국내외 창업 교육 및 창업 현장에 있어 창업자 개인이 아닌 팀 단위의 역량을 중요시하고 있다. 다양한 창업지원 사업에서 팀의 구성에 따라 당락을 결정할 정도로 팀은 창업 초기에 빠르게 나아가기 위한 원동력이자 시너지를 낼 수 있는 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 창업팀의 활동을 통해 구성원들의 역량이 성장하고 발전할 수 있다고 믿기 때문에 실패를 용인하고 재도전할 기회를 주는 등 사회 분위기도 개선되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 변화에 따라 기존의 창업가(entrepreneur) 중심에서 창업팀(entrepreneurial team) 단위의 연구로 흐름이 변화하고 있으나 이에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 더욱이 국내 연구에 있어 창업팀에 대한 연구는 초기 단계로 해외의 연구 결과에 의존하고 있어 한국의 창업환경에 맞는 창업팀의 연구가 필요하다. 이러한 연구의 부족은 창업팀이라는 연구 대상이 한정되어있다는 점, 시간의 부족을 겪고 있는 창업 팀원들에게 의미 있는 자료를 끌어내기 어려운 점 등도 애로사항으로 작용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 창업팀의 특성 중 학습 행동을 유발하는 요인을 찾기 위해 창업팀의 지각된 다양성과 그 다양성을 수용하는 태도에 관하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 팀원들의 지각된 사회범주 다양성과 지각된 정보다양성이 높을수록 다양성을 수용하고자 하는 의지가 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 정보 다양성과 가치 다양성을 수용하는 태도가 좋을수록 자발적인 학습 행동이 더 많이 발생했다. 셋째, 단순히 다양한 사람들을 섞어 팀을 구성하는 것 자체로만은 학습 행동을 유발하지 않음을 확인하였다. 지각된 사회범주다양성은 정보다양성의 수용태도를 매개로 자발적인 학습 행동에 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각된 정보다양성은 정보다양성과 가치다양성 수용태도를 매개로 학습행동에 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 팀은 긍정적인 영향과 함께 부정적인 영향을 주기도하여 구성원간의 갈등을 야기시키며 창업실패의 요인이 되기도 한다. 본연구는 이러한 팀의 특성을 살펴봄으로서 향 후 창업팀의 육성과 지원 시 팀의 구성원간의 문제에 대한 관심을 유도하고 팀의 특성과 관련한 연구의 확산에 기여할 것으로 보인다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of Team-based learning(TBL) program on learning motivation and learning attitude in nursing students. This study was an one-group pretest-posttest design. Nursing students were participated. TBL program was carried out for 100 minutes a week for 4weeks. Data were collected by questionnaires from nursing students from 4, October to 11, November, 2011. Data were analyzed by paired t-test. After TBL program, significant improvement was found in learning motivation and learning attitude. Therefore, the programs based on TBL are effective for enhance learning motivation and learning attitude, they will be used widely in the nursing education.

시대적 변화에 따른 경력성공의 관점이 변화하고 있지만 다수의 연구들은 창업과 취업을 분리하여 연구되어 왔다. 또한 환경의 변화뿐만 아니라 개인 가치관의 변화에 따라 평생 직장의 개념이 사라졌으며 전 생애에 걸친 학습의 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 학습의 형태는 기존의 지식을 전달하는 형태에서 다양하게 변화해왔다. 교실 수업의 형태는 팀활동과 미디어 활용을 중심으로 변화하고 있으며 교실 밖 수업에서는 자율적인 동아리 활동이나 커뮤니티의 참여 등을 통해 역량을 향상시키는 기회를 제공하고 있다. 개인의 경력은 인생에 걸친 학습과 일에 관련된 경험 및 행동과 연관된 태도로부터 발생한다. 이러한 경력을 이끌어가는 태도는 새로운 환경속에서 즉각적인 요구를 받아들이는 적응학습과 새로운 행동 및 지식을 유발하는 생성학습, 그리고 상호작용 패턴 인식을 통해 새로운 시도를 하는 전환학습을 지속적으로 일으킨다. 또한 이러한 무형식 학습들은 취업과 연계 될 뿐만 아니라 창업의도에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구는 자기주도성과 가치지향성을 척도로 하는 프론티언 경력태도가 창업의도에 영향을 미치지 확인함으로서 기존의 취업역량과 연결시켜왔던 연구에 새로운 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 또한 무형식학습 활동을 매개변인으로 투입하여 학습 과정에서 자연스럽게 발생하는 학습의 효과를 확인하여 변화된 교육형태의 중요성을 확인하는데 의의가 있다. 이에 더해 스마트미디어를 활용하는 능력인 스마트미디어 리터러시와 팀 학습을 지향하는 팀학습 선호도를 조절효과로 보아 분석함으로서 스마트미디어활용 학습과 팀학습의 형태로 변화하고 있는 교육 현장의 특성을 함께 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 2019년 3월부터 6월까지 교육과 경력 환경의 변화의 중심에 서있는 대학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 분석하고자 한다.

This study intends to divide consumer's psychological attachment of pro-sport into the identification of attitudinal dimension and the identification of behavioral dimension. And then intends to examine the relationship effect between motivation variables associated with pro-sport team(concern with the team's ranking, ability of players, attraction of players) and inspection intention, sponsorship effect(sponsor brand attitude). Almost all previous studies measured such relationship at the fragmented level, then there were no previous studies on the complicated relationship between sport team and sponsorship. Because of mentioned facts, this study used structure equation model to verify such relationship. Briefly, verifying hypothesis is as follows. First, almost all motivations related to the team are connected behavioral identification through attitudinal identification. Second, when examining the relationship between psychological attachment and inspection intention, sponsorship brand attitude, psychological attachment had positive effect on inspection intention and sponsor brand attitude in the case of attitudinal identification, but it had positive effect on only inspection intention in the case of behavioral identification. Findings and corresponding implications are discussed & future research directions.

The purpose of this study was to develop a TBL program in the nursing Hematopoietic disorder in adult nursing, to apply nursing students to confirm the effects of academic self - efficacy, learning attitude and learning satisfaction and attempts have been made to identify perceptions of team-based learning. The study was conducted as a one-group pre-post test design study, and was conducted after the TBL class for the in the nursing students 3grade at B city from April 5 to May 17, 2018. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 20.0 program. The results of this study showed that the improvement of both academic self-efficacy, learning attitude, and learning satisfaction after team-based learning showed statistically significant difference, and the participants' perception of TBL was positive. Therefore, it is suggested that if the TBL is actively extended to nursing education, it will contribute not only to the improvement of self-directed learning ability but also to the quality of nursing education and I suggest to research later in comparison with other teaching methods.

It is organized to evaluate the effect of nursing students' learning attitude, learning motivation, problem solving ability, and class participation, after applying team-based learning to basic nursing classes. The subjects were 103 people in the second year of the G region. The data collection was from September 1 to December 5, 2016 by using t-test, one-way ANOVA, paired t-test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Result is that the ability to solve problems increased, showing a statistically significant difference. Learning attitude and motivation of learning increased and the degree of participation didn't change, but there were no statistically significant differences. The learning attitude shows positive correlation with learning motivation, problem-solving skills and participation. After team based-learning, learning attitude showed a positive correlation with learning motivation, problem solving ability and class participation. Learning motivation shows positive correlation with class participation and so does problem solving ability with participation. Based on the results of this study, in order to improve the practical ability, it is necessary to activate the self-directed active learning method such as team base for nursing major study.

The purpose of this experimental study was to examine the effects of attitude similarity and ingroup/outgroup membership on interpersonal attraction. 2(Attitude similarity: Similar/Dissimilar) × 2(Group membership: Ingroup/Outgroup) between-subject design was used. The results revealed the significant main effect of attitude similarity. That is, participants preferred a person who had similar attitude with him/herself compared to the person who had dissimilar attitude. Furthermore, the significant 2-way interaction effect revealed that attitude similarity produced greater attraction for ingroup than for outgroup members and attitude dissimilarity produced stronger repulsion effects for ingroup than for outgroup members. These results could contribute to workplaces and organizations by suggesting that considering attitude similarity between team members could be a way to improve organizational productivity. The necessity for expanding these results to research on work-team performance and improvement of organizational productivity was discussed.

최근에는 거의 모든 분야에서 ICT와 같은 기술기반 산업과의 융합을 통한 창업현상이 두드러지고 있어, 이들을 대상으로 한 연구는 개인 수준뿐만 아니라 팀 수준의 특성을 함께 살펴보는 것이 더 현실적인 상황을 반영하고 실무적인 시사점을 제공해 줄 것으로 판단된다. 팀창업일 경우 기업의 성과는 개인-팀 역량의 혼합 결과로 볼 수 있기 때문이다. 기존 선행연구에서는 창업기업의 성공과 실패를 가름하는 다양한 요인들을 제시해왔으나, 이러한 요인은 창업자의 개인적 특성, 보유하고 있는 자원 등에서 찾는 선행연구가 대부분이다. 관련 연구들을 종합하면 창업기업의 성장은 창업가 특성, 자원, 전략, 산업, 그리고 조직 구조 및 시스템의 함수로 정리된다. 그러나 창업팀에 대한 연구는 제한적이다. 이에 본 연구는 초기 창업기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는 핵심 요인으로 창업가의 특성인 창업역량(entrepreneurial competency)에 초점을 두고, 창업팀의 역량에 따라 어떠한 영향을 미치는 살펴본다. 개인의 특성에 집중해온 기존 연구에서 더 나아가 창업역량의 영향력을 창업가 개인 수준 및 팀 수준으로 구분하여 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 예비 창업가 및 초기 창업기업이 안정적인 사업화를 위해 팀구성을 어떻게 해야하는지 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 또한, 정부 지자체 민간 등에서 창업지원사업 운영 시 팀구성이 잘 된 창업기업을 선발하는 기준을 수립하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This sturdy examined the effectiveness of Team-Based Learning(TBL) program according to learning attitude, learning motivation and self-directed learning of nursing students learning the anatomy. A 12week TBL program which they were made small group as 6-7 students aimed at anatomy aspects was given 145 freshmen. A triangulation that quantitative Research used paired t-test, Pearson Correlation Coefficient by SPSS WIN 18.0 and qualitative research was conducted content analysis. Through this subject, significant improvement was found in learning motivation(t=-2.97, p<.003) and self-directed learning(t=-2.40, p<.018). There was a significant positive correlation. TBL is useful teaching and learning method on nursing students. We suggest that it is needed to measure the educational effects of TBL against other subjects.
