analysis, and McNemar test were carried out by using the SPSS for Windows 12.0K program. This study obtained the main results as follows: The characteristics of university students' spatial behavior according to trading areas show significant difference in reasons of trading area selection, time slots for visiting. University students who visited the Seomyeon trading area were found to consider comparison-based purchasing and prominence of the trading area, regardless of the time for purchasing weekdays or weekends. As for trading areas around Busan National University, visits were mainly due to accessibility. Students visited trading areas in Nampo-Gwangbok-dong regardless of the time for purchasing in diverse reasons of trading area selection, time slots. As for trading areas around Kyungsung University, students were visited due to accessibility.

대행 인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 해외 패션제품에 대한 구매의도: 구매 경험자와 무경험자의 차이 연구 (Behavioral Intentions toward Purchasing foreign fashion Goods through Korean Internet Shopping Malls: A Comparative Analysis between the Purchasers and Non-purchasers)

  • Korean Internet shopping malls, which provide customers not only with convenient shopping experiences but also with purchasing, warehousing, shipping, and customs clearance services, have been playing a significant role in rapidly transforming Korean consumers into global consumers especially in purchasing fashion goods. Utilizing Ajzen and Fishbein(1980)'s Behavioral Intention Model, which postulates that behavioral intention is determined by attitude and subjective norm, this study identified behavioral intentions toward purchasing foreign fashion goods through Korean Internet shopping malls and the differences of behavioral intentions according to consumers’purchasing experiences on the Internet shopping malls. The data were gathered by surveying female university students living in the Seoul metropolitan area, Korea, and 222 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Mean, standard deviation, factor analysis, t-test, cross tabulation, and $\chi$$^2$ analysis were used. The results indicated that purchasers had more favorable attitudes and subjective norms and higher behavioral intentions than non-purchasers. With respect to attitude, there were significant differences in behavioral beliefs and evaluation of outcomes for the variety and scarcity value factor. With respect to subjective norm, there were no significant differences in normative beliefs and motivation to comply toward friends, people who had purchasing experiences, fashion magazines. and celebrities between the two groups.

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate customer shopping orientations of non-store shoppers and identify differences shopping orientations among groups determined by amount and frequency of purchase by various direct marketing media. The subjects were male and female consumers who aged over twenty and resided in Seoul, Kungki or Masan area. A questionnaire was developed by the researchers, and distributed to 770 people. A sample of 747 consumers responded to the questionnaire, and 732 questionnaires were used for analysis. Frequency count and percentage, factor analysis, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's test were used for statistical analysis. Consumer shopping orientations were classified into 4 factors: pleasure, economy/value, and convenience I & II. Among groups of heavy shoppers, light shoppers, and non-shoppers, there were significant differences in their shopping orientations. Also, within groups, there were significant differences among their shopping orientation factors. All three groups had significantly stronger orientation toward convenience I than pleasure and convenience II. Also, within other purchase groups (fashion-good purchasers, other-good purchasers, and non-purchasers) showed the same shopping orientations as the former groups. On the basis of the above results, this study is expected to be useful for catalog retailers to develope effective marketing strategies and provide their customers new buying motives.

인터넷 패션 쇼핑몰 이용자의 의류구매 만족도 -20~30대 남녀를 중심으로- (Purchase Satisfaction of Apparel for Internet Fashion Shopping Mall Users - focused on 20's~30's Men and Women)

  • The purpose of this study was to suggest marketing strategies to internet fashion shopping malls identifying factors that customers consider important. Data were collected by survey questionnaire and the subjects were 322 men and women in their twenties and thirties living in Seoul and Kyung-gi. SPSS 10.0 package were used and reliability, frequency, cross tabulation, chi-square, paired t-test, ANOV A and Duncan test were conducted for data analysis. The results were as follows. I) Subjects placed the most importance on providing the precise and detail information of products but its satisfaction level was low. 2) Subjects considered the ‘low price’ very importantly but its satisfaction level of it was not high. 3) Subject's importance and satisfaction level of ‘point system’ were about an average. 'Point system' has to be activated by using systems such as 'point network system' by pointbanking co. as one of price-cutting strategies. 4) Internet fashion shopping mall users treated 'the security system of personal data' importantly while they were not sufficiently satisfied with the system. 5) Female placed more importance on design and color of products and suppliance of the trendy items.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare the traditional shopping model and virtual avatar fitting model with regards to credibility and favorable impression effects on shopping mall satisfaction, product preferences, and purchasing intentions of apparel e-commerce. Questionnaires are distributed to 10-30s years old consumers who live in Seoul. Data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, and regression analysis. The results are that the provoked credibility and favorable impression from the traditional shopping model affects the consumers' shopping mall satisfaction and buying intention in descending order. In additional, the credibility from traditional shopping model affects the product preference. The provoked credibility from the virtual fitting model influences the consumers' product preferences, and buying intentions. The favorable impression from the virtual fitting model affects shopping mall satisfaction. In general, provoked credibility from virtual avatar fitting model and traditional shopping model play key roles which could influence the consumers' buying intention.

라이프스타일 집단별 혼례용 패션명품 소비자의 브랜드 선호도 및 구매행동 연구 (A Study on grand Preference and the Actual Condition by Wedding Fashion Masterpiece Consumer's Lifestyle Group)

  • The study surveyed preference and Actual Condition of wedding fashion masterpiece brand by consumer's lifestyle group. First, it was found that the brand preference by wedding fashion masterpiece consumer was Bulgari in precious metal, Burberry in scarf, Louisvuitton in bag and Chanel in cosmetics. Second, as a study result of purchase status, wedding fashion masterpiece brand consumers, who enjoy shopping about 1 time a month, usually purchased the masterpiece in masterpiece hall of department store. Their total purchase amount for wedding was less than 5 million in most cases. Third, regarding purchase-experience brand by consumer's lifestyle group, in clothes, there was significant difference between 4 groups such as shopping unconcerned type, reasonable economic type, self-focused brand-oriented type and social achievement type. In bag, slight difference appeared in 4 groups. Fourth, as a study result of the brand preference by consumer's lifestyle group, there was somewhat significant difference between precious metal, clothes, scarf, bag and cosmetic variables. Fifth, as a study result of the difference of information source use by consumer's lifestyle group, it was found that social achievement type used most various sources such as commerce, store and personnel information. Sixth, as a study result of shopping trend by consumer's lifestyle group, social achievement group searched for pleasure, unique personality and ostentation. Shopping unconcerned type searched for necessary shopping with comfortable style without sparing time in shopping.

문화마케팅 관심도에 따른 기업이미지 및 의복구매행동에 관한 연구 - 유니클로 브랜드를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Corporate Image and Clothes Purchasing Behavior Depending on the Degree of Interest in Cultural Marketing - Focusing on Uniqlo Brand -)

  • 본 연구는 문화마케팅에 대한 관심도가 기업이미지에 어떤 영향을 미치고, 나아가 기업이미지가 소비자의 의복구매행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 분석하고자 '유니클로' 패션브랜드를 선정하여 연구하였다. 이에 응답자의 일반적 특성에 따른 빈도차이 검정을 위하여 카이제곱 검정(Chi-square test), 평균차이 검정을 위한 독립표본 T-test 를 실시하였다. 그리고 비율척도간의 영향을 알아보기 위한 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression)을 실시하였고, 경로분석은 AMOS16.0을 이용해 경로 모형의 적합성을 검증하고, 각각의 경로계수를 구하였다. 분석결과, 소비자의 문화마케팅 관심도에 따라 기업신뢰, 마케팅 등의 기업이미지에 영향을 미치고, 기업이미지는 소비자의 의복구매행동과 만족도에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 문화마케팅을 활용하는 기업에 관심이 많거나 다양한 문화행사에 참여해 본 소비자일수록 '유니클로'가 문화적 요소를 마케팅에 적극 활용함으로써 건실한 이미지의 신뢰감 있는 기업이라 생각하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같이 긍정적으로 형성된 '유니클로'의 기업이미지는 제품구매에도 영향을 미치고, 구매 후에도 메세나 운동에 동참한 기분이 들어 만족도가 높게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 특정 브랜드를 선정하여 조사한 연구이기 때문에 연구결과를 일반화시키는 데는 한계가 있다. 그러나 향후 문화마케팅 시장의 개척과 활성화를 위한 실증연구에 도움이 되고, 선도적 기업의 사례를 통해 문화마케팅 활용 유, 무 기업들에게 시사점을 줄 수 있다.

혼례시 소비자의 라이프스타일에 따른 패션명품 구매행동에 관한 연구 (Research of Purchase Behavior of Consumer Who Prefer the Fashion Brands for Wedding)

  • Recently, our society has been expanding with its consumption of brand products as it is referred to as brand product syndrome. In particular, the trend is that young consumers in 20$\sim$30s prefer the fashion brand product for their wedding. In our study, the lifestyle and shopping tendency of consumers who prefer the fashion brands are found out, and the influence impacted on the intent of repurchase of fashion brand product are clarified through the path analysis with the following outcome. First, for the group factors in life style of the consumers who prefer fashion brand products for wedding, it is shown with the self-advancement type, home striving type, economy striving type, high class brand striving type, and social activity type. Second, as for the factor of shopping tendency of the consumers who prefer fashion brand products for wedding, it appears for the factors of pursuing for enjoyment, pursuing for show off, pursuing for individuality, and pursuing for convenience. And third, when the life style group for high class brand type of consumers goes for shopping for fashion brand for wedding, it displays the shopping tendency for pursuing for enjoyment, pursuing for show off, and pursuing for individuality, and these factors influence the most in the intent to re-purchase of fashion brand goods.
