최근 연구개발 투자의 증가와 더불어 특허정보에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 일반 기업체뿐만 아니라 대학을 비롯한 다른 기관 및 단체에서도 특허정보의 출원에서부터 등록 및 사후관리에 이르기까지 특허정보의 생산, 수집 및 이용을 위한 특허정보의 통합관리가 필요하게 되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 특허정보 분석을 기초로 하여 더블린 코어 메타데이터와 RFC 1807 메타데이터를 참고하여 특허정보관리시스템을 위한 메타데이터를 설계하였으며, 설계된 메타데이터의 효율성을 평가해보기 위해 특허정보관리시스템을 구현하여 이를 적용해 보았다.

특허청에서 수행한 특허관리 실태조사에 의하면 기초적 특허관리의 출발점인 발명신고의 형식적인 운영, 전략적 특허관리의 출발점인 출원 전 심사, 보유 특허의 유지/포기 심사 등, 체계적인 심사평가의 운영체계 미비, 효율적 특허관리를 위한 직무발명 및 보상규정, 특허관리규정(발명신고, 출원, 선행기술조사, 등록, 유지 및 포기 등)과 이와 관련된 양식의 미비 등이 문제점으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서, 기업과 기관의 특허관리의 질적 제고를 위해서는 특허 등 지식재산의 효율적이고 전략적인 관리를 위해 특허관리 인력들이 쉽게 접근하고 활용할 수 있는 시스템의 보급이 필요하다. 특히, 효율적인 특허관리를 위해 기초가 되는 관련 규정, 양식 및 그 활용법, 효과적인 특허관리에 대한 업무 프로세스 등에 관한 통합관리 시스템 및 보급이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

Needs of intelligent system has risen continuously to solve given problem optimally using learning and reasoning. This system has performed important roles in diverse fields for improving the human-life quality in past, present, and future. So, it is important to analyze the trend of technology forecasting for the intelligent system. In this paper, we propose a patent analysis method for technology forecasting of the intelligent system using objective patent data. To verify our study, we use the patent data applied and registered until now.

Patent analysis is the extracting knowledge which is needed for the company's research and development strategy through accumulated worldwide patent database. In order to set the future direction of corresponding technology which is scheduled to be developed, the technology trends and deployment processes are identified by analyzing results of present patent applications. The patent analysis provides the required results for analyzing present patent applications. In this paper, we will carry out technology classification for related patent analysis methods and systems. Moreover we will investigate and analyze related domestic patents, U.S. patents and IEEE papers. Due to the characteristics of technology sector, not only patents are applied but also research papers are released actively about patent analysis system. We will analyze patents according to the technology classification by using the final searching results which come from the selected search words in this study. To find necessary niche technology which is needed for patent analysis system, matrix analysis was performed to all of valid patents and papers. Identifying the technology development trends of registered patent analysis systems, and presenting the future direction of technology development which is related to patent analysis system. To figure out the technology which is developed relatively weak based on domestic patents, U.S patent and research papers by analyzing the valid patents and papers with statistical test and self-organizing map quantitatively. Then, presenting the necessity of this technology development.

지적재산권이 산업의 핵심으로 자리잡음으로써 특허의 중요성이 날로 증가하고 있다. 현재 특허문서 검색을 서비스하고 있는 상용시스템의 경우 문서간의 유사도나, 질의어에 따른 순위(Ranking)가 매겨지지 않는 불리언 모델이 검색에 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 유사도에 기반 한 순위화가 가능한 벡터모델기반의 특허검색시스템을 개발하고 시계분야의 시소러스를 구축하여 시계분야의 특허검색 시스템에 적용하였다. 쿼리확장의 성능을 평가하기 위해 10개의 쿼리로 실험하였고 평균 36.2%의 정확도가 향상되었다. 그리고 검색결과의 오른쪽에 시소러스를 제시함으로써 특허검색시스템을 이용하는 사용자에게 추가 질의어를 쉴게 선택할 수 있도록 하여 인터페이스 부분의 향상을 추구하였다.

This paper presents a survey of patents and an analysis of a conceptual study for the development of rotor drive systems in combined unmanned rotorcraft in. The patents were classified into 10 cases with respect to the rotor drive system development, and these are reviewed and analyzed in detail. The results describe development concepts for rotor drive systems for vehicles obtained through the patent analysis.

당사의 특허부문은 본사부문의 하나로 되어 있다. 특허통할부는 5부로 구성되어 있고, 특허관리부는 특허관리기획$\cdot$특허정보관리$\cdot$기술관리본부의 OA화시스템의 개발$\cdot$명석지구의 특허관리, 특허업무부는 국내외출원$\cdot$계약수속, 특허제1부는 통신$\cdot$컴퓨터사업의 특허기술, 특허제2부는 전자디바이스사업의 특허기술, 기술조사부는 특허조사를 각각 담당하고 있다. 대부분은 전사의 기술개발센터인 산기에 소재하지만, 특허관리부에 속한 명석특허관리과의 명석공장에 배치하여 서지구의 특허출원 $\cdot$정보관리를 담당하고 있다.

오라클은 지난해 자바기술과 특허를 보유한 썬마이트로시스템즈를 인수하면서, 구글의 안드로이드가 자바 특허기술을 침해했다며 구글을 상대로 고소장을 제출하였다. 오라클은 이번 특허소송에서 자바표준기술에 대한 특허 7건을 구글이 침해했다고 주장하고 있다.
