Driven by the development of information technologies, information system (IS) use has been common even in military organizations. In particular, field artillery is currently using the Battalion Tactical Commanding System-A1 (BTCS-A1) to improve fire support. The use of BTCS-A1 makes fire-commanding processes simple and autonomous, which leads to shorten time to support fire. Although BTCS-A1 has been considered as a helpful system, there still exists some dispute regarding its effectiveness and impact on task performance. By conceptualizing BTCS-A1 use as appropriation, this study investigates how BTCS-A1 appropriation promotes task performance. We also hypothesize that IS quality, organizational pressure (institutional pressure and supervisor influence), and team climate (team learning climate and team empowerment climate) increase the appropriation. Survey results show that organizational pressure and team climate promote BTCS-A1 appropriation, which improves users' task performance. However, effect of IS quality is not significant. Theoretical and practical implications are presented.

IP(intelligent peripheral)은 AIN(Advanced Intelligent Network)을 구성하는 망 요소들 중의 하나로 사용자와의 상호동작을 제공하여 지능망 서비스를 보다 유연하고 다양하게 하는 지능망 지원 시스팀인 동시에, 자체적으로 새로운 서비스를 제공할 수도 있는 시스팀이다. IP는 AIN 교환기에 ISDN PRI(primary rate access interface)를 통하여 연결되어지고, SCP(Service Control Point)/Adjunct의 통제하에 음성안내, 음성인식, 테스트/음성 변환 등의 기술을 이용하여 사용자로부터 정보를 수집하고, 저장된 정보를 전달하는 기능을 수행한다. 본 고에서는 IP 시스팀의 하드웨어/소프트웨어적인 구조, 기능, 사용자와의 IP를 연결시켜주는 신호방식, IP가 서비스 제공을 위해 사용자와 어떻게 연결되는지를 프로토콜 측면에서 예를 들어 설명하고, 마지막으로 이러한 IP 개발 관련 소요기술과 활용방안을 고찰한다.

공중 전화 통신망에서의 가입자 선로에 대한 고장진단을 전문적인 지식을 이용하여 수행하는 전문가 시스팀 (expert system)을 LAMBDA 2x2 /PLUS에서 ZetaLISP를 이용하여 개발하였다. 본고에서는 이를 위한 현장 지식의 습득과 모델화, 지식을 표현하기 위한 소프트웨어의 개발과 지식의 표현 방법, 그리고 시험 환경의 구성을 통한 시험에 대해 기술하였다. 본 시스팀에는 추론을 위해 룰과 프레임을 혼합하여 사용하였으며 사용이 용이한 사용자 인터페이스를 구성하였다.

Recently, many organizations are utilizing the team system. However, researches on a technique for efficient and effective feedback to improve a team performance is few. This study compared the relative effects of individual and group feedback on the quantity and quality of work performance. The task was to type English documents on a PC computer and both the number of words typed (quantity) and the percentage of correctly typed words (quality) were measured. Mixed design was adopted and 48 participants were randomly assigned to either individual or group feedback condition. Each group consisted of three participants and completed four sessions together. Under the individual feedback condition, each participant was provided with information on his/her own work performance, while under the group feedback condition, three participants were provided with information on their total work performance. Results showed that both feedback were effective to increase the quantity of performance. However, the effect size of treatment was more high under the group feedback than individual feedback. In addition, the accuracy of typed words was significantly improved only under the group feedback condition. Therefore, the group feedback was more effective and efficient than individual feedback to increase team performance. However, more studies are needed to generalize these results, especially, it is necessary to consider the cultural differences and type of task in the future studies.

The purpose of this study is followings. First, we develop and apply teaching and learning methods for conducting team projects in flipped calculus class. Second we collect data such as team reports, individual reviews, and surveys during class activities. Third we survey the impacts on participation in student team activities, advanced studying, communication and collaboration. A total of 120 engineering and science majoring students participated in the 16-week long class study administered in team project learning styles in Spring 2018. There were two characteristics of this class. First students studied concepts and examples with video in pre-class and did the team project learning in the classroom. Second we used Google Drive to record team project progress, and to make sure the instructor to intervene appropriately in team activities. We conducted a team project inside and outside the classroom. This could lead the instructor to advise students and so their participation in team activity increased. As a result, it not only had a good effect on communication and cooperation, but also had an effect on advanced learning.

Recent defense R&D projects have been required as weapons systems applied with advanced technology considering exports. As a result, the complexity of the applied technology increases, and the risk of system development increases. Under these circumstances, an effectives method of performing evolutionary development for economical and timely deployment is presented. To this end, we hope that this study, which proposed the maintenance of related laws and measures for realistic and active evolutionary development, will help the R&D of the weapons systems.

본 연구는 신제품 개발 과정을 시장지식과 기술지식을 흡수, 활용하는 일종의 학습(learning)과정으로 인식하고 신제품 개발 팀을 하나의 학습 조직(learning organization)으로 파악하여 개발 팀의 학습 능력과 학습 능력을 지원할 수 있는 팀의 구조/분위기적인 특성이 신제품 경쟁우위의 달성에 중요한 요인임을 제시하고자 하였다. 신제품의 시장 성과는 신제품 경쟁우위(품질 우수성, 시간 효율성)의 확보에서 비롯되며 이러한 경쟁우위에 영향을 미치는 조직 학습의 요인은 마케팅 부서와 R&D부서의 정보 공유 행동과 조직기억의 활용도에 영향을 받는다. 또한 신제품 개발팀의 자율적인 분위기 및 신뢰의 분위기는 조직학습을 원할하게 수행할 수 있는 요인이 될 뿐만 아니라 신제품 개발과정의 시간 효율성을 달성함에 있어 중요한 요인이 된다.

최근 전자기기의 소형, 경량화, 다기능화와 고신뢰도 등의 변혁에 따라 이분야의 최적 설계를 위한 설계자동화가 절대적으로 필요로 하는 부분이 되고 있으며 이는 컴퓨터이용 즉, CAD 기술의 중요성이 더욱 인식되고있다. 따라서, 본고에서는 TDX-1 개발을 성공적으로 수행하는데 막중한 역할을 한 CAD 시스팀 구성과 자체 개발한 프로그램 및 앞으로의 추진내용에 대해 기술하였다.
