Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing causal effect relationship between quality of followership, perceived style of leadership, job satisfaction and team commitment in the aviation industry. Methods: For the analysis of this study, a survey was conducted on local flight attendant. A total of 364 surveys were collected and 336 effective samples were used for analysis. And the collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. Results: The results of this study were as follows : First, In the relationship between quality of followership and perceived leadership styles, independent thinking has a positive effect on all six sub-factors of transformational and transactional leadership and active engagement has negative influence on all six sub-factors of transformational and transactional leadership. Inaddition As a result of total and direct and indirect effects, Idealized Influence of perceived leadership style indirectly influences between Quality of Followership and job satisfaction, Idealized Influence, Inspirational Motivation, Intellectual Stimulation, Individualized Consideration, Contingent Reward of perceived leadership style have been shown to have indirect effects on team Commitment Conclusion: Based on the characteristics of followers and the type of leadership, it is necessary to develop ways to develop job satisfaction and team commitment of airline crews. In addition, flight attendant act as leaders and followers of each other depending on their work characteristics. Therefore, it is necessary to understand the relationship between leadership and followership based on the results of this study.

In this study, we propose a performance analysis of a quadrature-polarimetric(quad-pol) synthetic aperture radar(SAR) system for wide-swath operation mode and compare it with a single-pol system based on the operation mode. To achieve a shorter revisit time for an SAR satellite, we must observe a wide area, and two SAR operation modes exist for this purpose, which are called ScanSAR and SweepSAR. In general, a quad-pol SAR system can obtain a greater variety of information about a target than a single-pol system. Because this system affects system performance parameters, analyzing these effects is required. Based on a performance analysis of the wide-swath quad-pol SAR system, the system parameters and appropriate operation mode can be selected to satisfy the performance requirements.

One of the most important security issues of e-mail service is user privacy. Currently, various security protocols, like PGP(pretty Good Privacy), S/MIME(Secure/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extension), have been proposed. These protocols, however, do not provide forward secrecy. Recently, some security protocols that provide forward secrecy were proposed. But all of them require changes to the current e-mail infrastructure. Moreover, contrary to authors' intention, some of them do not actually provide perfect forward secrecy. In this paper, we propose a new practical e-mail security protocol. The proposed protocol provides perfect forward secrecy and uses a practical e-mail model that dose not require any changes to existing e-mail servers. It encrypts and authenticates messages efficiently using elliptic curve based signcryption scheme. In addition, we provide a way to send secure group e-mails.

The purpose of this study is to propose the performance measurement model for open big data platform. In order to develop the performance measurement model, we have integrated big data reference architecture(NIST 2018) with performance prism model(Neely et al. 2001) in the platform perspective of open big data. Our proposed model consists of five key building blocks for measuring performance of open data platform as follows: stakeholder contribution, big data governance capabilities, big data service capabilities, big data IT capabilities, and stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, our proposed model have twenty four evaluation indices and seventy five measurement items. We believe that our model could offer both research and practical implications for relevant research.

This study analyzes the effect of CAE class using PBL on professional knowledge acquisition and competency enhancement. The PBL class was applied to 3rd grade students of Dong-Eui University's Department of Automotive Engineering, and a one-year course, and a survey was conducted on satisfaction and effectiveness in the first and second semesters, respectively. With a significant difference in the survey for each semester, satisfaction in the second semester was found to be high, and satisfaction with non-face-to-face information exchange and team activities was high. In addition, it was evaluated to have a positive effect on the improvement of individual competency such as knowledge of subject, command-led learning, problem-solving ability, and communication. This study has educational implications in that it can be used as a quantitative indicator for class improvement and can be used as basic data for course operation.

The heterogeneous Onju citrus genes (A=20.57, C=32.71, G=30.01, U=16.71%) and coffee genes (A=20.66, C=31.76, G=30.187, U=16.71%) have the same genetic ratio of 95% or more. It is known that gene compatibility is generally not possible with this group. However, it can be grafted if the conditions of Chargaff rule and Shannon Entropy are met with gene functional-similarity of more than 95%, and it becomes a new breed of Coffrange. We calculated the world's first BCJM matrix for DNA-RNA and published it in US patents and international journals. All animals and viruses are similar to human genes. Based on this, it was announced in June in the British matrix textbook by solving the genetic characteristics of COVID-19 and the human body. In plants, it is treated with BCJM-Transposon treatment, a technique that easily changes gene location. Simulation predicted that the matrix could be successful with Cut & Paste and Transpose.

The aluminum handrails used for promoting structural strength and weight reduction of the topside in an offshore platform are designed according to international standards (ISO, NORSOK, and Austria Standard), and consider the most conservative load combinations. Existing aluminum handrails are bolted to a socket when installed on the topside of a platform, and the amount of deflection of the handrail is largely influenced by the socket design. However, the importance of socket design has been overlooked, and furthermore, separate evaluation procedures or guidance for socket design are ambiguous. Therefore, a series analysis was performed for estimating the structural strength of aluminum handrails to obtain the governing parameters that minimize their deflection against loads. Experimental verification was performed to validate the structural safety of the new model, and we confirmed that all were satisfied within allowable deflection according to international standards. The developed model could be used in several areas in the future as it is lighter and more productive compared to existing models from overseas makers.

Recently, concepts of the Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing have been introduced and the limits of individual or team development policies are being reviewed. Also, a lot of latest technology source codes have been opened to the public, and related studies are being conducted based on them. Meanwhile, the company is applying the strengths of the open source software development methodology to proprietary software development, and publicly announcing support for open source development methodology. In this paper, we introduced several software development methodology such as open source model, inner source model, and the similar DevOps model, which have been actively discussed recently, and compared their characteristics and components. Rather than claiming the excellence of a specific model, we argue that if the software development policy of an individual or affiliated organization is established according to each benefit, they will be able to achieve software quality improvement while satisfying customer requirements.

This study tried to examine the effect of multicultural adolescents' bicultural acceptance attitude on their life satisfaction and the serial multiple mediating effect of social competence and self-esteem in the relationship between them. To this purpose, we analyzed adolescents data from the first year(2019) of the 'Multicultural Adolescent Panel Study'(2nd group). As a result of the study, first, bicultural acceptance attitude had a significant positive effect on life satisfaction. Second, social competence mediated the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Third, self-esteem mediated the effect of bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Fourth, social competence and self-esteem were successively multi-mediated bicultural acceptance attitude on life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, the implications of the results of this study were discussed along with measures to support the healthy growth and development of multicultural adolescents.

This study intended to explore the instructional effects of e-PBL which means an expansion of availability of PBL using technology. To achieve the goal of this study, a major selective subject was redesigned systematically so that e-PBL activities could be implemented for 4-weeks during the entire semester. Participants' reactions to the e-PBL experience during the experiment period were collected and analyzed. Results of analysis showed that participants could overcome the difficulties and frustrations at an early stage, adapted and assimilated to the e-PBL based instructional environment progressively, and satisfied at the e-PBL activity experiences in overall. They participated in solving the authentic problems with ownership and could solve them effectively and efficiently through frequent communication and collaboration with teammates. Results of this study showed the possibility of instructional innovation of a teacher development institute through e-PBL. Follow-up studies which extend the analyses of the effects of e-PBL based on this study are necessary to additionally verify the effects of e-PBL.
