A Study on the Effect of Motivation and Satisfaction on Experiential Entrepreneurship Education (참여동기와 창업멘토링이 창업교육만족도 및 창업의지에 미치는 영향: '학생 창업유망팀 300(U-300)' 사례를 중심으로)

  • In recent years, universities are actively developing and applying regular start-up curriculum, comparisons and activities in order to revitalize various forms of business-oriented academic programs. In addition, the government has established various experiential entrepreneurship education programs such as "Student Entrepreneurship Team 300 (U-300)" to support professional entrepreneurship education such as entrepreneurship mentoring for entrepreneurship clubs in universities nationwide. Therefore, this study empirically verified the influence of participation motivation,, mentoring function, and mentor competence on entrepreneurship education satisfaction and entrepreneurship will for participants of experiential entrepreneurship programs centered on entrepreneurship mentoring. The results of the study were as follows: First, the motivation to participate in entrepreneurship education and mentoring capacity had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of entrepreneurship education. It became. The findings of this study suggest that in order to more effectively promote entrepreneurship education in the university, which is now quantitatively expanded, it is necessary to improve various ways of creating qualitative effects such as expansion of experiential teaching methods and entrepreneurship mentoring. We believe this could provide policy implications for reinforcing the expertise of entrepreneurs who conduct mentoring.

And the domain analysis, required extraction by conventional JAD (joint application development) meeting the targets for the object-oriented modeling, in modeling and organize, review, aware in advance and the UML Structure and Behavior Diagrams and proposed to proceed with the project.

  • Though a dozen of different software life cycle models are suggested, there is no universal model which can satisfy all the characteristics of software. Organizations mix and match different life cycle models to develop a model more tailored for their systems and capabilities. We suggest overlapped-concurrent development life cycle model that is more suitable in various software development environment. Firstly, we divided the development process into abstract and implementation stage. Abstract stage is from software concept phase to detailed design starting time, and implementation stage is from detailed design phase to system testing phase. Next, the abstract stage introduced the overlapped phase concept that begins the next phase when the step is completed 20% by applying pareto's law. In the implementation stage, we introduced the concurrent development which the several phases are performed some time as when one use-case (UC) is completed the next development phase is started immediately. The proposed model has an advantage that it can reduce the inefficiency of development resource greatly. This model can increase the customer satisfaction with a great product at a low cost and on a short schedule. Also, this model can contribute to increase the software development success rate.

Developing Countermeasure Model to Prevent Planned Lawsuit on Apartment Construction Defects (공동주택 하자기획소송에 대한 건설사 사전 대응 모델 개발)

  • The proportion of apartment housing has been increased to solve the housing problems resulted from rapid growth in urban population and urban economy. With the increase in apartment's proportions and the concern about quality of housing, the contractors have made efforts to satisfy the customers in improving the quality of housing. Despite these efforts, the conflicts between the contractor and the customers are getting serious. Also the disputes and the litigation of defect are increasing because of the contractor's negative treatment and inadequate countermeasure. In this study the defect lawsuits which bring actions against the contractors are collected and analyzed. And then the strategic countermeasures are proposed according to the classifying the type of defect and size. The suggested countermeasure model before the defects are resulted is expected to contribute in developing the contractors strategies to reduce the conflicts against customers.

Evaluation on the Structural Performance and Economics of Ultra-high Performance Concrete Precast Bridges Considering the Construction Environment in North Korea (북한 건설환경을 고려한 초고성능 콘크리트 프리캐스트 교량의 구조성능 및 경제성 평가)

  • In this study, a customiz ed bridge system was developed for North Korea application. For the application of North Korea, the customized bridge system design, fabrication, and construction performance evaluation were performed using ultra-high performance concrete a compressive strength 120MPa or more and a direct tensile strength 7MPa or more. The comparison of the North Korean truck luggage load(30, 40, 55) and the Korean standard KL-510 load showed that cross-section increased as the load increased. Furthermore, a bridge with a span length of 30m was fabricated with ultra-high performance concrete for the construction performance evaluation. The evaluation of the load condition analysis was performed by a flexural test. The results showed that a bridge with a span length of 30m secured about 167% of sectional performance under initial cracking load conditions and about 134% of load bearing capacity under ultimate load conditions. As a result of economic analysis, the customized bridge system using ultra-high-performance concrete was less than about 11% of the upper construction cost compared to the steel composite girder bridge. Therefore, these results suggest that the price competitiveness can be secured when applying the ultra-high-performance concrete long-span bridge developed through this study.

Development of Robot-Mediated Social Skills Training 'Friendly Friends' Contents for Elementary School Students (로봇을 활용한 초등학생용 사회성 기술 훈련 '사또(사이좋은 또래)' 콘텐츠 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to plan and develop contents for training social skills using robots for elementary school students. Seven functions (guiding activity, providing reinforcement, guiding students behavior, team setting, presenting team order, timer setting, and checking scores) were developed by analyzing functions that robots can take charge of in the training contents. A total of 8 sessions of social skills training contents were developed by selecting social skills required for academic achievement and social interaction of elementary school students. The lesson consisted of providing positive and negative examples, modeling, role-playing, providing feedback on performance, and encouraging generalization stages using effective strategies for acquiring social skills. After developing social skills training contents using robots for elementary school students, so-called Friendly Friends (FF), a satisfaction survey was conducted on the field application of contents and participating students and teachers to examine the acceptance pattern. As a result, it was found that the participating students and teachers were satisfied with the contents. Finally, the meaning and the expected effects of the 'FF (Friendly Friends)' contents were discussed, and also, the matters to be considered when developing social skills training contents using robots in the future were suggested.

A Study on User Interface for Quiz Game Contents using Gesture Recognition (제스처인식을 이용한 퀴즈게임 콘텐츠의 사용자 인터페이스에 대한 연구)

  • In this paper we introduce a quiz application program that digitizes the analogue quiz game. We digitize the quiz components such as quiz proceeding, participants recognition, problem presentation, volunteer recognition who raises his hand first, answer judgement, score addition, winner decision, etc, which are manually performed in the normal quiz game. For automation, we obtained the depth images from the kinect camera which comes into the spotlight recently, so that we located the quiz participants and recognized the user-friendly defined gestures. Analyzing the depth distribution, we detected and segmented the upper body parts and located the hands' areas. Also, we extracted hand features and designed the decision function that classified the hand pose into palm, fist or else, so that a participant can select the example that he wants among presented examples. The implemented quiz application program was tested in real time and showed very satisfactory gesture recognition results.

  • 발포금속은 1948년에 Sosnik에 의해 알루미늄에 수은을 증발시키는 방법으로 발포 알루미늄을 제조한 이래, 1951년 Elliot에 의해 진보된 방식인 발포 매개체를 용탕에혼입하는 방법으로 발포금속을 제조하기 시작하였다. 현재 이들 선진국가의 생산방법 및 현황은 균질 기공의 조절, 연속주조 방식과 원가절감, 그리고 제조기술의 진보를 통하여 다양한 분야에 적용되고 있다. 그러나 실용화를 위해서는 요구특성을 만족하고 동시에 가격 경쟁력을 가진 제조기술의 보유 및 개발과 독특한 특성을활용한 새로운 적용 분야의 개척이 필요하다고 생각되며, 이를 위해 Harvard, MIT, Aachen, HMI 등 구미 유수 대학과 NASA, 미국방성등의 연구기관, ERG, 신강(新鋼) wire등 산업체를 중심으로제조 및 특성평가에 관한 기초연구와 활용방안이 활발히 모색중에 있다. 그리고 일부 자동차 생산 업체를중심으로 발포금속을 적용한 초경량, 에너지 절감형의 자동차 부품 소재,항공기 방열판 등에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히 금속 기체의 GASAR 공법은 Lotus 공법으로 Osaka 대학에서 개발되어 열교환기, 항공기, 방열기 등으로 응용이 확대되고 있다 국내에서 완제품생산은 실내장식용 복합패널로서 한소 프라임이 운영상의 문제로 생산을 중단하였으며, 유닉슨(주), 금강(주)에서 Batch식, 금성산업에서 Pot식이 일부 생산 및 연구가 진행되었으나 현재는 본연구실의 협조로 (주) 폼텍에서 발포패널을 주로 생산하고 있고 (주)드림메탈과 (주)아크로폼텍에서일부 생산되고, (주)동일알루미늄에서는 폐 scrap을 이용한 발포 Al 제조가 연구단계에 있다. 생기원에서는 분말 가열 흡음패널이 개발되었으나 강도와 내열성이 낮아 이들 특성을 향상시크는 연구가 진행중이다. 이들 제품은 성능상으로는 동양강판의 흡음패널과 KIMM의 필터용은연구개발이 낮은 수준이며, 본 연구팀과 공동 개발한 (주)폼텍의 복합패널은 10여 가지의 실용특허로 건축마감재로서 오히려 선진국수준을능가한 상태이다, 한편, 발포금속 기능성 개발은, 이들이 가지고 있는 우수한 특성 때문에 군수용으로부터 민수 산업용까지 전분야에 적용이 가능한 소재이므로 수요처를확장하고 있으므로 제품의 균질성, 안정성과 기능성 개발 향상을 위해 지속적이고 체계적인 연구가 필요하다고 생각된다.

Enhanced Accurate Indoor Localization System Using RSSI Fingerprint Overlapping Method in Sensor Network (센서네트워크에서 무선 신호세기 Fingerprint 중첩 방식을 적용한 정밀도 개선 실내 위치인식 시스템)

  • To offer indoor location-aware services, the needs for efficient and accurate indoor localization system has been increased. In order to meet these requirement, we presented the BLIDx(Bidirectional Location ID exchange) protocol that is efficient localization system based on sensor network. The BLIDx protocol can cope with numerous mobile nodes simultaneously but the precision of the localization is too coarse because that uses cell based localization method. In this paper, in order to compensate for these disadvantage, we propose the fingerprint overlapping method by modifying a fingerprinting methods in WLAN, and localization system using proposed method was designed and implemented. Our experiments show that the proposed method is more accurate and robust to noise than fingerprinting method in WLAN. In this way, it was improved that low location precision of BLIDx protocol.

A Survey of Student Perceptions, Academic Achievement, and Satisfaction of Team-based Learning in a Nursing Course (간호교육에서 팀 기반학습(Team-based Learning)의 적용에 관한 연구)

  • Purpose: This study is to assess the level of student perceptions, academic achievement, satisfaction, and their relationships in a medical-surgical nursing course using team-based learning (TBL). Method: Four-hour TBL sessions were given in a structured three-phase sequence in a cohort of 261 second year nursing students. Results: Mean perceptions of TBL was $6.64{\pm}5.11$, and $8.30{\pm}4.11$ for perceptions of teamwork. On a 7-point scale, the mean satisfaction score was $4.85{\pm}1.41$, and 64.0% of nursing students were satisfied with TBL compared to lecture. Group readiness assurance test score was significantly higher than individual readiness assurance test score (t=-16.76, p<.001). Perceptions of TBL (F=1.40, p=.245), perceptions of team work (F=1.55, p=.202) and satisfaction (F=0.81, p=.489) was not different by the level of students' academic achievement on items related TBL. Conclusion: Results indicates that TBL was an effective instructional strategy including favorable perceptions and satisfaction for nursing students. TBL could be an adjunct educational strategy for undergraduate nursing education.
