Cyclic delay diversity (CDD) is a simple transmit diversity technique for an OFDM system using multiple transmit antennas. However, the performance of post-FFT estimation, i.e., integer frequency offset (lFO) is deteriorated by high frequency selectivity introduced by CDD. In this paper, the IFO estimation scheme is proposed for OFDM-based DRM+ system with CDD. Based on the pilot subset partitioning, the proposed IFO estimation scheme reduces the effect of performance degradation caused by frequency selectivity in OFDM systems with CDD . The simulation results show that the performance of the proposed IFO estimator is significantly improved when compared to that of the conventional IFO estimator.

Even if the video data is utilized for a lot of field, its very difficult to reuse and search easily because of its atypical(unfixed form) and complicated structure. In this study, we presented the video retrieval system which is based on the synchronized closed caption and video, SMIL and SAMI languages which are described to structured and systematic form like multimedia data These have next structure; At first, a key word is inputted by user, then time stamp would be sampling from the string which has a key word in the caption file. To the result, the screen shows an appropriate video frame.

인터넷 웹 기반 교수-학습체제는 학습자 위주의 교육환경으로 변화하였고, 웹 환경에서도 학습자에게는 시간과 공간의 제약에서 벗어나 다양한 교육정보를 접할 수 있는 원격교육시스템이 대두하고 있다. 인터넷의 발달은 교육환경에도 많은 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이러한 변화는 인터넷을 이용한 웹기반 원격교육이 여러 분야에서 폭넓게 응용되고 있음을 대변하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 하지만 기존의 원격강의시스템의 경우 교사가 학습할 내용들을 파일형태로 업로드해 놓으면 학습자가 다운로드하여 쓰는 방식이어서 많은 전송비용과 강의내용 구성이 단순한 텍스트 위주의 형태로 구성되어 학습자의 학습효과가 의문시 되었다. 이는 학습자 위주의 자기 주도학습에 많은 어려움을 유발시켰다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 고등학교 정보산업교과의 [인터넷] 단원에 대한 학습을 체계적으로 언제 어디서나 학습할 수 있도록 이론과 실기강의내용을 웹을 통하여 교육에서 요구되는 음성과 교재 판서의 기능을 웹상에서 구현할 수 있도록 되어 있다. 이런 멀티미디어 자료들이 동기화되어 자기 주도적 학습을 할 수 있는 멀티미디어 원격강의시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구의 원격강의시스템은 멀티미디어자료 들을 활용한 원격강의시스템이기 때문에 개별화된 교육과 자기 주도적 학습을 통해 시ㆍ공간의 제약을 받지 않고 학습 할 수있는 진정한 원격강의시스템이다.

Personalization is user oriented dynamic method based on user preferences for easy access to what users want to view or get. It has become more important in mobile domain with rapid growth of wireless Internet and mobile phone market after success of web based market and therefore, it can be applied to service of spatial analysis result. In this paper, spatial analysis using user profile and notification service methods are proposed as one of personalized spatial data service methods for mobile users. A service system for spatial analysis with user profile is designed to prove possibility of spatial analysis based on user preferences and notification service is also designedto show generated output can be sent to user's mobile devices efficiently to make users informed of preferred information. Prototype system is implemented and it is applied to real estate data that has many selectable conditions by users. Information service based on user preferences can be applied to spatial data by using proposed system and it is efficient when cache module is used to shorten response time. Various user models for application domains and performance evaluation methods need to be developed in the future.

The proposed algorithm can always set up the optimal threshold value regardless of channel characteristics using an adaptive threshold establishment method that determines the threshold level according to channel noise power, and then it uses the specially designed training symbols that can make the algorithm's estimation performance be less sensitive to power delay profile variation in a multipath channel. In result, the estimation performance of the proposed technique is less affected by channel characteristic variation.

디지털 방송기술과 네트워크 통신기술의 발전은 방송 산업의 증가, 서비스의 다양화 그리고 방송 콘텐츠의 대용량화를 가져오게 되었다. 일반적으로 방송 시스템은 저장된 파일의 방송, 카메라나 캠코더와 같은 하드웨어를 통하여 인코딩된 데이터의 방송, MPEG-TS로 인코딩 및 패킷타이징된 데이터의 방송들이 대표적이다. 이러한 방송시스템에는 개인의 PC스크린을 실시간 방송하기위한 기법이 필요할 것이며. 본 논문에서는 개인화면 실시간 방송을 위한 PC 스크린 캡처 모듈, 전송을 위한 인코딩 모듈, 다중 송수신을 위한 전송모듈 등의 시스템에 필요한 복합적인 기법을 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템은 이러한 모듈들을 통합하여 PC 스크린을 실시간으로 전송하여 시청할 수 있도록 하였다.

Delivery efficiency of e-learning media can be influenced by authoring processes. Generally, a moving picture recorded by video camera can be delivered to student by multimedia streaming service, using media server technology. A e-learning media authored by lecture authoring tool is played in a student application by download-based delivery system. Recently, some animation know-how are applied to author e-learning media by hand-operation. In this paper, we suggest a client-based streaming service for the e-leaning media consists of media files and integration data The lecture of e-learning media nay be divided into some time-based small blocks. Each blocks can be located distributed site. The student system gather those blocks by download-scheduling. This is a valid method for QoS guarantee streaming services. In addition to our study, lecturers can author composite e-learning media includes media files and dynamic web pages simply, The distributed e-learning media files of our study is managed by multi-author and updated rapidly.

본 연구의 목표는 감성적 제품이나 환경을 체계적으로 개발하고 평가하는 과정에서 요구되는 DB를 개발하는 것으로서, 산업체에서의 활용도가 높고 공공성이 큰 데이터를 중심으로 지표를 수집하여 보급체계를 확립하는 것이다. 이번 연구에서는 2 단계 감성공학기반기술 연구 결과인 충 35 개 보고서 전자 파일을 입수하여 감성지표화 작업을 수행하였다. Web 상으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 지표(정보물)를 도출 하였으며, 감성공학 문헌, Handbook, Data compendium, 사전 등을 중심으로 지표를 분류하여 체계화하였다. 연구보고서로부터 도출 된 초기 지표로는 감성지표 185 개, 개발 제품/시스템 소개물 94 개, 웹으로 지원 가능한 감성공학 관련 정보물 35 개가 있다. 이를 기초로 활용 가능한 지표를 엄선하였다. 감성 제품 개발에 필요한 감성지표를 쉽고, 편리하고, 정확하게 검색하고, 감성공학 연구 결과들을 체계적으로 정리하기 위해 지표의 표현 방법, 용어, 기술 수준 등을 표준화하였다. 초기 도출된 감성지표 리스트 중 활용가치가 높은 결과물을 중심으로 감성지표를 정리하였으며, 현재 262개 지표에 대해서 연구책임자의 검증을 거쳐 지표화 작업을 완료하였다. 이들 결과는 인터넷을 통하여 서비스를 실시할 예정이며, 앞으로 제품설계, 환경응용 기술로서 감성공학적 제품설계를 위한 guideline으로 사용될 것으로 기대된다. 또한 이들 지표를 보급하기 위한 목적으로 개발한 감성공학 데이터베이스 시스템은 감성공학 자료의 보급체계로 활용되어 기업간의 정보교환 및 커뮤니케이션 유도를 통한 기업체간의 기술 및 관리 유기체계 구축에 활용될 것으로 기대된다.하도록 한다. 이는 기초과학 수준이 높은 북방권 국가들의 과학자들이 주로 활용되고 있다는 점에서도 잘 알 수 있으며 우리의 과학기술 약점을 보완하는 원천으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 대안이 되고 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구에서는 한국 연구 조직에서 일하는 외국인 연구자들의 동기 및 성과에 영향을 미치는 많은 요인들을 확인할 수 있었다. 상관관계, 분산분석, 회귀분석 등을 통해 활용 성과에 미치는 영향 요인들을 도출하였다. 설문 분석을 통하여 동기 및 성과 사이에는 강한 상관관계가 존재하는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 이는 전통적인 동기 이론들과 부합한다. 대부분의 변수가 동기 및 성과에 동시에 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었으며 그중에서도 조직 협력 문화, 외국인 연구자의 의사소통 및 협력성, 외국인 연구자의 연구 능력 관련 변수들 및 연구 프로젝트의 기술수명주기, 외국인 연구자의 기존 기술지식의 흡수 등이 가장 중요한 변수로 나타났다. 이는 우리가 주로 중국 및 러시아 과학자들을 활용하여 상업화하는 외국인 연구인력 활용 패턴과도 일치하는 결과이다. 즉 우호적인 조직문화를 가지고 있는 연구 조직에서, 이미 과학기술 지식을 많이 가지고 있고 연구 능력도 높은 외국인 과학기술자를, 한국에서 기술이 태동 또는 성장하고 있는 연구 분야에서 활용하는 것이 가장 성과가 좋다는 사실을 확인시켜 주고 있다. 국내에서 최초로 수행된 본 연구는 외국인 연구 인력의 활용 성과가 매우 높으며, 우리의 과학기술혁신시스템을 보완하는 유효한 수단으로써 외국인 연구 인력이 중요한 대안이 될 수 있음을 발견하였다. 외국인 연구 인력을 잘 활용하기 위하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 활용 환경, 연구 인력

As business management has a high level of dependence on Informational Technology (IT), protecting assets of a company from disaster is one of the most important thing that IT operating managers should consider. Because data or information is a major source of operation of the company, data security is the first priority as an aspect of continuity of business management. Therefore, this paper will realize disaster recovery system, which is suspended because of disaster, based on cloud computing system. Realized High Available Replicate System applied a method of multi thread target database to improve Replicate performance, and real time synchronize technology can improve efficiency of network. From Active to Active operation, it maximizes use of backup system, and it has a effect to disperse load of source database system. Also, High Available Replicate System realized consistency verification mechanism and monitoring technique. For Performance evaluation, High Available Replicate System used multi thread method, which shows more than threefold of replicate performance than single thread method.

In recent days, research activities on multimedia services mainly focus on the multiplexing system with timing synchromization for media components, such as video, audio and text. The MPEG-4 standard emphasizes object-based coding which includes analysis and understanding of the Image content. Since in MPEG-4 we can define objects and encode them independently, we can manipulate and display each object for different applications. This feature of MPEG-4 is also vero useful for multimedia services, such as video streaming cia different network channels, digital versatile disc, internet TV, video E-mail, and so on. In this Paper, we implement a multimedia streaming system which is compliant with the MPEG-4 system and the MP4 file format.
