The purpose of this study is to analyze Compass Residences Development, also known as West Farms Development, in Bronx. NYC as a case study focusing on the characteristics of business structure and financing methodologies for affordable housing development. The case, costing total of $350M, is considered as the most notable long-term phased development of affordable housings in NYC by utilizing abandoned post-industrial site and multi-layered financing from various governmental subsidies, which is mainly LIHTC in conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bond with various other financing programs. The study may provide suggestive implications possibly related to the new Public Rental Housing Provision Plan that Seoul Metropolitan City announced recently. Moreover, will contribute to diversifying methodologies applied at domestic public rental housing development.

The conventional morphological analysis of Korean language presents various morphological ambiguities because of its agglutinative nature. These ambiguities cause syntactic ambiguities and they make it difficult to select the correct parse tree. This problem is mainly related to the auxiliary predicate or bound noun in Korean. They have a strong relationship with the surrounding morphemes which are mostly functional morphemes that cannot stand alone. The combined morphemes have a syntactic or semantic role in the sentence. We extracted these morphemes from 0.2 million tagged words and classified these morphemes into three types. We call these morphemes a syntactic morpheme and regard them as an input unit of the syntactic analysis. This paper presents the syntactic morpheme is an efficient method for solving the following problems: 1) reduction of morphological ambiguities, 2) elimination of unnecessary partial parse trees during the parsing, and 3) reduction of syntactic ambiguity. Finally, the experimental results show that the syntactic morpheme is an essential unit for reducing morphological and syntactic ambiguity.

Recently, users' interest in IoT related products is increasing as the 4th industrial revolution has become social. The types and functions of sensors used in IoT devices are becoming increasingly diverse, and mutual authentication technology of IoT devices is required. In this paper, we propose an efficient double signature authentication scheme using Pascal's triangle theory so that different types of IoT devices can operate smoothly with each other. The proposed scheme divides the authentication path between IoT devices into two (main path and auxiliary path) to guarantee authentication and integrity of the IoT device. In addition, the proposed scheme is suitable for IoT devices that require a small capacity because they generate keys so that additional encryption algorithms are unnecessary when authenticating IoT devices. As a result of the performance evaluation, the delay time of the IoT device is improved by 6.9% and the overhead is 11.1% lower than that of the existing technique. The throughput of IoT devices was improved by an average of 12.5% over the existing techniques.

The aims of the study were to analyze the contents of elementary mathematics curriculum in order to help students to have ideas about the history of mathematics and to apply the ideas to develop their knowledge of mathematicians or mathematical history into the lesson ideas for preservice elementary teachers and elementary students. As a result, many ideas of mathematical connection into the history of mathematics are reviewed, and posters about Pythagoras and Pascal are designed to help students to reinvent the idea of triangular numbers and square numbers.

The purpose of study was to determine the organoleptic characteristics of homemade basil-pasta made in various compounding ratio according to central composite design. The optimum mixing condition for basil-pasta was optimized by response surface methodology. The texture, including color, flavor, elasticity and overall quality, was measured as sensory evaluation. The optimum mixing rates of durum wheat semolina, basil and egg were 73.97g, 5.95g and 36.17g for color, 53.14g, 4.52g and 35.85g for flavor, 48.75g, 2.95g and 36.85g for elasticity. The organoleptic overall quality of basil-pasta showed the maximum score in the mixing condition of 55.52 g durum wheat semolina, 4.55g basil paste and 35.51g egg.

현재 국내의 음성도서 서비스는 수식을 정확하게 읽어주지 못하며, 수식을 읽기 위한 독음규칙의 부재로 수식의 음성 서비스에 혼란을 야기 시키고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 중학교 수학 교과서를 바탕으로 수식표현의 '한글 독음규칙'을 정의해보았으며, 수식의 국내 음성 서비스를 위해, 정의된 '한글 독음 규칙'을 매스 파스 트리(Math Parse tree)와 매핑 하여 최종적으로 음성서비스가 가능한 수식의 음성 변환 기법에 관해 연구하였다.

육계농장을 방문할 때마다 자주 듣는 이야기가 병아리가 층아리가 많다, 이번 파스는 적다라는 이야기다. 육계에서 층아리를 발생시키는 대표적인 질병이 흡수불량증후군이다. 흡수불량증후군은 빈혈이 도는 닭, 황색 분변, 장내용물고 분변내에 소화가 되지 않은 사료가 보이며 비정상적인 날개(헬리콥터병). 위축, 구루병, 대퇴골두괴사증, 근위염 등의 질병이 한가지 이상 또는 복합적으로 나타나는 질병으로 주로 육계나 백세미에서 증체 지연과 사료효율 감소 등으로 인한 피해를 일으키는 질병이다. 흔히 말하는 층아리 발병이 많게 되는 질병이라 하겠다. 이 병은 레오바이러스, 곰팡이 독소, 아데노바이러스, 엔테로바이러스, 파보바이러스, 혐기성 미생물과 여러 밝혀지지 않은 유전적인 요인까지 복합적으로 원인체가 작용하는 질병이다. 따라서 그 원인을 밝히기가 어려우며, 명확한 대책의 수립도 쉽지 않은 질병이다. 그러나 이 중에서 개연성이 높은 질병인 레오바이러스 감염증을 위주로 해결책을 찾아보기로 하겠다.

This study is to suggest a classification system to classify the agricultural information resources on the internet. In the first part, I analyzes KDC's class 520(agriculture science). The second part compares the agricultural classes of Yahoo! Korea with those of Empas search engine. The third part compares the classes of AFFIS with Agri_Directory. Based on the comparative analysis, it proposes a classificatory system for the agricultural information resources on the internet.

본 논문에서는 Manta 형상 무인잠수정의 자유항주모델을 설계하였고 이를 이용하여 제어실험을 실시하였다. 제작된 MUUTV모형은 직진방향으로 1개의 추진기를 가지고 있으며, 승강타와 방향타를 이용하여 수심 및 방향 제어를 실시하게된다. MUUTV는 수심제어시 사용되는 수심을 측정하기 위한 압력센서, 방향제어를 위해 방향각 측정을 위한 마그네틱 컴파스가 설치되어있으며, 잠수정의 전체적인 운용을 위한 Windows XP기반의 소형 On-board PC104가 장착되어있다. 시뮬레이션에 사용된 6자유도 운동모델은 PMM실험과 이론적 추정을 통해 얻어진 유체동역학계수와 파라미터를 이용하여 구성된다. 잠수정의 운동성능과 제어응답을 비교하기 위해 PID, 슬라이딩모드, 퍼지, 제어기가 설계되었으며, 이를 통해 제어 성능을 비교하고자 하였다. 또한 제작된 모델을 이용하여 수심 및 방향제어 실험을 수조에서 실시하였다.

본 연구는 인터넷 환경에 따른 정보의 지식화현상과 지식경영 추세에 따라 새롭게 등장한 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티 기반 지식관리에 관한 연구이다. 아직까지 지식검색커뮤니티에 대한 연구를 거의 찾아볼 수 없는 상황에서, 본 연구는 네이버의 ‘지식 iN’, 야후의 ‘지식검색’, 엠파스의 ‘지식거래소’를 대상으로 웹 검색엔진의 지식검색커뮤니티를 살펴보았다. 지식의 개념을 통해 지식 순환과정을 고찰하였고, 순환과정의 각 단계별로 지식관리를 연구하였다. 더불어 커뮤니티 기반의 지식창출과 지식공유단계에 대한 이용자연구를 하고자 한다. 이를 바탕으로 보다 건전하고 활발한 지식공유문화조성을 위한 지식검색커뮤니티의 활성화 방안을 제안하고자 한다.
